• victor (10/5): Highly reccomended - Ali the owner was a great guy, very helpfull. Hotel is a cute little place with a nice rooftop. Perfect spot to stay in Istanbul.
• Yasmin (6/5): - Die Sauberkeit ist wirklich sehr gut gewesen. Die Lage ist zwar gut, aber man läuft viel hoch und auf Dauer war das anstrengend und in der Gegend kann man nichts essen, denn alles ist zu teuer, weshalb sich die Lage meiner Meinung nach gar nicht so wirklich lohnt, auch wenn es eine touristische Ortschaft ist. Da würde ich euch eher empfehlen eine Unterkunft in Üsküdar zu holen, weil man mit der Fähre in 10 Minuten drüben ist. Ansonsten sind die günstigen Räume sehr klein, wodurch kein Koffer ganz geöffnet werden konnte und Kleiderschränke sind auch keine da sondern nur ein metallgerüst mit drei Bügeln. Die zimmer im Erdgeschoss würde ich nicht empfehlen. Sind super stickig von der Luft und man hat eine Wand als Aussicht. Außerdem ist es nicht schallisoliert, wie angegeben wird. Man hört alles. Also ob die Leute auf der Straße, den Gebetsruf um 5 Uhr oder die anderen Gäste sprechen. Wirklich alles. Selbst wenn jemand an meiner Tür stand und geatmet hat konnte ich das hören. Was wirklich auf Dauer anstrengend wird und dadurch hatten wir auch in keiner Nacht erholsam geschlafen, obwohl wir immer so müde waren. Wenn man nicht viele Ansprüche hat, dann ist es ganz gut. Ansonsten würde ich mich das nächste Mal woanders umschauen.

• Fenna (6/5): Für einen kurzen Städtetrip völlig ausreichen, aber von einem 4 Sterne Hotel kann man nicht sprechen. - Die Lage ist absolut gut und super zentral. Das Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können, die Fugen in der Dusche waren schwarz, der Duschkopf kaputt und völlig verkalkt. In meinen Augen ist es auch eher eine Pension als ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Es ist ein Wohnhaus mit ein paar Zimmern, es gibt keine Rezeption oder Lobby.

Приветливые сотрудники, отель предоставляет бутылки 0,5л воды в неограниченном количестве. Оплачивать лучше в валюте указанной на сайте, чтобы было без пересчетов/переводов. Есть телевизор с каналами на русском. Убирают очень чисто каждый день. Нам достался очень маленький номер, если есть большие чемоданы будет не очень удобно, у нас их не было и в целом было нормально. Мы не учли, что нам нужен будет стол для работы в компьютере, в нашем номере его не было, пришлось работать в кровати. Окно смотрело в стену, никакого вида, но опять же мы приходили только поспать, для нас это было не принципиально, мы шторку итак всегда закрывали.

• NATALIA (8/5): Отличная и недорогая гостиница. - Удобное расположение в центровых улиц, в пешей доступности от Галатской башни, единственное найти в маленьких улочках Стамбула не так легко, но нам помогли торговцы. Это находится на улице, где продают музыкальные инструменты. Номер очень маленький, для двоих не достаточно места, на 1-2 ночи подойдет, дольше нет. И еще нет чайника и чашек. А так в целом для ночевки пойдет, чисто и хорошо. Спасибо администратору за гостеприимство. размер комнаты, очень маленький.
• Vlada (10/5): Отличный отель за свои деньги - Отель находится идеально: в 2 минутах метро, с одной стороны начинается пешеходная улица с магазинами, а с другой- Галатская башня и далее исторический центр со всеми достопримечательностями. Владелец отеля помог с багажом, предложил за 7$ апргрейд номера. Посоветовал места для завтраков и был очень дружелюбен. Был все время на связи. Номер большой, всего хватило. Зимой тепло в номере. Имейте в виду, что громко на улице (при открытых окнах)

Nette Geschäfte, Lokale, Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. CheckInn und Kommunikation waren super. Am Abreisetag war mein Mann krank und wir konnten für ein bisschen Aufpreis noch den ganzen Tag das Zimmer nutzen. Personal sehr nett. Wir haben nichts negatives zu berichten

• Roberto (10/5): - È stato un viaggio perfetto e Blu Hotel ha contribuito a renderlo tale. A cominciare dall’host, gentilissimo. Ha atteso che arrivassimo dall’aeroporto nonostante non gli avessimo comunicato l’orario di arrivo, per aiutarci con il check in e per spiegarci tutte le info utili (codici, pass Wi-Fi, contatti di emergenza etc.). La stanza molto confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario (frigo, acqua no limits, accessori doccia, cuscini aggiuntivi etc). Servizio di pulizia veramente molto buono e fornito tutti i giorni su richiesta con cambio asciugamani. La posizione dell’albergo permette di visitare la città agevolmente trovandosi vicino alla fermata metro e al tram. Inoltre la zona è molto viva e piena di negozi / locali. Consigliatissimo. Se dovessimo tornare ad Istanbul , sceglieremmo di nuovo questo hotel :)

The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to messages, which was a great help. Highly recommended! • Marko (10/5): Magnificent! A total recommendation. - The location is magnificent. Right next to a shopping spree street, but in a quiet corner, very close to the Bosphorus and all the major attractions of Istanbul. You can get anywhere by foot, but there is also a metro station 200m away, so it’s easily reached from the airport. The hotel is also in the immediate vicinity of a mosque, so you can experience Istanbul like a local. The room is very clean. They clean it every day and there is always a lovely smell after cleaning. The hotel has a cozy rooftop where you can get tea and coffee for free any time of the day. The owner is really friendly, helpful and nice to have a chat with. He speaks good English and is always available. Whenever we had a question, we could count on him to get an answer. We liked everything.

• Ева (9/5): - The hotel is within walking distance of the Galata Tower. The hotel staff is very friendly, we received all the help we needed. The rooms are same like on the photos. We were constantly updated with water and asked if we needed cleaning. The bathroom is clean. The towels and bedding are crystal white and smell fresh. You can also use the laundry service at the hotel. Among the disadvantages: the safe and hairdryer did not work (but I think they can give you another one), the air conditioner works, but makes unpleasant loud noises from time to time, so you can wake up from it at night. I am satisfied with my experience at this hotel, I will definitely come back again.

Flughafen Transfer haben sie für uns organisiert da ich große Schwierigkeiten hatte . Das Zimmer war sauber, für zwei Personen mit kleinem Balkon hat mich fasziniert !! Schön eingerichtet. • Hamzeh (1/5): - I stayed at this hotel last week, and overall, the experience was great in terms of cleanliness, location, and general service. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I was very disappointed with the attitude of the hotel owner. Upon checkout, I was delayed by 1 hour and 20 minutes due to extremely heavy traffic in Istanbul—something completely out of my control. Later, I received a voice message from the owner asking me to pay an additional 500 TL, claiming that a new guest had arrived for my room and they had to offer them lunch while waiting, and I should cover that cost! Frankly, this behavior was unprofessional and unexpected. The delay was minor and not intentional, and there was no prior mention of such a penalty or policy. This left a very negative impression despite an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope the management reconsiders how they handle such situations in the future.

• francesca (9/5): Beautiful stay - The room was clean and tidy and has all the necessary amenities for enjoying the stay The hotel is in a really nice neighborhood and the location is perfect for exploring the city, transportations are near and reachable by walking so very convenient. At the beginning the owners tried to give us the room on the basement beside we reserved the room on the second floor, but after discussing with the owners they put us in the right room so be careful and prepared to check the room they want to give you!
