• gautam (8/5): - Location is really good less then 3 min by walk to smn station Bed in attik is not comfortable. Its feels like it is just a temporary fix type bed and can break any time. Also there needs to be some safety factor to be considered for the attik bed as it risks kids falling after they are asleep

• Louise (8/5): Très bon séjour dans un appartement bien situé et très propre - Emplacement, confort, propreté Manque de matériel dans la cuisine, pas assez de verres et de couverts, un seul torchon. Quelques produits de dépannages auraient été appréciés. Liquide vaisselle, une ou deux tablette de lave vaisselle, huile de cuisson etc Voisins très bruyants également car appartement mal isolé
• Herman (8/5): - Good location which was 5 minutes away from the train station. Everything was walkable. Host was immediately available to provide us with the keys to the apartment. Elevator service was very helpful for wheelchair. Amenities of washing machine and kitchen were very useful for our family. Although there were two toilets available, only one had a bathroom. For a family of 6, it took time for use to get ready. There were several instances that the flow of water in the apartment was interrupted making us wait for it to come back, a very inconvenient experience.

La posizione é ottima. Vicina sia alla stazione ferroviaria che al centro storico. Migliorerai la pulizia e le forniture del bagno
• Cardinale (6/5): Pessima gestione, infinite potenzialità. - Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione di S. Maria Novella. Ottimo prezzo per la posizione centralissima. Diverse cose: 1. Nonostante avessi avvisato che sarei venuto con una bambina di due anni mi è stato fatto trovare un lettino da campeggio rotto. Ravanando negli armadi ho trovato un altro lettino da campeggio, rotto anch'esso. Alla fine di due ho smanettato un po' e ne ho reso semiutilizzabile uno solo. Nonostante la segnalazione (con foto) della rottura non ho avuto riscontro. 2. Percezione di scarsa pulizia dell'appartamento, cattivo odore in tutta la casa. Muri sporchi. Segni evidenti di incuria. 3. Stabile molto vecchio: essendo una zona molto centrale, l'ascensore di piccole dimensioni non consentiva il trasporto del passeggino.
• April (2/5): Severely Disapointed - Overall the structure of the apartment and building was good. The apartment felt safe. The location from the train station was perfect. Once inside the apartment the disappointment began. The couches were stained, old, and broken. The mattresses were expired and should be thrown away. ALL of the bedding had stains on it. Even the extra blanket. The bathrooms had no hand soap, the toilet paper was on the floor, there was no dish soap and the freezer was full of ice with frost burn. Lights were broken, the shower head was broken, various outlets did not work. I did not expect a luxury stay by any means, based on price. But the basic amenities that were advertised were subpar to say the least. We left a night earlier than expected because we were so disgusted.

• Virginia (8/5): Enjoyable - Location was great. Sites, restaurants, convenience stores nearby. Apartment was well-appointed and easily accommodated the 4 of us. Mosquitos.
• Joseph (7/5): Comfortable, convenient apartment from which to explore Florence - The location of this apartment is fantastic- right around the corner from the train station. Everything in Florence is in walking distance. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room to stretch out. High ceilings, lots of light and a full kitchen make this place a winner. Meeting up with the host was a challenge because we were coming from the States and I didn't have phone service. We had to message the host and arrange a time to meet at the apartment to check in. That was stressful because we were coming from Bologna and were delayed, so trying to find free WiFi at 10pm was challenging. The shower didn't drain properly, so we had to turn off the water at several points during the shower or else it would have overflowed. Small things, but still irritating. After the host checked us in he said the apartment wifi had a QR code which would give us access. It didn't. We couldn't get wifi in the apartment until the next morning. Not sure why. Just make sure you connect to the wifi when the host is there with you in case there are issues.

• Di (7/5): I enjoy my stay there when traveling Florence. - The apartment is big, and very close to the train station. The apartment has a well equiped kitchen, I enjoy my stay there. The boiler was a bit unstable, and during rainy days, one of the bedroom is a bit leaky.
• Hennie (1/5): Would never recommend to anyone - The location was central The bedding was dirty with multiple stains on it The shower head was broken and the shower leaked on to the kitchen below. When the staff were informed of stains and leak they were not apologetic and were unfriendly and despite being told the wifi would be messaged to us, it was not

• Vazquez (9/5): the check in lady Diana was extremely polite and even met us a bit earlier than our check in time to be able to drop off - Great for the value you pay. Happy there was an elevator to bring the luggage up. the noice of the drains throughout the night when trying to sleep.

• Valerio (4/5): Bella casa ma da rivedere - Una finestra lucernario aveva un infiltrazione d acqua direttamente sopra il letto e gocciolava durante la pioggia (foto). Congelatore inutilizzabile causa presenza massiva di ghiaccio che ne impediva inoltre la chiusura. Stereo non funzionante. DVD non funzionante. Nessuna appendini per asciugamani. Nessun porta carta igienica. Impianto idraulico di pressurizzazione entrava in funzione 30 secondi emettendo forte rumore. Stoviglie sporche.
