- Xzvt (10/5): Convenient location staff friendly - Very friendly staff and helpful. Hotel is just a stone throw away from shopping centres and the Petronas Tower. Train station is couple of minutes walk away. Convenient from airport, just one change at KL Sentral, red lone and the stopis KLCC, KJ10. Veriety breakfast, very good. From 9th floor room 926 we have a good side view of the towers, all lit up on christmas day. We are coming back for new years eve.

I came late at night wanted to stay to rest after a long day in work, but I really don't understand and speechless about how the room wasn't clean and found obvious hair on the floor and all around the bathtub, I tried to ignore that, but when I went to the bathtub I found hair on the drain and I ewwwwwed, not even a minute extra didn't hesitated and went for checkout after barely one or two hours since I did, because really I couldn't stop thinking about the horrible view of the drain, please don't waste your money, I even stayed in three stars hotel and were cleaner then this
- LittleMsMe (10/5): Farewell Great Dame - Sad to farewell the Corus. Heard from staff (with sad faces) that they are closing at the end of 2025 after being sold. Luxury apartments, I have been told. The Corus is a known entity in KL, have been operating for more than 40 years. Walking distance from Petronas towers, location and price are hard to beat. Staff is amazing, caring and polite (always). Will miss the hotel. Have been at the front many times, waiting for the rain to ease, chatting with the doorman. Will miss Corus....KL will not be the same without you. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and care in the last 4 decades.

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels - Corus is my favourite, the people there are the best staff team I have encountered. Mr Halim, for example, has been there for 41 years. he is the hotel concierge. On my recent trip and a 3 week stay at the hotel I was impressed by his steady and consistent care and professionalism, he takes pride in his work and he deserve and appluase for how he carries it out. Every hotel has a door but not every hotel has a doorman like Mr Halim. Well done and thank you for the service you provide.

Location is just stone throw away of the Twin Tower. Other than the massive, giant Suria KLCC's hundreds of global brand shops, even the next building of Corus is Avenue K shopping center, a good number of shops, lifestyles, restaurants, global chains are there Sephora, Watsons, Guardians, Village Grocers, 7/11, KK all are just a minute away. We, 32 aviation people stayed at Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 01-04 Oct 2025 period, booked total 16 twin shared rooms under Chattagram Aviation Club (CAC). Rooms are naturally old but spacious, well maintained decent, washroom also clean, shinny. Our team's everyone loved this good located hotel Corus, enjoyed their breakfast, lobby is wide to sit comfortably with team. Concierges are helpful. We all really felt sad when we heard about this nice hotel Corus is going to reconstruct soon, we will miss this nostalgic property. Wish a new bigger and more nicer hotel soon in the same place to stay. Best Wishes

Surprisingly less people were there, but there were variety of choices for buffet, as well as no time limit to eat (12:30-16:30). The staff were friendly in other coutry style, proactively having spot-conversation, with willing to assist. Mr. Noman, seems to be a supervisor in the restaurant, just nicely (not less nor too much) assist us to enhance our experience in there. I did enjoy this buffet and will come back again!

The room was clean and comfortable with all the basics done right. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Tried their Weekend Hi-Tea Buffet and was pleasantly surprised! Nice mix of local and Western dishes, live cooking stations, and tasty desserts. Noman being very pleasure. Great value for money perfect for a relaxing afternoon with family. I stayed here for a week for a chess tournament that was held at Kenchana Lounge. The staffs especially Mr Noman, Mr Anwar, and Mr Mizan helped us a lot and always there whenever we needed something. Do not accept rooms on floor 2 they smell like the pool and truly in desperate need of repair. Food also horrible, restaurants serving the same food menu every day. Only good Thong here are the bell boys. This hotel is for large tour groups but many better hotels in the area. Avoid!

The staff are very polite and friendly. Stay on the pool side because the noise from the road and night market can be disturbing. The night market for food is excellent.

Good facilities, good room, nice view and i like most are Corus hotel staff from door man, security, front desk and chamber maid. Compliment to front desk staff named Wanda. - Jusani (2/5): - I am writing to request that all rooms on the 9th floor be refused for the time being. The floor needs to be fumigated due to a significant issue we encountered during our stay. Despite several red flags such as stains on the sheets and marks on our bodies, we managed to catch the culprit, bag it, and present it to the receptionist. Although the staff did their best to rectify the unpleasant situation, it was already our check-out day, and nothing could resolve the mental anguish we experienced. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you.

- Sarah (10/5): - Beautifully presented hotel in the heart of KLCC, a couple of minutes walk to the towers/Suria KLCC. Very noisy, windows aren't double glazed and the fit out is a tad dated but huge rooms and space. Air con worked, strong wifi and easy walk to dining and other amenities.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Old hotel with a mixed review - Quiet disappointed as i could not get an early check in upon arrival and had stand at lobby for almost an hour as there are no place to settle down due to limited sofa available at main lobby. Aircon sound is terrible in the room and had to off it at night in order to get a quiet sleep. Day time there are constructions doing piling so quite irritating if staying in room during the day. The sink in bathroom also cloaked. Other than that the room however is large and relatively clean. Location is good and easily accessible to KLCC station (below AK Mall) within 5mins while Ampang station in opposite direction is only within 10mins walking distance. Good for a short stay in this old hotel but do consider other choices if want to have a more comfortable stay.

There’s a distinct mold smell, couldn’t sleep at night. For the same price there are lots of options, swimming pool is next to rooms, very loud in the morning. There should be no guest rooms on 2nd floor. It’s dusty overall, and I found a piece of hair on a covered glass in bathroom. Ewwwww ☹️☹️☹️

We were greeted each morning in the dining area by Maruf, a server who quickly learned our drink preferences and always accommodated. The food was delicious and quite adequate. I would stay come again.
