- Julia (9/5): Overall, had a lovely experience at Rosewood and would definitely stay again. - Perfect location, hotel is directly linked from 3rd floor to BTS and walkway to Central Embassy mall next door. Mall has many high end brands and was peaceful and quiet. Plenty of food options such as Thongsmith, Nara Thai, Nabezo sukiyaki. Walkable to the next mall in air conditioned comfort with even more food and fashion options. Gym was very well equipped- a few machines (such as leg press and chest press, rowing machine), many cardio machines, bench press etc. gym felt modern and clean. Room felt luxurious and spacious- perfect perfect perfect! Frette bathrobes and slippers. Staff very well trained and professional. Breakfast was pretty good, but seemed to fall slightly short of a five star experience. The noodle soups were slightly sweet and cold selections were limited.

The location of the hotel is amazing and it is directly connected to BTS, which makes it very convenient to get around. My 1 bedroom suite was amazing, with amazing views of Bangkok. It was very spacious, had a separate bar area and even the minibar was included which was a nice touch! The entire staff in the hotel was amazing, very friendly and accomodating. This has improved a lot since my last stay. I strongly believe Rosewood Bangkok delivers an amazing value among the luxury hotels in Bangkok. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Lisha at the front desk patiently showed us around and her recommendations were very good as to which room we should stay in for our 10 day stay. She was absolutely right. The restaurants and food are worth mentioning as well as their in room dining. I would like to mention that the cleanliness was 11/10 ! Thank you so much for making our trip a memorable one !

Having lived in Thailand for many years, I must say the Thai food in the restaurant was disappointing. And whilst I think it’s part of the special and intimate atmosphere, the hotel is quite small and narrow- lacks a wow factor, arguably.

Amm and Pam gave excellent service—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. They made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommend Nan Bei and will definitely return.

The letdown of the hotel has to do with the common areas. They were very limited (tiny pool and gym, small bar) and mostly very busy. To top it off, the hotel feels very corporate, in a tall building with no real views. And perhaps the biggest drawback is its size and guest portfolio. The hotel was hosting a few different big groups, and they would ocasionally take over the lobby or restaurants to plan their activities. Not a premium feeling. The hotel is moderately priced, though, which I think is fair and makes it a reasonable pick, if you know what you are getting out of it.

And last but certainly not least, the wonderful Ohm at the concierge desk, constantly checking in to see that arrangements were spot on even when we were away from the hotel - his WhatsApp notes were timely and reassuring. Thank you ! We left feeling genuinely valued and cared for at every touchpoint, which is perhaps the greatest luxury of all. This is a hotel that stays with you long after you’ve checked out — and one that immediately has you thinking about when you can return. Highly recommended and firmly on the go-to list for any trip to Bangkok.

Used the American Express credit at Nan Bei for authentic Chinese absolutely fantastic. - Rose (7/5): The staff was great. The rooms were just too small. - There should be more space in the room to put the suitcases. The closet was non-functional. No room to put all the belongings. The bathtub was one of these modern free standing tubs that are useless. The bathroom was too small. The shampoo was almost empty and was not refilled during our stay. The staff was wonderful! No complaints at all! 10% surcharge on food bills, etc. Tips should be up to the guest depending on the level of service. Why would anyone be forced to pay an extra 10% is the food and/or service is bad? The credit card imprint for incidentals should be just that. An imprint! The guest should NOT be charged until an actual purchase is made. How can you charge almost $500 on the spot, whereas the refund of non expended funds takes up to 2 weeks. That is not right!!!

The hotel is new, stunningly beautiful and most importantly, the staff is astonishing! We stayed for three days to start our fifth Thai adventure and wished we would have found the Rosewood previously. A Thai family member suggested this for its location and service and they were correct. We arranged for airport pickup..and were met at luggage claim and whisked into a car and to the hotel. At midnight, it was only half an hour trip. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast and other amenities were wonderful and staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel has a 3rd floor exit that takes you directly to a BTS (Skytrain) station. Remarkably convenient. Shopping mall w luxury and affordable brands is just 2 blocks away and accessible by skyway. Hotel has a bar w view called Lennons. And fantastic Chinese restaurant. Lastly, we arranged for a car to airport…car was met by a Rosewood rep at airport who helped us w luggage and navigated us to the check-in counter and to immigration. What service!

- OWHKG2016 (10/5): Great city hotel in Bangkok - We stayed 3 nights here in November in one of the base rooms. The room itself was small but extremely well appointed - SMEG kettle, Dyson hairdryers, Sonos speakers, GREAT Frette slippers and nice throw on the sofa. All these little nice touches give you a sense that you are in a luxurious hotel. These stuff are even nicer than the flagship HK Rosewood hotel. Service was always warm and friendly, and the hotel generally is quite well staffed at every corner and door. Breakfast selection was ample and the food quality was good. The upstairs bar also served some very good cocktails. Slight negatives: the views aren't anything to write home about and the noise insulation can be improved, you do hear noises from the road but it wasn't bad All in all a great city hotel and the value here is unbeatable. It's located right next to the Skytrain station and walkable to the Central Embassy. We like it here a bit more than the Park Hyatt next door. Would highly recommend this for a city centre hotel in Bangkok, that is if you are looking for something to combine with a river hotel in the city.
- 735dd (10/5): Another joyful Christmas at Rosewood Bangkok - We absolutely love vacationing in Bangkok, and Rosewood Bangkok has always been our one and only choice. Since the hotel opened, I believe we’ve stayed there at least 10 times? We’ve spent many joyful and celebratory moments at the hotel, and this year, we just celebrated Christmas there. We really enjoy the elegant vibe, great service and the beautiful rooms, and it’s remarkable that they’ve maintained such high standards over the years. Before this trip, there was a minor incident— I got injured just before departure, which made moving around difficult, and I could only take small and slow steps. The hotel staff, whether they were from the lobby, housekeeping, the restaurant, or even the general manager, greeted me warmly every time they saw me. Their genuine care and willingness to help were incredibly heartwarming, and I am really thankful to them. Big shout-out to Sandra, Fern, and also Real, Paris and Punch from Lakorn, Don from Concierge and our housekeeper Nana.

- Patrick (10/5): Good but not sure If it's worth it - Very modern with great facilities. Room was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and luxe. The elevators split across 3 wells was confusing at times. Breakfast was also basic.

Our servers Lita and Mind were very friendly, polite and professional, constantly aiming to please. The restaurant was GORGEOUS, delicious food and our servers were fantastic! Highly recommend!!!

You call for things and they always ask if you want anything else. The room was amazing. Big comfortable and super clean. We had an upgrade and had the view of the whole city. The breakfast was great and they did a lunch box for our early flight and it was good. The spa is great and the people are super loving . Loved this hotel !!!

I stayed at Rosewood for 3 nights and was absolutely blown away by the quality of the hotel itself, as well as the facilities, food and service. The salt water pool and hot tub were phenomenal and the overall vibe of the hotel exudes quiet luxury. Highly recommend and will stay again
- marcinkro (10/5): Great City, Great Hotel - We lived in Bangkok years ago and visit regulary and have stayed in several luxury hotels. the rosewood is one of the best we have experienced. the location is wonderful, the facility is lovely, and the staff and level of service is superb. from the welcome at the entrance upon arrival, through then easy check in process to the escort to our large suite, everything was completed in 10 minutes. the room. had a fabulous view, the welcome amenities of sweets and drinks were a nice touch, and the furnishings were tasteful. we spent the next three days enjoying the facilities, such as the spa and the generous and delicious breakfast. we can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The personnel at front desk as well as house-keeping is extremely polite and very helpful. The location is well connected with light railway to main city districts. Having just left Raffles in Singapore, we expected to be disappointed by any subsequent hotel but needn’t have worried! Room was impeccable, with a fantastic view. Positives: Breakfast was very tasty, with a great choice of options. Great link to the Sky Train, which we used to avoid traffic Lennons Bar on 30th floor is exceptional Negatives: Felt more business focussed than leisure, but guess that is just due to its location Someone was able to charge multiple meals / dinners to our room over the course of three days - not sure what verification takes place when signing to room, but needs improving!
- bvandenoever (10/5): Flawless Stay – Pure Perfection at Rosewood - I rarely give a hotel 5 out of 5 on all fronts, but Rosewood truly deserves it. What a brilliant hotel. Everything simply works — effortlessly, intuitively, and with a natural sense of flow and comfort. From check-in to check-out, every moment was exceptional. Service was warm and precise, the rooms are beautifully designed, and every detail feels thoughtfully crafted. I genuinely have zero comments or criticisms — a first for me. We’re still enjoying the memory of our stay, and will definitely return. A perfect hotel experience in every way.
