• Forkert (9/5): Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir überlegen, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. - Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal und die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und ruhig. Die Art der Schlüsselübergabe ist grundsätzlich gut. Der Gastgeber war via Email ansprechbar, um die Probleme wegen der Stromabschaltung zu lösen - siehe unten. Allerdings waren zum Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft gerade Bauarbeiten im ganzen Viertel und der Strom war überall abgeschalten. Unter diesen Umständen hat es etwas länger gedauert, bis unser Gastgeber die Nachbarin verständigen konnte, die uns dann den Zugang zum Apartment ermöglicht hat.
• Indra (8/5): Lieliska atrašanās vieta, plašas telpas. - Atrašanās vieta ideāla. 15-20 minūtes lēnas pastaigas un Tu esi jau centrā. Ja apnīk burzma, sēdi pie kanāla un izbaudi ūdens plašumus. Apartamentos izvelkamais dīvāns ļoti ērts. Vien ieteikums - ja neesat pāris, jāpiesaka, lai atstāj gultas veļu divām personām nevis tikai saklātu divguļamo gultu. Ne gluži nepatika, bet būtu gribējies informāciju par atkritumu šķirošanu un iznešanas niansēm uzzināt uzreiz, tiklīdz ievācāmies.

• alex (8/5): Excellent sejour appartement très agréable - La proximité du centre ville et des sites à visiter . En étant dans une rue calme. Mettre au moins à disposition un balai ou un aspirateur.
• Thomas (6/5): - Le calme Difficilement accessible et accès mal éclairé. Il manquait les draps pour le canapé lit alors que j’avais prévenu qu’il serait utilisé. Ils ont été apportés le lendemain .

Prendre le bateau aéroport arsenal ligne bleue 32€ aller/retour Dans la rue principale il y a un service bagage via des caisses automatiques…. Très pratique À proximité il y a un Coop … Logement tres bien situé pour visiter Venise à pieds Logement au calme et bien situé , facile d’accès… Équiper correctement

• Gerhard (7/5): Venedig ist eine wunderschöne Stadt. - Die Lage war sehr toll und für italienische Verhältnisse groß und geräumig. Das W-LAN hat sehr gut funktioniert. Es war nicht wirklich sauber, die Bettdecke hat komische schwarze Flecken. Dass Mann den Müll selbst entsorgen muss haben wir erst vor Ort erfahren. Mit dem Vermieter gab es nur virtuellen Kontakt, auch sonst war kein Personal vor Ort.
• Valter (7/5): - struttura carina e ampia, posizione buona, posto silenziosissimo, istruzioni per l'arrivo perfette. Bagno nuovo anche se cambierei il soffione doccia che era pieno di calcare e perdeva acqua a cascata. Cuscini del letto da buttare, piccoli sottili e pieni di strani grumi, c'era solo un cuscino in più da utilizzare e noi eravamo in due, l'altro l'ho dovuto acquistare in un negozio. Le coperte non erano lavate e sigillate in busta ma lasciate aperte nell'armadio insieme a dei vecchi copriletto, il dubbio che ti assale è "chissà chi e quando le ha usate (visto che era ottobre e in estate non si usano) e se sono state lavate". La TV non c'é. Lo zoccolo in alluminio e le superfici verticali della cucina erano sporche (non parliamo di tutto quello che era ammucchiato nel cassetto delle pentole). Visto che siamo stati una settimana avremmo gradito almeno un cambio di asciugamani. Le pulizie non sono state fatte forse perché non previste da contratto, ma se ci fosse stata una scopa per passarla in bagno almeno l'avremmo usata. Ferro da stiro vecchio e senza vapore e sopratutto senza una tavola da stiro. Se usate la lavatrice dovrete ingegnarvi a stendere all'interno(siamo a Venezia) e con le stampelle visto che non c'è uno stendino, la scala dell'inutile soppalco serve a questo. Ultima cosa, in bagno in alto c'è un lucernaio, ha una cornice in legno che si sta staccando ed è rimasta penzoloni attaccata solo in uno degli angoli, se quella cade di punta mentre qualcuno è al lavandino può aprirti un bel taglio sulla testa. Concludo dicendo che questa è in assoluto la mia prima recensione sui social, ma sono stanco di vedere con quanta indifferenza vengono trattate le persone che viaggiano e pagano. Sopratutto la storia delle coperte negli armadi e dei cuscini si ripete in ogni hotel e qui meno male che non c'era la moquet con le macchie di non si sa cosa!! Se si mettessero a posto questi dettagli il B&B in questione potrebbe essere davvero un bel posto dove stare, credo che questo succeda quando i proprietari hanno più appartamenti e pretendono di gestirli da lontano.
• James (7/5): Comfortable apartment off Garibaldi - Overall, a clean and comfortable place to stay. The apartment was as photographed and a very convenient and quiet location. It was also well equipped. The A/C worked well and the chilled water was much appreciated, as was the flexibility at check in. Thank you! My feedback is that I disliked the ‘contract’ and emphasis on additional fines for dirty dishes/unclean kitchen etc, which you’re informed about via the online check in. I imagine this unfortunately came about from previous negative experiences hosting. I found it to be over the top, distrusting and infantilising; as if you aren’t paying to stay there already. Besides that, my points are minor: the shower head needs to be replaced, and there’s some wear and tear on the bathroom ceiling. A second pillow with a pillow case on the bed would have been appreciated, as well as a TV either in the living room or the bedroom.

La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, anche piccole cose molto utili per soggiorni brevi, come olio, sale e detersivi. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla

• Marzena (9/5): Very nice appartment - Excellent and immediate host’s support, great location, quiet. Good place to stay for couple of days and for reasonable price. I was very happy with my choice, but if someone needs some luxury and modern design, should look for another place. This one is for medium class tourists. The policy regarding disposal of garbage - but this is specifics of Venice and not of this place.
• Nataliya (7/5): Good - Good location in the quiet place, close to Biennale. The communication from the host felt unwelcoming and even intimidating. Messages from the host and notices on the walls were filled with exclamation marks, emphasizing strict rules like not leaving rubbish, a 300-euro fee for lost keys, and a firm 10 am checkout. This approach made it hard to feel comfortable during our stay. A warmer, more inviting tone would greatly improve the experience.

• Jessica (8/5): Wonderful apt & just a 13 min walk to St Mark’s square. Biannual Park was nearby which was beautiful & Via Garib - Modern and clean and spacious It was in an internal courtyard and 2nd floor so we didn’t really have any views

• Cecilia (9/5): Superb - Perfect location when you want to be close to the Biennale I missed some kitchenware. And the apartment needs to be cleaned on the top shelves and the lamps in the ceiling also need some care. But besides that clean and nice.
• Allison (8/5): Amazing and comfortable stay - The place was exactly as pictured and it was very comfortable and quiet. It is a bit far from the main train station and central area but we loved that because we like quieter areas. Its a great place to stay if you want to see the Biennale or stay near to St. Marks Square! Nothing, everything was great.
• Matthew (10/5): Venice is a great place to visit, and this a a great place to stay. - We love the location which was perfect for us, because we were visiting the Venice Architecture Biennale, and the apartment is comfortable and convenient with great restaurants nearby and a friendly host.

• Karolina (10/5): Really nice place - I like localisation and the personel. Apartment was clean and nice. Apartment was prepared for me before official book in time. It was really nice because I informed owner that I will arrive at early morning. Contact with the owner was also very easy. All instructions have been provide up front and were clear. Road from the main gate to the door of the building was dark at night. Light was only for the short time. I had to use light in my phone. There was no view at all, but I understand that its something you can not change because of the localisation of the apartment.

• Chris (10/5): Amazing accommodation and location. - Lovely accommodation, very well maintained. Excellent communication from Thomas the owner including getting there from the airport, finding the accommodation, and access. Would highly recommend as it’s close to all the tourist sites but away from the crowds. Great location with access to the actv boats for island hopping, local restaurants and supermarkets on door step. Had a great time. Only thing I’d suggest to the owner is to leave a sweeping brush of some sort for the guest to sweep up, would have been handy. But that said I would recommend and definitely return.

• John (7/5): Good position. In the main a good apartment. A little bit of maintenance and DIY would improve it. - Location was fine, a 15 minute walk from things. Very good at night around there. Unfortunately the shower glass was broken, which we were made aware of and compensated for. The shower was a little dirty and could be cleaner. The tv would not work as did the coffee machine. Minor but a little annoying.

• Tomaž (9/5): Superb - Great location, 4 minutes to Giardini, 2 minutes to Aresale bienalle event, modern and clean apparement, quiet neighbourhood. Everything ok, clean, nice, modern appartement, I only missed some personal contact with the owner. Everything went through mails and messages, and some messages contained some threathening (do not leave the rubbish in the apparrtement, or ...; do not leave the keys there and there or we will charge you extra 300 EUR, leave the appartement till 10, after that the code will not work anymoree ...) Well, everything was all right, but the felling was a bit strange. Anyhow, I would return to this destination again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The property manager Martino was fantastic. We arrived in Venice only to find the the airline had misplaced our luggage. Martino was happy to be the airport contact when our luggage arrived. We actually thought our luggage was never to be seen again but it all worked out. The accommodation was excellent, well located and importantly had air conditioning so we were cool during the evening.
