• tiago (4/5): Our stay was a major disappointment, and I would not recommend this apartment - Our stay was a major disappointment, and I would not recommend this apartment. First, the Booking listing clearly stated that the apartment had two bathrooms with showers. When we arrived, we found that there was actually only one bathroom with a shower and a second very small bathroom with no shower at all. We contacted the hosts, and they apologized, admitting that the listing was incorrect. Second, the street is very busy and very noisy, and the windows are not soundproof. If noise is an issue for you, I strongly suggest not booking this apartment. Third, there is only one truly private bedroom. The other three bedrooms are all interconnected with each other or with the kitchen, which means there is very little privacy for the guests. To make matters worse, we asked for a one-hour late check-out, until 11:00 a.m. instead of 10:00 a.m., considering that we were six people sharing only one shower. The hosts were completely inflexible. Overall, this stay was a disappointment from start to finish. I do not recommend this property.

• Mary-Pat (3/5): Disappointing. - The apartment was very clean. On a positive note, there was no hot water for one night and the drain pipe was blocked, making a racket, but the service men at least came relatively quickly to correct the situation. For the hot water, my daughter was told that the ER service only answered after 9:30 AM by which time we had all left. The induction stove had 2 heat conduction plates. There were enough pots and pans but it does beg the question if all were adequate for an induction stove top and/ or there should have been 2 more conduction plates. Five of my family group, all adults with their own agenda, stayed at this BnB. The apartment sleeps 7. The upstairs is a loft. The bedroom with the one twin bed has no cupboard, and looks down on the twin bed room below. The king size bedroom upstairs has no door. There is minimal privacy upstairs. We had 1 key for all 5 of us to gain access. Can you imagine if the apt. was filled to capacity (7 ). We had to continually rearrange our day to ensure the one person with the key was at home to let the others in. Totally unacceptable! The apt. was very poorly equipped for the number of guests: No oven, no toaster, a single person coffee maker, a convection/microwave oven adequate only for 1 small dish at a time so we could not all sit down together for our meal; not one dishtowel, nor dish rag, no soap for the dishwasher nor the washing machine. Oh yes, One teaspoon only. Need I go on? The bedding was extremely light (summer fare) so we had to keep the temperature high at night when we would normally turn it down. Totally uneconomical. Had I know I would have been happier to have paid more for a better equipped apt. with two sets of keys. My other family members (8 of them) stayed in a different apt, very close by. Their rent was higher but so acceptable for what they got. My advice, in order to avoid negative reviews, is to respond to the complaints, find a solution about access and exit and raise the rent. • Michelle (9/5): - Lovely apartment. It had everything we needed. Views over the town to.the mountains. Great communication from the staff. Beautiful location. The only downside side was an extra set of keys would have been nice. Having only one set between 6 people was tricky.

• MARCO (6/5): Buena ubicación, pero .... - La ubicación del sitio es excelente, muy cerca de la Estación de Trenes SMN. Sin embargo, no encontramos lo básico en el apartamento, léase, papel sanitario, toallas de cocina y servilletas de papel y otros detalles tan necesarios, como un insecticida que nos sirviera para controlar la cantidad de zancudos que encontramos en el lugar. La alfombra del la sala requiere de limpieza y el que no disponga de ascensor, complica un poco el acceso con maletas pesadas, dado que el sitio está en el cuarto piso de la edificación relativamente antigua. Hay trabajos de construcción en la zona actualmente, que inician su tarea muy temprano y esto puede perturbar el sueño.
