• oscar (10/5): - Excellent location and great value – highly recommended The best thing about this place is the location – it is simply unbeatable. You have a direct and clear view of the Acropolis of Athens from the window, both during the day and at night. It feels much closer than what photos can show – truly impressive. The apartment itself is simple, but it has everything you need. The bathroom is complete and fully functional. There is no full kitchen, but there is a small electric stove, a microwave, and basic equipment that allow you to prepare simple meals without any problem. One aspect I really appreciated was the responsiveness of the host. When I reported that the microwave was not working, they replaced it within 10 minutes. Communication was always quick, and they regularly checked if cleaning was needed. The area is very lively, with supermarkets, restaurants, kiosks, and all kinds of food options open even late at night. Everything in Athens is within walking distance – even the farthest places can be reached in about 20 minutes at a relaxed pace. The metro is also just a few meters away. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be the entrance door, which could be more secure (for example, a reinforced or security door). However, this is only a minor detail. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Athens.

Little cozy room with everything you need for a great holiday. What we recommend, because we were travelling with children, a smart TV to connect to Netflix would be a nice addition Nothing we can think of.

• ismini (5/5): Βασικό... - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή και εύκολα προσβάσιμη. δεν είχε πρίζες κοντά στο κρεβάτι, ούτε κομοδίνο από την μία πλευρά για να ακουμπήσεις κάτι. Ένα πολύ παλιό και χρησιμοποιημένο σφουγγαράκι πιάτων. (ένα καινούριο κοστίζει 0,30 ευρώ), Δεν είχε καφετιέρα, πολύ παλιό κούφωμα στο παράθυρο που δεν προστατεύει από τον θόρυβο. Δεν υπήρχαν δεύτερα μαξιλάρια και αυτά που είχε ήταν πολύ μαλακά και επίπεδα. Δεν υπήρχε ντουλάπα, παρά μόνο ένα χαμηλό έπιπλο με 2 κρεμάστρες που δεν μπορείς να το χρησιμοποιήσεις. Γενικά ο χώρος δεν είχε καμία αισθητική και έμοιαζε με δωμάτιο νοσοκομείου.

• Thomas (6/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt durchaus zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht zu verwöhnt ist - Tolle zentrale Lage, nahe der Metro-Station und der Plaka. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage war es auch in der Nacht selten ruhig. Die Fenster sind nur einfachverglast, die Tür zum Apartment ist recht dünn. Keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu machen.

• Tony (8/5): Location Location Location - The location was exceptional, despite reasonable directions, it was a little difficult to locate, it is close to the Metro if you know the area. The mattress was a challenge but suited our 1 night stay, water pressure and the facilities were fine other than the bed. The bed, no signage visible to aid in locating.

• Laura (1/5): Dirty and unsafe - This apartment was a scam. When I arrived I noticed dirty stains on the pillow and sheets. Examining more carefully I found a dirty towel as well in the drawer under the bed. On one side of the bed I found an hair clip and some bugs sign the floor wasn’t cleaned. There was a stain on the couch as well and some hair and residue in the bathroom. But the most concerning thing for me as a solo female traveller was the safety. The entrance to the building is located at the end of a sketchy looking alley. The staircase is very dirty, there’s chairs, shoes thrown on the stairs and even a mattress left in the elevator area. The privacy/safety of the apartment is non existent as the door is super thin and just closes with a very simple key, very easy to break in and with no safety lock from the inside. Overall I felt deeply unsafe in this place and anxious at the thought of having to sleep there. I was left in a very bad situation of being alone in a new city having no safe place to sleep and having to find a new solution by myself. Cherry on top, I won’t be even able to get a refund (afrer paying almost 100€ for this!) since the owner told Booking they went there to check an everything looked ok and acceptable for them.

There was no iron to go with the ironing board. Also would have been helpful to have tea/coffee to go with the Kettle provided.

Right in the city centre, with excellent transport links, a few steps from the Monastiraki metro, and lots of great breakfast taverns nearby. • Tatianna (9/5): Superb - The location was amazing - Shops were close by, Monastiraki Square was a short walk and the Acropolis was only a 15 min uphill hike. Having a kitchen was super handy and the apartment was quite spacious. The beautiful of the Acropolis was also very nice! The room is located in a dodgy looking building and the keys were quite difficult to find (a few other lock boxes are nearby). One side of the bed felt like it was slightly broken and felt like you were about to roll off the bed. The microwave also didn’t work at all. Upon reaching out for assistance with it, I received no response at all. Not a great experience when we had purchased food to heat up.

Die benötigt man definitiv auch, da das Zimmer nicht gut isoliert war und man alles von der Straße hören konnte. Dennoch nicht so laut, wie erwartet. Super Lage !!
• Georgios (2/5): Worst booking I have ever made - Worst booking I have ever made. The booking was made on the Free Parking criteria which was a lie. There was no parking available and when that was brought to their attention they said it was not their mistake. Apart from that the apartment was isolated on a floor with offices, which made you feel creepy and had a floor door that was locked plus a building iron door that was going down at night, which makes it dangerous in case something bad, (fire, earthquake) happens. Despite it was on the 4th floor the noise from the street was loud enough as it had old single glass windows which provided no isolation. We should have guessed this when we saw the earplugs that were provided. Finally it has no WiFi. To be honest this was not mentioned on the description but then again who does not have WiFi connection these days?
