• Yutong (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent, with a coffee shop just two doors away that offers great, affordable coffee and delicious bread. It's my first time experiencing a late check-in fee. I found it quite unnecessary because they could have simply put the keys inside the secured key box that was already hanging on the door. The late check-in fee is 30 euros, and I still haven't received the email with the reception details they promised to send me.
• Fexriye (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very nice. There is everything you need in the house. The house was very quiet and cool. The location was also good. Although the house was very clean, there was hair in the washing machine and it smelled bad.
• Arvin (9/5): Arvin in Rome 2024 - Unit is very clean. LIving room and kitchen area is spacious. Location is excellent, accessible from multiple points and is near a Metro station. Unit is located on the ground floor and is perfect with guests carrying large luggages or for guests with mobility challenges. AC in both bedroom and living room was excellent. Request for early check-in was accommodated and very much appreciated. Owner was very helpful, accommidating, explained and gladly showed the house amenities to us. Aparment is steps away from good pizzeria and other restaurants. Near a major basilica. The stairs leading to the bedroom is a bit tricky to get used to with its uneven steps. Sofa bed was not comfortable.
• Benediktas (1/5): Not worth the money - Property was dreadful , very dirty Sofa bed was very poor couldn’t sleep on it , property needs a deep clean very dirty, mold on walls , shower is blocked . Worst property we ever stayed in . No cutlery also .
• Juliana (8/5): Good for a short stay - Whole cosy flat for a small group. Good location, well equipped kitchen. The shower cabin door was broken, did not close fully, toilet flush button got stuck several times and water flow could not be stopped without additional button push. Cabinet under kitchen sink had awful odor. Bed and sofa were uncomfortable.

• Nilayendu (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazing stay. Nothing could be better than this. Well decorated, well furnished just as the picture depicts. As for family stay with children it's very comfortable to stay here. Kitchen with stove tops, utensils make it easier to prepare food for little ones. Just five minutes walk from Cavour metro station and max ten minutes from Roma Termini. There are Grocery and eateries next to this facility. Enjoyed our stay at this facility completely.

• Agnis (6/5): May be cleaner - Comfortable bed. Location is perfect to visit coliseum and other objects. Easy access to metro for visiting Vatican. Dirty. Cleaning is being made overall, but some places are left dirty. For example, washing mashine and table (it seems that someone before us was eating mango). Shower is in poor condition.
• Elvis (10/5): - The location was ideal for visiting the Colosseum and Forum. It had all the space needed for 2. It was a little noisy on weekend nights.
