• Sofya (10/5): Ótimo custo beneficio e atendimento excelente - Fomos bem atendidos desde o preparo para o check-in até o check-out, precisamos aumentar uma pessoa na reserva e nos auxiliaram em tudo que necessario. O apartamento estava limpo e organizado, otimo custo beneficio, todas as duvidas foram previamente escalrescidas.
• Cecilia (10/5): Excelente ubicación. Que mejore en su mobiliario - Inmejorable ubicación. El lugar es cómodo pero la cama es vieja y no es tan cómoda. Este lugar sería extraordinario si tuviera mejor inmobiliario y toallas nuevas porque verdaderamente son muy usadas las que te dan. Todo lo demás excelente
• Rodrigo (7/5): Good - The people were friendly, very good location and affordable price. The bathroom was clean, as well as the bed sheets and covers. But under the bed was very dusty. The worst was all the kitchen, the utensils and dishes were very dirty, stained and they were in the shelves as dirty as they were. There was no dish soap or even a sponge or similiar to clean up the dishes in order to use them. I kindy ask you to pay attention to this. It was very disgusting.
• Douglas (4/5): Poor customer service - Location. Curtains were too small to prevent light coming into bedroom. Insufficient cleaning products- no washing up liquid. Insufficient toilet paper
• Claire (1/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! - Good location. Dreadful building noise from above from 8am all day. Owners didn’t advise us in advance and were totally dismissive of our complains. Also wifi non existent and smell of sewage in communal stair. AVOID!!!
• Verified traveler (8/5): フィレンツェの宿 - 総合的には良い宿泊施設でしたが、設備が不足していることが多少ありました。 お湯だけ沸かすのに電気ポットかヤカンなどがあればよかったです。
