• Kay (6/5): Convenient location, cute apartment - Good location Couldn’t get into the property because was given incorrect codes. The keypad on the door wasn’t working properly as the batteries had to be moved so they connect. Also, they were hanging on one hook. The shower would allow all the water to leak into the bathroom so a bath mat was needed, and there wasn’t The air condition was a nightmare would only work when it was on turbo for such a small room. It wasn’t cooling enough. Also, the batteries in the control won’t working. The fridge felt extremely hot on the exterior and was slightly worrying

The check-in process with the instructions was clear but we experience a problem with the door code in the entrance. Maybe it would be clearer if you mention that there are 2 different codes for entering the building and opening the apartment room. Also, to specify that the physical key can be found in the basement (downstairs). The stuff was responsive and reply promptly to solve the problem.

The location of the apartment is truly perfect — everything is within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. That gesture really helped us a lot and we truly appreciate your hospitality.

The whole apartment has only two pillows, no extra cover or blanket, if you want to sit or sleep on the sofa bed you won’t find an extra pillow or cover! Figured this was the go ahead to check in early but it was not, so wasted a taxi to get there and had to find a cafe close by to wait for 4 hours. After I got to the hotel for the 3:00 check in the maid was there for about an hour. The apartment smells like mold in the bathroom, by kitchen, and by the vent in the bedroom. The sofa couch was broken and would not stay closed. I asked for a late check out and was told that they would not be able to do it since they had people coming that day. The maid started knocking on my door about 20 min before check out and did it twice. I didn't think that was right since I didn't get to check in until late. They did offer a complimentary room service half way during the trip. I got fresh towels but no clean up (I turned down the service). Overall the place was in a good location but overpriced for what you're getting. Better options around Athens for the price.

• Ahmed (9/5): Love this place - Very clean rooms. Has everything you need for your stay. Comfortable bed. Superb location the in heat of Athens. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. A few minutes walk to all attractions. It's not that I didn't like but, have to say there is a night club cross the street that plays loud music till 5AM so if you want to relax and sleep, not the best place.

• Maria (1/5): very poor customer service absolutely NOT a good safe & clean room to stay lots of days BIG NO - The only positive of this place is its location. However, there are plenty of other accommodations in the area with equally great OR EVEN BETTER locations but with much better customer service and a greater focus on the guest experience. The whole experience was terrifying. They gave me the wrong passwords for the entrance doors, and I constantly had trouble getting inside. Since the location is in the city center, it didn’t feel safe to stand there alone at night in Athens, waiting to contact customer service for the correct password. On top of that, the staff’s English proficiency was poor, making communication difficult. They never provided the correct passwords, so I couldn’t properly use the room—if I went out, I couldn’t get back in. They were not supportive at all with my experience; the could not care less - worst experience ever.

Always had the r - The location is perfect in the heart of Athens and the room is clean and comfortable The check in process is a total mess. We had to do the check in through an application which was not working properly and the check in couldn’t be completed even after we arrived at the property. We were supposed to have received the virtual keys by 3. We arrived at the property at 3.30 with no keys, the application was not working properly, the check in seemed incomplete even though we had uploaded everything it was asking for and we had to call 3 times to the helping desk in order to enter the flat. The helpline is located in Spain so you pay for the call and the staff is not helpful at all. They don’t even know the exact time in Greece which is quite basic as long as the virtual keys should be working after 3 and at 3.30 they were still inactive. After 3 phone calls to the helping desk, they gave us orally a passcode for the flat, they promised to send an email with the code to us but they never did. Thanks god we have a good memory and we remembered the passcode. As for the centra entrance of the building, the tenants ended up exchanging codes to find out which one works everyday !!!! To make the long story short, we never got the passcode to the apartment officially and whoever tenant we met, had exactly the same problem!!!tragic experience

• Shazad (10/5): - The property is a 5 minute walk from Syntagma Metro station. A 5 minute walk to Manastraki square and a very central location that is easy to walk to all the main tourist sites. You get digital keys and the front door code is a problem as it changes. We had to get in touch via WhatsApp to get a new code. But communication was reasonably quick and they help to quite well. You do get some noise at night due to nightclubs nearby, but nothing that bothered me too much. Overall, a good place to stay. Overall a good place to stay.

• Paula (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good and the apartment was clean and renovated but a little bit small - there was no place for us to put our luggage The property is located exactly opposite a nightclub that opens at midnight and does not close until 5:00 in the morning - people are gathered in the street and are very noisy - we came to run the marathon and were not able to get any rest in the evening - this is beside the point it is only good for someone who wants to sleep during the day You cannot even sleep with ear plugs at night for the rooms that are located on the roadside .1 rooms and as the club cannot be moved they should at least install thicker windows for the noise level

• Lorraine (7/5): Lovely apartment, great location, poor communication - Property itself was good with everything we needed in a fabulous location. The entry system was a complete pain. All done by AI which is fine if it works but I had to repeatedly ask for the codes to get into the apartment many times before they gave them to us. Even then the code for the door to apartment didn’t work and we had to wait ages for a bot to reply. If it had worked, it would have been great. Bedroom a little closed in, no natural light. We had a six night booking and no cleaning at all or change of towels. Floor was dirty. No tea towel left to dry washing up and needed more bags left for toilet waste and general rubbish.
• Geovani enrico (6/5): - The hotel is located in front of nightclubs and bars. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and it was impossible to rest and sleep for 3 days. The party starts at midnight and ends around 6 am. I think there should be more clarity about the location of the hotel. Yes it is true that it is close to Syntagma square which is a good location; but if it is important for you to be able to rest after a long day don't ever stay in that hotel

The agent was helpful and responsive. the noise at night was a big issue—there are several bars nearby, and the loud music, along with drunk people outside, made it difficult to sleep. Also, the apartment wasn't cleaned during our stay, and we had to pay extra for fresh towels and bin changes

• Konstantinos (1/5): Sleepless in Athens - Not value for money at all. My stay was in a 17sqm hotel room, that lacked the facilities of a hotel. With the same amount one can rent a whole apartment in the city centre. Also, there is no soundproof. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms, and though the room was on 3rd floor the street noise was insufferable. I travelled for business and spent 3 sleepless nights, hearing drunk people shouting, and making noise all night -the location of the hotel is among bars. Their customer care is bad. They don't genuinely care about their guests. I was bombarded with notifications and messages that made no sense because when I asked to speak with someone they replied that they do not call their guests back and that I should write a message. I asked for a change in the room and they demanded 30 extra euros to prepare/clean a different room, without ensuring that it wouldn't be noisy too. There was no way I could have a proper communication with them.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Dejligt ophold - Adgangskoden til lejligheden virkede ikke - fik hjælp af rengøring og vi fik en nøgle i stedet, så det var ok - men hvad nu, hvis der ikke havde været rengøring i huset? Altandøren kunne ikke låses. Glad for at vi var på 5. sal, da der er meget fest og diskotek i gaden. Alt andet var fremragende - kommer gerne igen
• Roxana (8/5): - La propiedad muy bien, para dos personas bien, aunque estaba muy pequeño, cumplió el objetivo, sin embargo, el ruido por las noches no nos dejaba dormir, ya que en frente había como tipo discoteca o algún lugar de eventos donde salía la gente a las 2 hasta las 5 am haciendo mucho ruido.
• Salim (2/5): - After sleeping in the property we got a lot of bites on our body We thought that might be mosquitos But after two days we doscovered it is something from the bed We discussed it with management and sent us a lady that changed the bed and a man of pest control that said that their is nothg but still we got bitten many times we heightened sleeping in that room amd we will never do it again
