• francesco (7/5): - Vicinanza al tram, cucina e bagno grandi. Host assente tranne quando arrivi per darti le chiavi. 3 giorni di soggiorno non ha risposto ad una chiamata e neanche ad un messaggio whatsapp. Servizio di pulizie al giorno del check in arrivato dopo le 14, al check out nostro (11.00) si é presentato alle 10:54 chiedendoci di uscire altrimenti avrebbe chiamato l’agenzia
• Thiago (10/5): Pleasant stay in Florence! - The property was perfect, have a complete kitchen, a wash machine, refrigerator, the bed is comfortable, shower is good! The staff was very kind! Nothing, the location is not that close to the historic center but the tram is very close and 5 min to get to the historic center.
• Dragan (1/5): - Pristojan objekt za taj novac, lokacija je ok, Neodgovorno ponašanje, djete nam je slučajno zatvorilo vrata, te nismo mogli uci u apartman, nitko nam nije pomogao, ostavili su nas na ulici s djetetom, bili smo primorani platiti drugi smjestaj za tu jednu noc. Otvaranje vrata smo platili 150 eura. Na zahtjev nam nisu poslali racun za boravak, gdje smo uskraceni za neke nadoknade troskova putovanja, jako neozbiljno i lose.
• Jin (10/5): location location location - It was a nice 1 bedroom apartment with you need. It was 5 minutes walking distance from the tram station and a major grocery. It was in a very convenient location at the same time it was very quiet because it didn't have much traffic of people. There's a designated parking spot for the unit. there's a drunken neighbor who was arguing for half an hour at 10:30 at night. After 3 days they were loudly talking in the public at 12:30 AM. As long as you close the bathroom door you cannot hear anything from them.
• CLAUDIO (6/5): Nel complesso siamo stati bene. - Posizione eccellente per le nostre esigenze. Scarsa assistenza, avremmo gradito più attenzione e maggiore comunicazione prima dell'arrivo e durante il soggiorno. Poca attenzione ai dettagli (per esempio assenza della carta igienica).

• Tatyana (4/5): - Very good and quite location,next to bus,tram stops and mall is 5 min walking Terrible beds,very uncomfortable and old.A/C in bedroom works very loud with different noise and cracks so we couldn't sleep with it.Apt could be cleaned better as we had spiders on ceiling and lots of mosquitoes inside.There was no knife in the kitchen as well
• Daniel (1/5): Nie polecam nikomu noclegu - Nic, kompletnie nic. No może poza lokalizacją, która nie jest zła i to nas skusiło. Gospodarz to typ zuchwalca co traktuje ludzi jak intruzów, a nie gości, nie odbiera telefonu, nie oddzwania. W apartamencie syf, wszędzie pająki i komary, w łazience w brodziku pleśń i grzyb, strasznie niewygodne łóżka, w kuchni łóżko co trzeszczy okropnie i prawie się składa samo jak na nie siadasz. Zero kapsulki do zmywarki czy płynu do naczyń. My trafiliśmy na zmywarkę, z której buchnął taki smród jakby coś tam zdechło, a okazało się, że poprzedni goście nie mając kapsulki wstawili ją na mycie samą wodą. Jak można się domyślać naczynia się nie domyły i wszystko skisło w środku. Dzieci brzydziły się dotknąć czegokolwiek. Parking następny dramatt. Pod takim kątem ostrym, że trzeba podkładać cegły pod koła żeby samochód się nie stoczył. Toatalna porażka i odradzamy wszystkim ceniącym choć trochę ład i porządek

• Alisa (10/5): Comfortable and clean - Apartment is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Everything matches description and photos on booking. A check-in arrangement with the host was very simple. Tram station is 5 minutes walk, then about 15-20 min with tram to S. Maria Novella. /
• Andras (8/5): Very good - Location. Queit surrounding. We had to wait more than an hour for check in. On the street... There was no neither washing soap nor capsule for dishwasher so we could not wash our dishes.
• Ravindran (8/5): Good place to stay. But not great one either.. - Good place to stay.. Apartment is on ground floor, so easy to access parking and no need to carry luggage on stairs or lift. Spacious place. Slightly away from city. Owner is sometimes not reachable on phone. You have everything you need. But in an event to contact him for something the call was unanswered, also didnt get a call back. The staff from cleanbnb greets you.

• Valeriya (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. There is a tram stop nearby (10 minutes by tram to the city center). There is a shopping mall and other stores nearby. This part of the city looks safe. Parking is located in front of the entrance to the apartments in a closed area. Large bedroom and plenty of storage space, spacious bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven - everything is old, but it works. WI-FI work very well. Friendly and helpful staff. The staff does not warn that when two electrical appliances are turned on, the lights in the entire apartment go out. We turned on the dishwasher and the kettle and spent more than 2 hours without light. And only after then they explained to us that when the air conditioning is on, you cannot use a hairdryer, for example... A very uncomfortable sofa and an even worse bed (it has a mesh that sags!) The apartment is located on the ground floor, located below the parking level. Therefore, the cars are parked at a steep angle, 1 meter from the apartment walls. It was hot outside, but cold inside. The towels did not dry. Mosquitoes. Mold in the bathroom. Dirty dishes. Dust was in the corners Registration in advance was not easy, and even with successful registration, you again had to provide documents for photos.

• Seneca (10/5): Exceptional - The application had all the equipment for self-catering. In a good location, near a shopping centre and tran stop to city centre both less than 5 minutes walk from apartment. The WiFi didn't work.
• Sana (5/5): good location but needs proper maintenance to provide comfort - location strong smell of cigarettes very noisy AC that would go quiet for a few seconds and very loud again. completely disrupting the sleep

• Bowen (2/5): Unpleasant - We requested a slightly early check in and the host kindly greeted us at the property. The kitchen is quite reasonably sized if you wish to cook. Overall our impression of the property was very poor. My wife cried when she saw the property and though we booked for 2 nights we only stayed for one and went elsewhere. It is located in a run down neighbourhood and faces directly into a communal car park (along with all the windows). The amount of mosquitoes also meant keeping the windows open was not possible as there are no mosquito screens. So the place is very stuffy and the air conditioning is in desperate need of cleaning (mould and dusty). A number of fixtures in the property are broken and the shower is full of black mould. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable. Overall the property is in need of new furniture, maintenance and deep cleaning. Would advise staying elsewhere.
• Maciej (7/5): Can be for a 1-2 night stay if Your expectations are not high. - Proximity to tram line that connects with city center. Parking in front of the flat. Good WiFi signal. Overall look of the flat. It’s a bit old both equipment, furnitures etc. Windows are on the level of ground floor parking with cars parking one meter from them so if You want to have a privacy You need to close the external rollets and then it’s a bit dark inside.. Air condition especially in the bedroom works very loud - it was difficult to sleep.
• Cvanco (7/5): Good - Location - close to tram going directly to city centre. Parking directly in front of accommodation. Accommodation hade to started at 17.00. It was confirmed by booking and even by owners email. When we arrived, nobody was there. Repeatedly I called (14x) and wrote SMS and e-mail . Finally, after 1 hour, owner answered and he lied about arrival awaited at 21.00. He put us inside at 19.30. We waited before for 2.5 hours. No sorry, no regrets, nothing. Another complaints - too soft beds, noise from flat above. Not working clima remote control.

• Ana (9/5): place ok, staff unbelievably rude - the location is amazing , close to the train station, to the city center, it is perfect. the place is nice enough, but very humid as is everything in Florence the staff was horrible . bothered me incessantly about doing the check in online (that is their job, not mine ) about paying the city tax ahead of time , threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn’t do it right the second he wanted even though I was on tour , and then we agreed on a meeting time for check in and he didn’t show at the time . pretended for us to wait until 8 pm . terrible
• Fedja (6/5): wouldn’t stay again - good location, close to the tram, bus, free parking check in was terrible, the host was 45 min late and we had to wait in the middle of the street because he has the keys for parking - very inconvenient the bed was very uncomfortable
