- Klára (4/5): Disappointing - Two separate bedrooms with two bathrooms. And big living room with kitchen. The toilet in one bathroom was leaking when we arrived. The permanent sound of running water was very annoying during the night. We asked for repair immediately, but took 3 days, when they managed to do it. The apartment is very dark, nothing like on pictures.

- Pachay (5/5): Passable - the unit is big with basic amenities. its clean but but not the spotless type. shower room was extremely small with water heater that changes on its on from extremely hot to cold that made us jump out of the shower room. first time in my life seeing such small shower area. the place was too cold and we were not allowed to turn on the heater which made it very uncomfortable for me and my family to sleep at night. used the microwave but it smelled really bad like it was not cleaned properly. lift was extremely small but ofcourse this is not the unit's fault but customers need to know to set expectation.

- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment in the center of Rome. Nearby you will find a metro station and bus stops. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean. I do not have any remarks. I highly recommend!

- Apostolos (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was comfortable and in a convenient location. There is a supermarket within walking distance., and you can go to Fontana di Trevi in 15’ or you can use the buses that they are going everywhere. The apartment wasn't very clean. There was a lot of dust on the radiators and one day a cable fell behind the nightstand and it was full of dust as well. In the master's bedroom bathroom, there was no water running through the faucet for a few days (something that was okay for us since we had the second bathroom) but then the sink -of the 2nd bathroom- went blocked and we couldn't use either of them. Lastly, but most important was the smell of the apartment, from day one there was a strong smell of something like sewage mixed with wood and rotten food. We said that to our host and he said that it could be fixed along with the other issues. Unfortunately, they didn't fix that and when we said that again, our host replied that he will pass it on again.
