- Michel (7/5): - A equipe foi muito atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar com dicas da cidade e o que fazer na região. A localização também é excelente, facilitando bastante o deslocamento. O clima entre os hóspedes era muito agradável, perfeito para conhecer pessoas e aproveitar a viagem. Durante a hospedagem de 4 dias não foi limpado os banheiros e dormitórios.

Os armários funcionam bem, tem tranca e também tem um cofre próximo as camas. O hostel fica a uns 10min da estação de metrô e tb é perto da tower bridge. Quem for do BR sugiro levar um adaptador de casa pq o que eles emprestam não funcionaram pro tipo de tomada que eu tinha (três pinos). E tb se vc não viaja com toalha na mala, eles alugam na recepção.

- Ms J K (9/5): Great hostel - Always like the staff here and it's a generally good hostel. Prices seem to vary. You can lose stuff down the side of the bed.
- YANYU (8/5): - 交通很便利，距离几条地铁线步行可达，晚上快10点出站走路到hostel很安全；酒店到各景点路线都是顺的，游览不走回头路，非常方便；酒店四人间空间很大，床位垫子和被套很干净舒服。 住的四人间卫生间洗手台的下水堵塞了，一直没有修好。建议及时检查和修理。

Il y a de bonnes adresses autour pour manger et le fait d’avoir un café et un bar sur place c’est quand même assez exceptionnel ! On a eu un petit couac d’installation en arrivant et malheureusement on s’est retrouvées dans une chambre avec une femme assez irrespectueuse qui se réveillait à 5h du matin tous les jours et manger bruyamment dans la chambre en faisant des messages vocaux comme si elle était toute seule…

- Panu (8/5): - Siisti huone. Hyvät sängyt verhoilla, sai helposti omaa rauhaa. Erinomaiset säilytyskaapit, joihin ei tarvinnut omaa lukkoa ja jonne sai myös henkarit roikkumaan. Lisäksi pieni säilytysrasia sängyssä arvotavaroille. Hyvä systeemi sänkyjen varaamiseen saapumisjärjestyksessä. Pyykkihuone oli helppokäyttöinen ja toimiva. Hyvä sijainti, lyhyt kävelymatka bussi- tai metroasemalta. Kaksi eri ihmistä kävi sanomassa respaan, että huoneen käsisaippua-automaatti on tyhjänä, mutta silti sitä ei käyty täyttämässä. Vähän outo systeemi myös, että huoneen vessassa ei voi pestä käsiä, vaan pitää tulla aulaan sitä varten. Hissit olivat maailman hitaimmat.

- Jill (9/5): Reliable hostel - I’ve stayed here quite a few times and this visit the desk staff were friendlier and there had been clear updates to upgrade things. The lift had also been fixed and was less freaky. The rooms were as usual had lots of privacy, easy to use lockers and very clean. If you’re on the 6th floor and rely on a lift, it can take more than 10 minutes for it to reach the floor during busy periods. It doesn’t automatically go all the way up. As I couldn’t take the stairs, it was a bit frustrating waiting that long.

- Lorinda (7/5): Nice Aesthetis - The Kitchen and common areas are really good. There is a lift to use.. When I checked in they sent me to a room that had no clean available bed for me when I went in the room there was a strong smell which kind of smelt like vape. I had to go back to reception as there was no bed in the room available for me. So they sent me to another room. Which apron entering smelt better. This room was on the same floor 4th. Later that evening when I was in the bed I could smell the same smell again which was affecting me as I have asthma and allergies. I asked the guy in the bed below me if he could smell it but he didn't really speak any English. The next day he departed and the smell was still present. I moved to another bunk but that didn't help. My conclusion was that the was some sort of mould in the building as the symptoms I was getting with sinuses and neck pain were what I usually get when mould is present. If it wasn't for this I would of scored the hostel a lot higher. But mould is a serious issue and really bad for everyone's health.

- luigi savarese (10/5): Ostello Number One !!! - Posizione ottimale a pochi metri dalla metro, struttura molto accogliente e soprattutto sicura con sistemi di apertura porte con badge e chiusura sicura di bagagli. Ero titubante nel scegliere un ostello per dormire e condividere la stanza con altre persone ma alla fine lo rifarei, stanze molto pulite, staff molto gentile e pronto ad ogni richiesta anche con uno come me che l'inglese non lo mastica bene. Locale al piano terra con musica e piano bar tutte le sere. Ho usufruito della colazione un giorno ma non sono rimasto soddisfatto, mancavano croissant e il cappuccino non era dei migliori, asciugamani da noleggiare

- Ho Sze (9/5): 用心設計的女生房間 - 6人女生房間設計有足夠活動空間，電子儲物櫃不用自行配鎖，能放入23吋行李箱加背囊。淋浴間及廁所分開，乾淨清潔。每格配有床簾、風扇、置物板、床頭燈、小夾萬等，有考慮到使用者需要。 雖有電梯，但6樓女生房間入大門後需自行再搬上半層樓梯，若行李較多會頗為吃力。

- Lorena (10/5): - L’ostello ha superato di gran lunga qualsiasi aspettativa. La posizione è ottima, poco distante dalla stazione di London Liverpool se arrivate in treno dall’aeroporto. La fermata della metro di riferimento è Tower Hill per cui una volta girato l’angolo dell’ostello vi troverete davanti al Tower Bridge. La reception è aperta h24, per qualsiasi esigenza. La pulizia e il rispetto che c’è tra turisti che che alloggiano è stata la vera sorpresa. In più se viaggiate soli come è capitato a me, sappiate che non vi sentirete mai i soli compagni di viaggio, perché avrete modo di conoscere ragazzi da ogni parte del mondo!

- Nayara (9/5): A perfect mix of great location, social atmosphere, and genuinely helpful staff, easily one of the best hostel experienc - Had the best time in London this hostel is literally 10/10. It’s close to two stations on great lines, and you can even walk to Tower Bridge and St. Paul’s Cathedral. The staff were outstanding: very welcoming, efficient, and helpful. I had a problem with my bed locker and key card, and they solved it instantly. If you rent a towel, you can get a fresh one whenever you want, which was great. The bar is super nice too, and they had a few events that were worth checking out even if that’s not usually your vibe. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room, and the cleaners come by often. I also really liked that you can choose your bed depending on the available spots in the room. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it’s nice to have one available as well. -
- Amy (9/5): Good one night stay - The rooms were comfortable with a lot of storage. Great showers which was surprising for a hostel. Good location near public transport. Handy that there was a café on site and other facilities were great. One of the staff members really could not be bothered. He told everyone the incorrect information and gave one worded responses when we tried to ask for help. Luckily his colleagues made up for his lousy attitude. You had to make your bedsheets.

- Toni771 (8/5): Facility and room smart, bed with metal frame...horrible - Ich haben zwei Nächte in einem 4-Bett Zimmer und dann zwei Nächte in einem 2-Bett private room mit einer Freundin geschlafen. 4-Bett Zimmer wirklich sehr smart durchdacht mit Schließfächern, Vorhänge, USB Charger bei jedem Bett, Licht, Safe bei jedem Bett. Kaffee im EG wirklich sehr gut, Locker rooms smart durchdacht. Hier wurde gut mitgedacht! Der Lattenrost ist aus Metall, also null elastisch. Darauf liegt er eine dünne Matratze mit dünnem Polster. Auch wenn das Zimmer super ist, die zweite Nacht habe ich dann am letztendlich bei Freunden am Sofa geschlafen. Ich schlafe gerne auf harten Matratzen, aber ein Metall Lattenrose und dann auch keinen extra Polster zu bekommen, als ich danach gefragt habe...würde nicht mehr dort schlafen

- Cayuqueo Williams (9/5): - El personal fue muy amable, desde la recepción hasta el check out. La ubicación está muy buena, está cerca de las paradas de colectivo y estación de subte. Reservé con desayuno incluído y lo recomiendo, hay variedad de alimentos y opciones muy ricas. Las instalaciones están preparadas para estar cómoda, que la cama tenga cortinas lo hace muy privado. Las instalaciones en general están bien mantenidas, es cómodo pasar el tiempo ahí. No conocí la cocina, pero el comedor/bar estaban muy lindos y cómodos para el desayuno

- Alana (10/5): Ótima localização e funcionários excelentes - Bem localizado, ficava uns 8 minutos andando da Tower Bridge. Achei os funcionários muito atenciosos, mesmo eu sem falar inglês — mostrando tudo no Google Tradutor, todos sempre muito prestativos. Lá tem armário para guardar as malas, o que ajudou bastante porque cheguei às 10h e o check-in era só às 14h. É pago, mas achei barato. O hostel também tem bar e um espaço bem grande. Como não sei inglês, acabei não interagindo muito com as pessoas, mas super recomendo e voltaria com certeza 😊 Só achei ruim que a tomada perto da cama não encaixava no meu adaptador internacional, porque ele era grande e tinha uma prateleira atrapalhando. No primeiro dia consegui usar apenas a tomada que ficava na ponta do quarto, mas depois pedi ajuda na recepção e eles me emprestaram um adaptador. Outro detalhe é que poderiam já entregar a toalha no check-in, porque cheguei no quarto, vi que não tinha e precisei voltar na recepção para pedir.

- Yazid (6/5): Great location, the rooms are decent but can be better - The location is amazing, close to Tower bridge and Tower of London and close to Financial district, Westminster is close using the Tube The staff is not good as I saw in the comments before, they’re not very helpful especially during the Checkin time

- Vanessa (8/5): - Lage perfekt, Personal super, für die Lage selbst war es sehr leise! Die Matratzen waren schon ziemlich durchgelesen und die Betten haben gequetscht. Leider war der Spiegel sehr weit weg von der Steckdose wenn man sich die Haare Föhnen wollte
- Jose David (8/5): Buena - La ubicación Que después del check out te sacan literal de las instalaciones, no puedes disfrutar del bar ni de las zonas de descanso. El personal un poco perezoso para trabajar en horas de la noche.

- Flückiger (7/5): Einfach aber praktisch. - Das Frühstück war zwar einfach aber sehr gut. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. In den allgemeinen Räumen gibt es viel Platz für Gemütlichkeit, Arbeit usw. Zimmer war supereng (die beiden Etagenbetten standen so nahe beisammen, dass man dazwischen nicht nebeneinander durchgehen konnte). Im WC kein Waschbecken (wäre unbedingt nötig, weil im Mehrbettzimmer das Bad oft besetzt ist - dann ist nichts mit Hände waschen).
