• Lorenco (1/5): Avoid like the plague - not much, staff is nice it’s very dirty, our curtains (which lay next to the bed) had a big stain of god knows what. There’s dust on the headrest. The mattress was almost like it collapsed in itself. Everything feels grimy and dirty. Honestly, do yourself a favor hon. you flew all the way from the other side of the world and you wanna consider this?! You are worth way more… enjoy yourself and book that 5* hotel!

• Adéla (8/5): Challenges for couples, best for solo travellers - - It exactly matched the expectations for such price, standard "capsule" hotel room. Perfectly adequate for travelling on a budget. - The TV offered a small selection of recent-release films in English. - We slept well here, comfy beds, light-blocking curtains and functional AC. - Great location, close to public transport. Travelling as a couple, we had to carefully manage our luggage within the small room - but since we had just cabin luggage both our suitcases fit in the storage under the bed just fine. But I can't imagine a couple with two (or more) bigger suitcases fitting comfortably in this small room. Also - the bathroom door has a small gap above the floor, so it's not 100% sound isolated - so you don't have bathroom privacy if you're staying as a couple.

Dit hotel zou ik best een 8 gunnen, qua lokatie, hygiëne en stilte, maar het ontbijt is dermate slecht, dat ik daardoor het hotel geen echte aanrader vind. Voor dit geld zou het beter moeten kunnen. Het hotel serveert zelf geen ontbijt, maar dat kun je bij Café Veloce een paar minuten er vandaan krijgen. Op zich geen probleem, maar het is bijzonder slecht bereid en smakeloos wat daar aangeboden wordt aan tosti en koffie. Zo heb ik het in Japan nog niet eerder meegemaakt, terwijl zelfs een eenvoudig Japans ontbijt uitermate smakelijk kan zijn. ...

The building has more than 10 floors, but only one lift services the entire hotel. This can lead to longer wait times, particularly in the mornings. As we were on a lower floor, the lift was often already full by the time it reached us, so it’s worth allowing extra time if you need to head out early.

At one point we had so many towels that we left them outside the room as they provide fresh towels, gowns, coffee and tea every day. The room didn't have a wardrobe so we lived out of our suitcase for a week. The room is very small and you could just about walk around the bed. I highly recommend that you do not take the breakfast option. The website shows a cafe with lots of available food. We paid for 2 weeks of breakfast and didn't bother using our vouchers after the first day as there are only 3 options and all 3 were awful. We had paid up front and lost our money. There are also better APA hotel locations further in the centre of Asakusa, I would recommend choosing one of those for accessibility and you can have breakfast in local cafes. There was only one lift for 14 floors, this caused a delay in getting in and out.

Location is convenient, near by train station and surrounding with many convenience stores and restaurants. Room is not sound-proof, I can hear children runing and screaming on corridor. Rug is need to be vacuumed. Hot water system is not stable.
