• Peter (3/5): Coming late night and there was no visible sign that I am in front of the hotel. - Simple traveling to the center. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. After spending 500 nights in hotels around the world this was not the worst hotel but for sure second.

• メイ (4/5): ホテル選びは慎重に - WiFiは普通に繋がります。 まず部屋がとんでもない形をしている。部屋というよりほぼ仮眠室に近い感じ。天井が少し高くなっているカプセルホテルって感じ。 あと狭すぎて、当然収納スペースがない。ちっちゃめのスーツケースだったからなんとかなったけど、大き目のスーツケースは開けれないかもしれない。 最初は気づいていなかったけど、ドアのロック？がうまく機能していなかった。普通に外から簡単に開けれて怖かったです。貴重品を置かないようにしてください。 フロアもタバコ臭かったです。 あと、お湯が出ません。ヒーターが機能していない？結局常温水でシャワー浴びてた。 ある日玄関に同時に入ってきた、工事現場の作業員が大量にいたので、そのような用途のホテルだなあと思いました。 出張には全く快適ではなかったのが正直な感想。ただ、観光で激安ホテルをお探しでしたら、ありかもしれません。

• Tana (2/5): AVOID - We left straight after seeing the room- no refund was allowed. The room was a state and the hotel is located in the red light district. The room was humid and AC didn’t work. The shower, toilet and sink was all rammed into a small room 1m x1m if you are lucky.

• Juan (1/5): The best hotel for overcoming your bugs' fear 💪 - I was afraid of bugs and cockroaches. Thanks to K Hotel 14 I am no longer afraid of cockroaches since I was sleeping with them. Every time I woke up, there were cockroaches all over me and now I understand they can also be friendly 😊.

Downside is room smell cigarettes. 1 small blanket and too thin( micro fiber type).doesn’t have coffee or tea in small packet, you need to bring your own. They do have cup and kettle. No toothbrush

• Siddiqui (3/5): I need all the refunds for all the days he stayed - My father passed away in your hotel he wasn’t feeling well and there were no receptionist after 7pm to 9 am to be contacted with, we kept calling all night since my father wasn’t feeling well but noone picked up the phone we just wanted to send dome staff to his room incase he needed medical any medical attention we had to send someone else who lives 2 hours away from your hotel until she reached it was already too late i wish i shouldn’t have booked this hotel for my father i even booked an extension of the day he died 4 December 2024

• Lilia (9/5): It’s worth my money anyway and I had a comfortable stay - Although the hotel was old, I can say that they still prioritise cleanliness of the rooms. It’s just that laundries were everywhere on your way to your room. Also the staff not approachable and the surroundings quite not safe.

• Chunyin (3/5): claustophoboic pod bed - Water heater worked well compared to neighboring hotels. was pretty quiet and had a small working table next to the bed. blanket was cozy and soft. bed was tiny, you wouldn't believe how small it was until you've seen it for yourself. pretty sure some bigger people wouldn't even fit on the bed, it was the kind of couch bed you'd find in a camper van for a teenager. The sides were walls too so you couldn't even stretch your limbs out.

• Yoo (1/5): Very greedy hotel owner - None. I paid S$266/night (300 Australian dollars). The room was so dirty. The bedding was smelly. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom etc. I had a chat with a taxi driver about this and he told me "it's because of the F1 game and the number of hotels is way short to accommodate all the visitors to that game." In normal season, the price for the hotel room ranges between S$50 and 60, said the driver.

• Lim (1/5): Very bad. Strongly NOT recommend - Nothing satisfied. This is an awful place. I can't believe this is happened in Singapore. The inconsistency in pricing feels deceptive, and the unsanitary environment(there were numerous cockroaches) is unacceptable. I urge you to take immediate action to address these concerns. Based on my experience, I believe the hotel should temporarily close to resolve these critical issues and ensure a better standard for future guests. I hope to receive a prompt response and resolution regarding this matter.

• Arijit (10/5): Great stay with all our expectations more than fulfilled - The hotel is very conveniently located as it is close to public transport and central. King size bed. Open 24/7. Friendly reception staff. The AC in our room was very powerful. Everything was as expected.

Everything was dirty, you have to take the shower with the toilet between your legs in 1sq m. The Air Cond. not worked properly. Totally a waste of money (a lot of money) AND THE LAST BUT NOT LEAST, YOU NEED TO SHARE THE HOTEL WITH SOME FRIENDLY RATS, LIKE IN PRISON
