Shared bathroom and the bathroom was tiny..shower was scary needs to be redone to clean it up ...we were freezing ask for heat to be turned on they told not till the 15 October to use blankets from bunk beds...I took the hair dryer in our room ran it to heat our room...

The “queen” bed is actually two twin beds that are easily pushed apart which creates a frequent gap and they are very stiff and poor quality. Also, the host should make it more obvious that this is a shared accommodation apartment with no clean up service during the stay. Yes it is in the fine print, but it is very misleading.

The shower head broke while I was there and everyrhing seemed a bit old like it was falling apart. The guests arrived on the second night didn't speak English and didn't expect to find anyone else so it took a while to explain I also had a room

• Inna (6/5): - Сподобалось розташування. На кухні було все необхідне: мікрохвильова пічка, чайник, плита, посуд, кухонний рушник, миючі засоби. Ванна кімната зручна, облаштована. Інтер'єр в кімнаті і прихожій цікавий з старовинними меблями. Відчувалося тепло в деталях ( круглий стіл з яскравим букетом, стенд з морськими вузлами та багато іншого). Затишно. Не сподобалась червона стіна, яку давно час обновити, та масивна картина просто над головою. Було побоювання що впаде і травмує)). Меблі цікаві але дуже старі. І ще незрозуміла інструкція на відкривання/ закривання дверей. Цілий квест приходиться пройти поки відкриєш троє дверей. Але я думаю що у Венеції так у всіх. Така специфіка розташування квартир. І хочется передати привіт прибиральниці) ( не зовсім нормально класти на стіл біля продуктів чужі зношені майки- дякую що не труси ). Але в цілому все нормально. Можу рекомендувати іншим.

• Damian (3/5): Dodgy host. - Great location. We were sharing and had no idea of this. We were locked in by sharers.when I rang sos number the host was just rude the lock was broken inside! I am diabetic and needed food! He was lucky there was no fire or that idiot haven't hypo. Totally unacceptable. REFUND please.

• Jeniffer (1/5): very old and not suitable for human to live overnight - n/a very scared stone stairs on the door gate makes us almost falling down when you open the door with light in the dark night, no TV no fan, no coffee machine, the lock password never work to get the key out
• Izabela (5/5): Passable - -apartament is in a good location -quite a reasonable price when it comes to Venice -I made a mistake while trying to enter the apartment, which unfortunately led to a verbal confrontation with the host. I acknowledge my mistake and have sincerely apologized, but I believe the situation could have been handled in a more respectful way. This incident did affect my experience, and I felt apprehensive about returning to the apartment. While the host did eventually apologize, I think it’s important for all of us to manage our emotions as adults. From the reviews, it seems I'm not alone in finding the entry process a bit complicated, and the host's responses to reviews suggest that he struggles to address criticism in a calm and respectful manner.. I hope for a more constructive approach in the future.

• Marcela (10/5): A shared Appartment close to the train station. - It's close to the center of the main Turistic parts and close to the train station so you don't have to carry heavy baggages for long. It has a washing machine and a functional kitchen. There are no loud sounds outside the window It's a bit old and needs more equipment in the kitchen. One of the beds had some not visible bugs that bit my mom.

• Suraj (6/5): Decent Budget stay in Venice, great location accessibility - Can't complain much about the apartment as Venice is a costly city and the location of the apartment is what was important to us. It's right near the railway station, making it easily accessible even for night flights. In terms of apartments, it has 2 bedrooms shared with other guests. The bathroom is shared, so if you are planning to start your day early, need to use the bathroom before your fellow neighbours use it. Good for a basic budget stay, do not expect too many things else you'll be disappointed. Our stay was good here, no complains.

• Ada (4/5): Old grandmas dirty house - Localisation I do not recommend. it looks like an old grandma's apartment where most of the appliances are broken. dirty and uninteresting. furniture makes no sense. most of them unusable or covered with stickers. the bathroom flush doesn't work. she is dirty little and ugly. the photos are much better than reality. Plus it's a pity they didn't add a bathroom and kitchen 🤮

However, there's a smell of mould (because of the city being built on water), you could see it too, and the vibe was quite uncomfortable, not cosy. Lots of mosquitoes with the window open. Also you cannot leave your rubbish, you need to put it out yourself.

• Yuliia (7/5): Good - Location is nice, not far away from train station. There is small grocery shop very close to it, and nice pizza restaurant. It was easy to get to our room, nothing difficult. Shadows on the windows - love forever for light sleepers. We had small kitchen and fridge, really convinient for bringing food and have nice lunch or breakfast at home. You should be aware of not opening windows in the evening, as there are moscquitos waiting for you outside. Next day went to farmacia to get cream for my kid :(

• Dagmara (2/5): Love venice, comes here once a year, but would never stay in the same place again. - Heating was on so at least I wasn’t freezing Not enough of the page to describe. Double bed was two beds put together, keep getting apart, could literally end up between in the night time. Very bad, sketchy location, thousands locks, and codes, no light on the hallway, nearly fall down the stairs, main doors, took me 5 mins to open due to being super heavy. Connecting your charger you could get electricity shock! Literally seen sparks. One roll of toilet paper for couple of days for 2 people… Absolutely would not recommend. Pictures with the view out of internet as all we could see was a wall… gonna add next time extra cash and get something more worth it, third time in Venice, always pay the same amount but never before been in such a bad place.

Nice area that wasn't at all crowded with tourists. It was a bit noisy throughout the night from the restaurants downstairs but that can't be avoided. Little crowded for two couples but the other guests weren't an issue.

• Radomila (5/5): Passable - We chosen this accomodation because of location (walk distance from Piazzale ROma), It was perfect for our early departure from Venice. It is good to have a kitchen, but because of one night stay we didnt use it. Hot water and WIFI OK. The system of boxes with keys would be wery usefull for self check in, but is tiresome use it twice every time when you go inside - because it was wery difficult to see numbers on boxes! It is indolence of the owner - not to make one keys more for guests. The furnishings is old and the shower is broken... Not coresponding to price :(. "Highlight" is the request to carry out waste :D.
• Hai-hsin (1/5): Bad - Location is good enough to travel from the train station. Lock system is annoying. Booked 4 nights but had to leave after 2 sleepless nights. Bed uncomfortable but the most serious thing is: AC didn’t work, window had to open, very noisy street and lots of mosquitoes and unknown insects bite all over my body, extremely itchy for the next 2 weeks, needed medical help and left dark marks on my skin. Requested refund and haven’t received anything.

• Linda (7/5): Good - The room was spacious and beds were fairly comfortable. The location of the apartment was great and it was easy to get to most places. The hook for the shower was broken, and so I couldn't hang up the shower head. Getting into the apartment each time was fairly tricky because of how many codes you had to use for each door. Lastly, the air con was extremely loud when trying to sleep.

• Maggie (5/5): it is a good option if you are travelling on budget - I like how responsive is the host, the cleanliness of the apartment and the location of the apartment. If you are looking for an area that offers cheaper cost, the apartment is located in this area. I did not like the bed, if I were to sleep with a friend then it was ok. However, it was not suitable for partners. The air conditioner also did not work, it was extremely hot and I had to open the windows. Sadly, mosquitos then disturbed our sleep.

• Supatta (8/5): comfortable, everything you needed it was there…… - ok, love the washing machine and dryer .not to far from bus stations and the are room big and bathrooms plenty room for only two bedrooms in this property. Old apartment and the building is very old but well maintained and clean. Checking in to the property are complicate and had the be more communication before hand … like text or message or WhatsApp to get the code to get in… you have to have internet or mobile phone fully factions… it will wait time for too long to get in. But overall it good. to get check in … my case I have to wait for nearby 1 hours as I didn’t get the code via WhatsApp…. hungry and hot and tried from my travel….. I need to get in …. I did sent them that what was time I will be there….
• Satish (4/5): Disappointing stay - Close to grand canal, plenty of shops near by. Shabby tiny room. Very uncomfortable beds with mattresses hanging around. No house keeping for 4 days, no bedsheets or towels changed. No mirrors in room. Shower nearly broken. No fans provided in the scorching heat of Italy. Very overpriced for the facilities provided.
• Rachel (7/5): Pleasant enough place to stay in an incredible city - Short walk from the train and bus stations. Local bar was good value. Self check in so we weren’t worried about arriving late at night. It’s more like an AirBnB than I realised (a flat with two bedrooms and shared kitchen and bathroom) but that was fine. Venice itself is absolutely amazing! Nothing - it was fine. Mosquitoes but I imagine those are an issue everywhere.
