- Karl & Lyndell (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay here. The room was well furnished and clean. Just a short walk to Nhieu Loc Canal where there are numerous coffee shops. The location in District 3 means a lot of tours won't pick you up. The room is starting to show its age. There was no cutlery, plates or utensils to make the kitchen useful.

- 曾 (9/5): 可以住，很棒。 - 櫃檯人員都很親切、有禮貌，其中一位還會說流利的中文，早餐普普通通，覺得可以改良更好。房間又大又漂亮，陽台打理的很好，採光好風景佳空間寬廣，甚至可以跟隔壁房的陽台連通，所以要出門或休息的時候最好玻璃門鎖好。房間都有備品，飲料、零食、泡麵，還有附贈保養品，有菜單可以請樓下的按摩（正規）人員到房間做Spa，另外我當時向櫃檯人員借熨斗，櫃檯人員也是二話不說直接送到房間這個服務真的很棒。所以基本上來飯店不用太擔心沒帶生活用品，飯店都幫你備齊了。 設施美中不足是因為飯店有一定的年齡了，櫃子、廁所有一點點霉味，所以我必須時常打開打開散掉霉味，然後枕頭較小的那塊枕頭請記得清洗更換，它有很重的頭油味，我還因為拆掉枕頭套，當天就被清掃人員收走那個頭臭味的枕頭套，最後check out 時被誤會帶走飯店的東西，還好經過解釋櫃檯人員懂我的意思就沒跟我計較了（枕頭套頭油味我不可能帶走啊）。

- Kai Wai (9/5): Great 2nd Stay During Tet - Second staying here, nice big massive room plenty of space with own balcony too , nice friendly, helpful staff , great location , close to coffee shops, family mart, mini marts etc and peaceful , love free water and snacks you daily also you get discouts for the spa in hotel aswell which was very nice and use it numous times. The hotel in a need a refurbishment, 2 rooms , I stay in had minor ant issues and the bathroom showers and pipes are rusty also the hot water can be sometime inconsistency when using the shower goes hot then cold then hot again makes bit anoying to shower.

We ended up going to different hotel. Just to mention hotels keeping luggages for customer's are the norm here in Vietnam

Nicht Mal auf dem Balkon darf man rauchen. Das der Manager bein auschecken meinte wir hätten ein Glas aus dem Badezimmer geklaut.

Достаточно большой номер, есть обеденная/рабочая зона, небольшая зона для готовки. Бесплатный мини бар. В номере достаточно грязно, в ванной комнате плесень на стенах, полу, сантехнике. Кондиционер не регулировался, wi-fi в номере не работал, при подключении к соседним номерам скорости не хватало, интернет постоянно «отваливался», торшер не работал. Сильная слышимость, самое кошмарное - орущие с 4:30 утра петухи, гуляющие прямо под окнами. Спать невозможно, они кукарекают беспрестанно.

- Wyatt (6/5): Very comfortable budget hotel ideal for travellers and solo traveller. - Very local to all amenities, about a 30 min walk to main city. Staff are friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast was tasty and plenty of food and choices available. Beds are comfortable and room was spacious. The gym only has two bikes and treadmill. It needs to have some weights and more equipment. The housemaids moan about towels being dirty and threatened to charge you if you get them dirty. Sometimes it's unavoidable, so we preferred not to have our room cleaned for that reason.

- Rebecca (5/5): Ok stay , don’t use the spa unles you want to get ripped off and lied to - The room was nice and big and it was very clean the location was good I didn’t like being lied to and ripped off in the spa , me and my daughter had our nails done and the survive they offered was pathetic to say the least it was late and i understand that they wanted to get home but they could have said to come back the next day , when asked if we were having a colour on our nails we were met with an attitude . I asked for a pedicure for my daughter and a manicure for myself they made us have a combo which was fine but then when we asked if we could have a design they said they didn’t do it they didn’t do a French manicure but it was on their price list , only when they where taking the money were they happy , the nails were ok I could have done them myself mind , but I’ll have them redone when I get to Thailand by someone who can actually be bothered . Also they where very strict about the room couldn’t have to much trash couldn’t have stains on the sheets or towels , it made us really paranoid and uncomfortable. I understand that they have to clean them but sometimes these things happen and I don’t feel like being charged for them was the right choice of action. We loved the location and the suggestions of what to see and where to eat in the room

- Perera (2/5): - This was our final stay in Vietnam, as we were traveling from north to south. Among all the places we stayed, this was the most disappointing experience, particularly from a service perspective. The staff were unsupportive, and communication was extremely difficult. Although I had booked the room with breakfast included, the front desk asked for my breakfast choice at check-in the day, offering just 4 options. Unfortunately, none of these were suitable for me. When I asked whether an alternative could be provided, the request was declined. Even a simple change in the meat option (for example, chicken instead of beef) was not accommodated. At one point, the reception staff stated that they were unable to help. This situation arose after full payment had already been made. This situation occurred after full payment had already been made. Only after I requested a refund for the breakfast did the staff agree to provide a very basic option of eggs and bread. Overall, the experience lacked flexibility, understanding, and basic customer service.

There was nowhere to set your suitcase other than on the bed. 🥴 The breakfast had to be preordered, after the first one it was as a surprise every morning.....it was impossible for me to remember what I'd chosen 😂

- Neal (9/5): Pretty decent stay - While the street is a bit grungy, once inside the property is pretty decent. The room was a little cramped but still laid out well. A small complimentary mini bar was included with the room which was a very nice surprise. Breakfast was ordered from a set menu the night before. The pork dumplings were great! A mini mart was a couple doors down which was also handy. Walls are very thin. Kind of noisy.

- Song Yul (8/5): un hôtel plus que convenable par rapport à certains que j'ai déjà fait de même standing. - la taille de la suite présidentielle. j'ai pu me faire plaisir pour un très bon tarif. le balcon est immense mais pas un bon équipement pour y rester... dommage. la gentillesse du personnel. le petit déjeuner à commander à l'avance. pas de choix hormis nourriture locale... pas possible d'avoir un bon café... dommage car le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins pour les clients. la qualité des produits d'accueil mis à disposition comme les shampoing et autres gel douche... pas top pour un hôtel qui vaut la peine d'y séjourner. je le recommande quand même. un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

- Danielle (8/5): Awesome location and amazing staff! - After a nightmare start at a different hotel, we were told to come to Emerald Central. We arrived and they told us to book via booking.com as it’s cheaper. The room was basic but nice and very clean, the balcony was HUGE and it’s a short walking distance to amazing restaurants, day spas (and there is also one in the hotel) and Thanh Dinh Market. The staff gave us a little map and drew where we needed to go, were helpful with our bags and very accommodating. Set breakfast options. My partner is allergic to seafood and ordered the pork dim sims for breakfast, but was given seafood dim sims - which was quickly rectified. He was too scared to eat them, though, as they still had a seafood smell. My breakfast, however, was delicious!

- Pierre (7/5): - Le penthouse du 9 ème étage était vraiment très spacieux avec une vue dégagée su Ho Chi Minh. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. L'emplacement est entre l'aéroport et le centre (15 minutes en Grab), l'appartement était propre et confortable, le service accueillant. Il y a beaucoup de possibilité de ce nourrir autour du restaurant petit stand pour déguster des banh bao, banh mi ou prendre un café sur da (café au lait glacé) autour de l'hotel, mais aussi un très bon restaurant végétarien (OM) dans la rue Dinh Cong Tran ainsi que des Banh xeo (crèpes vietnamiennes) un peu plus loin dans la rue (en face de l'église rose). Le style kitch de la décoration, le léger bruit (non continu) de la machinerie la nuit
