• Srinivasa Rao (8/5): Very good. It is close to all major sightseeing attractions, public transport & restaurants - Everything The water pressure in the bathroom is very low and could be improved. It was also very difficult to find the entrance to apartment 47B. I spent nearly an hour trying to locate the correct door. It would be helpful to provide an additional street-level photo showing the entrance, along with the existing keypad photo. Please consider improving the water pressure and adding clearer directions for future guests. Thank you.

• Danielle (2/5): - Would not recommend they didn’t charge us the right amount for environmental charge so we had to walk all the way back to the front desk which is not where the room is at all and the shower was not clean there was a clob of black hair on all the walls of the shower. Also bed is not comfortable

• OMER (5/5): VFM wise it is ok if you look for a short budget stay in a prime location, but dont forget to bring a fan with you - Location super relevant Apartment was clean Firstly the AC unit is too small/weak for the room size, and secondly it is located wrongly in the entrance hall and unable to cool the bedroom which was fuming hot all along the stay. In addition water pressure is very weak and the toilet flushes 100ml every time.

• Aleksandar (5/5): Very basic and cheap apartment in the city centre. - Location is excellent the center of Athens, it was realitively clean and it was very cheap apartment. These are the only positive things I can say about this place. The apartment is on the 5th floor, but lift is working well, so this is no issue. It was hard to find the building as the entrance is a bit hidden and there is a sales person selling slippers and shoes during the day. Once I found the building getting keys was easy, from the small box on the wall. The Monastiraki metro is just 5 minutes away. More precise information on finding the building would help, maybe mentioning that the entrance is hidden and that it is a shop during the day. The apartment is very basic, like you are in the army. The windows are at least 100 years old and thus don't have mosquito net, I couldn't sleep as I was completely beaten by mosquitos the whole night.
• Aditya (6/5): Pleasant - The room itself was alright: great location, spacious, good value for money. The building it's in is very dirty and sketchy though. The building of the apartment is dirty and sketchy.
• Gabika71 (9/5): 1 afternoon in Athen - its near to the centre, easy to go in/out, has everything you may need, clean, light. so hard to park at daytime near it. we cant stop to take out the luggage from the car, but its not the apartman's foult, ita Athen's.

Inside the apartment was ok but no hot water ( even with the switch on for hot water) did not work. Could not flush some times ( did not work properly) Kindly asking not to recommend this on booking.com
• Anton (5/5): Far from being satisfied - Well, the only good thing about this place was that we only stayed for one night. I cannot add anything else because the hotel manager moved us to a different hotel and gave us a room, which was twice smaller than the one I booked and payed for. I almost never leave negative feedback, but this time I have to. Imagine, we came to the hotel door with all our bags and discovered that the key box was empty! Imagine our feelings! So I had to call the management by whatsapp to find out what was going on. Because earlier they sent me a message with info how to get the keys from the key box and never told me that they were going to move us to a different place! Great service! Here's our locked door for you! Welcome, guest! So they said that there was something wrong with the bed in this apartment and we had to go to a different hotel. So we went to their different hotel called GuestRed and discovered that the room they gave to us was smaller. So I paid for a 40 meters apartment with a bedroom AND a kitchen! And they gave us a tiny 15 meters hostel room without a kitchen. No microwave, no kettle, nothing! Just two beds, not even a cabinet for towels and clothes! This is a shame! If you are moving guests to a different place, it must be at least of the same grade and value that people are paying for! But replacing this apartment with something of lower value and quality is totally not fair!

• Marta (4/5): Nice room but the neighbourhood not - The room was big well equipped (important contacts, maps) and room was clean. Accommodation in the centre. Simple check in and check out, very clear instruction from owner The main entrance was scary and dirty. Next to the room entrance on 5th floor was garbage which didn’t smell nice. An elevator was creepy and even dangerous. As a person travelling with child I didn’t feel safe we were afraid to stay at this building (probably we were there alone) that is why we only refreshed ourselves and decided to move to the airport.

• Kareł (9/5): Superb - Clean and tidy apartment in good location with air condition. Easy check in/out, good contact with the owner. Small amonut of cutlery and plates- someone should chech the status- we'got two forks for 4 people;)
• Christopher (4/5): Terrible air-conditioning - Very spacious, great location, good value. The air-conditioning was terrible. It was so hot in the room. I was sleeping in my own sweat all night. I only managed to get a couple of hours of sleep. I do not recommend staying here when the weather is warm. Also, though there was no street noise, there was noise coming from within the building, which kept going all night. It's possibly the worst nights sleep I've ever had.

I could not cook the food inside the apartment.

• Lyubomir (6/5): Overall good, but not the best when traveling with toddlers. The initial instructions didn't include the hot water s - the location is great, the bed is comfortable Several times the host told me that i could not check-in before 14:30 (as it was written) and when we arrived at 14:40 - the cleaning lady was still there. in a normal day it wouldn't mean anything to me, but after stressing too many times about the check in time without being asked, and in the end it is not ready at this time - it was a bit frustrating. And it was bot clear at all - the floor was so dirty, we had to throw 2 pairs of baby-socks, because they become un-washable.
• Dylan (2/5): - Côté positif de cet établissement : la localisation. En plein centre ville, c’est possible de visiter les monuments historiques ainsi que les rue d’Athènes à pied. Mais c’est bien le seul point positif. Points négatifs : - Parking : il est dit qu’un parking gratuit sur place est disponible, ce qui est faux. Un parking payant (10€/journée) est disponible à 300 mètres du logement. - Propreté : 0/10. Nous avons trouvé des cafards morts, l’éponge de cuisine avait déjà été utilisée par d’autres personnes (hygiène = 0, alors que c’est dit que des mesures renforcées d’hygiène sont prises). - Confort : le bâtiment est très ancien, sale et bruyant. L’appartement dispose d’une petite kitchenette avec microondes, petite plaque de cuisson, évier et bouilloire. Nous avons dû laver toute la vaisselle avant de l’utiliser tellement elle collait avec toute la saleté cumulée. Les verres avaient de la poussière. Le sol était très sale. - Communication : demande beaucoup de formation. Sur la réservation il était indiqué qu’un petit déjeuner pouvait être demandé en supplément et la même information était inscrite dans un dossier laissé dans l’appartement. Quand nous avons essayé de commander le petit-déjeuner, on nous a dit de revenir le lendemain matin pour faire la commande. Dès notre réveil, nous avons essayé de passer la commande et on nous a dit qu’aucun petit-déjeuner n’était disponible et que si on voulait manger on n’avait qu’à se déplacer pour trouver un endroit où manger. À fuir !
• Arvydas (7/5): Good - Not far from center and tourist attractions, clean room. The building that this apartament is located, is very dirty and has old elevators that feels unsafe.
• Mohammad (7/5): Good - Nice location , good and clean room easy access to the room by a keybox next to the entrance apparently I had to turn a water heater on to have hot water , but never had the information so couldn’t shower before leaving

• Sally (7/5): Good - The apartment was in a very central location, close to most of the tourist sites. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The air-conditioning worked well. Although the apartment was generally clean, the floors weren't mopped or swept before we arrived and there were small pieces of glass so we had to vacuum ourselves. There was only one sheet provided for the bed which was not big enough for two people to share

• nadia (4/5): Great customer service shame about apartment - Great customer service. Clean apartment but basic. Air conditioning didn't work was red hot all night couldn't sleep. Bed was uncomfortable hard. Towels smelt funny. Toilet smelt sewage. Apartment complex looked ruff, noisy and a tad scary at times. Wouldn't recommend this apartment but maybe other aparements are nice
• Ricardo (8/5): Very nice stay in Athens - The apartment is nice, simple, clean and perfectly located. Public transport 9 euro for 5 days. Close to metro stations and the Agoras and the Acropolis. Very nice area, busy and authentic. See the market and shops and restaurants from the apartment in opposite direction of Acropolis. The men from the hotel are always very helpful when needed.
