• Carmen (10/5): - Struttura collocata in posizione strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’Angelo e Piazza San Pietro. Il proprietario, Giulio, è stato super accogliente e ci ha fatto trovare acqua, cornetti, caffè e un succo di frutta per la colazione. L’appartamento era super pulito e dotato di connessione Wi-Fi dato che per non tutti i gestori c’è molto campo. Da tenere presente per un prossimo soggiorno a Roma.
• Valeria Bellomo (10/5): Una estancia inmejorable - El apartamento de Giulio está perfectamente ubicado en pleno centro de Roma, a un paso de los principales lugares de interés y rodeado de un montón de restaurantes. Nosotros éramos una familia de 2 adultos y 3 niños y hemos estado muy cómodos. Aunque Roma no es una ciudad para quedarse en casa, volver después de un día entero a tu alojamiento y que sea acogedor y que tenga todas las comodidades, es un plus a tener en cuenta. Giulio además nos ha dejado unos detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen. Destacaría también que la casa es fresca al ser un edificio antiguo de techos altos y eso, en días de calor, es muy agradable. En definitiva, cuando volvamos a Roma el alojamiento de Giulio será sin duda nuestra primera opción. No hay nada que no nos gustara, para un fin de semana no hemos echado en falta nada.

• Annette (9/5): - Super Lage in der Nähe des Vatikans, mehrere Buslinien in kurzer Laufdinstanz und eigentlich ist alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Mehrere Bars zum Frühstück holen in der Nähe. Giulio hatte aber auch Kaffee, Saft, Wein, Wasser und süßes Gebäck uns zur Verfügung gestellt -danke dafür. Außerdem durften wir unser Geaäck im Appartement stehen lassen, ,bis wir zum Flughafen mussten. Vielen Dank nochmal. eigentlich nichts, außer ,dass die Infos mit den Restaurants nicht mehr aktuell war.
• Sleak (8/5): La pause bienvenue à Rome - Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome à pied. L'appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux, propre. Nous avons été accueilli par Giulio le propriétaire avec une petite intention et le sourire, ce qui est un vraiment un plus. Nous conseillons cette location, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

• KennyD76 (10/5): Sweet retreat in Navona. - Super little apartment just off Via Guilia in my favourite part of Rome. Right between Navona and Campo, with a gorgeous little square a short walk away. Very well appointed apartment, just what we wanted, very comfortable, very clean, and wonderfully light. Nothing.

Le logement est incroyable grâce à son emplacement centrale mais calme, super bien équipé. Propreté impeccable. Réservez vite car c'est une vraie perle rare! Dommage ne pas être resté plus longtemps !

The owner was personable and responsive and we appreciated that. The street outside is very dark at night. Someone’s dog pooped right in front of the door and we couldn’t see it until we’d all stepped in it. There’s a step in the bedroom that just about all of us tripped over or kicked at least once.

• Oliver (10/5): Sehr schöne große Wohnung in excellenter Lage - Die Wohnung ist perfekt für alle Ausflüge in Rom. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Meines Erachtens gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

• Senen (7/5): Nice location. - I liked that the host waited for us to check in I never expected that Gound Floor meant walking up a narrow less than one meter width staircase carrying a midzise luggage. For me, ground floor means no steps at all. The shower stall has a tendency to overflow.

Isäntä Giulio hyvin ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Jääkaapissa oli tervetulojuomat. Ei negatiivista sanottavaa. Huomiotavaa, että rappuset asuntoon jyrkät. Toiveena vain lisää hengareita ja leivänpaahdin olisi kiva, mutta ilman näitäkin tulee toimeen.

Apartamento amplo com conforto para até 5 pessoas. Excelente recepção do Giulio proprietário que inclusive nos auxiliou muito com um transfer muito bom para o aeroporto com bom custo. Escada de acesso ao apartamento no primeiro piso, um pouco estreita, o que pode dificultar viajantes com dificuldade de locomoção, mas tranquila para pessoas saudáveis.
• Rudy (10/5): It made our holiday in Rome even more enjoyable - verall, we were satisfied staying in this apartment, especially because of its location which is very close to tourist attractions, such as the Vatican, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. From Trevi, you can also reach Victor Emmanuel, the Roman Forum, and the Colosseum on foot. The host was very helpful to provide information on how to reach the apartment. The host also allowed us to keep our luggage before check-in and before departure while waiting for the taxi. The host also helped us book a taxi to the airport. Nothing

• Kate (9/5): Absolute gem because the surrounding neighbourhood is great. - I really appreciated the host’s fantastic communication leading up to arrival. We arrived outside of check- in ( after 9pm) and yet he was there, ran us through a few things and had even provided restaurant recommends via WhatsApp, so even organising that was flawless. The neighbourhood around the apartment are as good as some of the highlights of Rome. We loved some of the doorstep wine bars, pasta places and artisan bakeries, literally a stone’s throw away. Very special indeed. On our first night we were able to walk to the Vatican and the castel which looks glorious by night. The place was spotless on arrival and we felt at home. Nothing really. It went well.

• Libia (10/5): This apartment is very welcoming and affordable; I highly recommend this for your stay in Rome! - This apartment is incredibly spacious, clean, and welcoming! Giulio was a kind and communicative host for whenever we had questions or issues. I highly recommend this place for travelers who are hoping to be in an active part of Rome with many attractions just a short walk away. The location combined with the amenities (A/C, internet, full kitchen, washer for clothes) make this an ideal place to stay!! My only note for travelers is regarding the sofa bed. (For context, we were a group of four adults (31, 35, 53, and 60)). The main bed was incredibly comfortable and the foldout twin was also comfy (although a little creaky/loud). I woke up with some neck and back pain from the sofa bed, but that being said, it was one of the comfiest sofa beds I've slept on!

Host was really helpfully arranged transport all weekend. Pull out bed and single not as comfortable as main bed.

The host provided all the needed information ahead of time and even offered to organize a ride from the airport. They had some snacks, coffee, tea for the next morning as we arrived late. The person who welcomed us was very kind, helpful and friendly. The internet worked perfectly which was very important to us as we work remotely. The location was fantastic, with several great restaurant and beautiful historic sites at a walking distance. It was very easy to walk to Piazza Navona, the Vatican, Castel San Angelo, the river, etc. We loved the place. We loved everything! We would only suggest to add a small bathroom cabinet under the sink of the bathroom, a foldable drying rack, and an ironing board to make the place even more practical for everyone.
• Tauland (9/5): Superb - Giulio was very nice and always available via text whenever we needed something. recommendations were included in a welcome booklet, and though we ended up eating elsewhere, it was greatly appreciated!
• Val (9/5): Superb - Wonderful and well equipped apartment. Giulio had great communications before our arrival. He met us at the apartment to explain some locate sites, provided some pastries for breakfast and a list of recommended restaurants nearby. Highly recommend La Fraschetta di Castel Sant’Angelo (they get busy so book) and Escosazio for the best smoked salmon poke bowls. A 15min walk to the Vatican The apartment had everything we needed, although it is set in a well used small backstreet. It can get noisy with bikes and people talking (no double glaze on the windows) but a full day of walking ourselves and we were falling asleep straight away (hearing nothing lol)

• Agi (10/5): Great! - Perfect location, feels like home. Our flight were cancelled due to a strike, we had to miss one night stay but yet Giulio omg, such a wonderful person. He communicated with me all the time. Always there whenever I text him. He helped us with taxi and even offered to take city tax for only one night. The place was amazing!! I will definitely plan to come back just to stay in this beautiful house again. Nothing
