• Federica (10/5): Pasqua a Napoli - Abbiamo soggiornato nel caratteristico appartamento di Leopoldo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Situato sui tetti di Napoli, offre una vista stupenda e un’atmosfera davvero autentica. L’appartamento si trova in una traversa della centralissima Via Toledo, a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito, all’ultimo piano di uno storico palazzo napoletano. È dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, compreso l’ascensore per raggiungere i piani più alti, e dispone inoltre di una terrazza panoramica spettacolare da cui si può ammirare tutto il Golfo di Napoli e, naturalmente, ’O Vesuvio! La mattina di Pasqua ci siamo goduti una piacevolissima colazione in terrazza: un momento davvero speciale. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è stata la calorosa accoglienza di Leopoldo, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a dare consigli e informazioni per vivere Napoli al meglio. Niente

C'era l'occorrente per colazione e per cucinare. Arredamento comodo e funzionale. Ascensore sempre pulito. A me è piaciuto tutto. Segnalo che l'appartamento può essere un po' scomodo per persone che camminano male. Per noi nessun problema.

Yo pensaba que los usuarios del apartamento pequeño podiamos utilizar la terraza en modo compartido con el apartamento grande. Pero solo pueden utilizar la terraza los usuarios de este último.

• Kathrin (10/5): - Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock und ist mit einem sehr kleinen Aufzug zu erreichen, den man im 5. Stock über einen Metallrost außen am Haus verlässt. Wir sind nach dem Transport des Koffers lieber zu Fuß gegangen. Das Treppenhaus ist hochinteressant und sehr lohnend. - Auch innerhalb der Wohnung gibt es ein paar Stufen. Das liegt an dem interessantesten Grundriss, den man sich vorstellen kann. - Leopoldo hat uns vor der eigentlichen Check-in-Zeit empfangen und war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Leopoldo spricht kein Italienisch. Das ist aber kein Problem, weil sein Sohn jederzeit erreichbar ist. - Die kleine Küche verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, für die wir dankbar waren. - Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig und hat über ein kleines Fenster einen wunderschönen Blick über begrünte Dachterrassen und die Piazza del Plebiscito. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Treppen sind sicher nicht jedermanns Sache. Uns haben sie nicht gestört.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Geschosse: Im fünften Stock ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und mit kleiner Küche, im sechsten Stock ein Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten und das Badezimmer. Darüber eine atemberaubend schöne Terrasse mit Blick über den Golf von Neapel. Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr freundlicher und entgegenkommender Mann, wir haben uns gut verstanden.

I quartieri spagnoli,piazza del Plebiscito, via Chiaia, il San Carlo, via Toledo. San Gregorio Armeno, il Duomo, SpaccaNapoli ad una ventina di minuti a piedi. La via è veramente strategica. The accommodation was equipped with everything required. The roof terrace offers a magnificent view of the city, the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. It is located in the city center, with many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions nearby. The water pressure in the shower was really low.

• Peter Cinema (10/5): - Il signor Leopoldo è molto accogliente e disponibile. L'appartamento è veramente carino e ben posizionato. Per quanto mi riguarda, non mancava nulla. Mi sono fermato solo per due notti, ma è certamente adatto anche per un soggiorno più lungo. Se torno a Napoli, prenderò seriamente in considerazione di tornare in questo appartamento. Confesso che, nonostante ci fosse l'occorrente per prepararsi una colazione leggera, la presenza in zona di bar e caffè eccellenti (suggerisco il Caffè del Professore: ottimo caffè e sfogliatelle da sogno!) non mi ha invogliato a fare la colazione in appartamento. L'appartamento ha una disposizione particolare, che ho trovato molto ingegnosa ed esteticamente carina, e personalmente non ho avuto alcun problema. Tuttavia, una persona con difficoltà di movimento potrebbe trovarlo scomodo, perché ci sono tre piccole rampe di scale all'interno dell'appartamento.

• Aitana (9/5): Apartament al mig de Nàpols - Està al mig de tot. Vam poder anar caminant al 99% d'imprescindibles de Nàpols. L'amfitrió, Leopoldo i el seu fill Giuseppe, són encantadors i ens van ajudar a aparcar el cotxe i no moure'l els 4 dies que vam estar allà. El llit és confortable, la cuineta i el lavabo molt correctes. Per comentar quelcom, tan sols podria millorar la televisió per què té les versions antigues i no pots veure cap plataforma.
• ZOUMPOULAKI (9/5): Κεντρικό σημείο, ταράτσα με όμορφη θέα - Τοποθεσία σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, κοντά σε αξιοθέατα, εμπορικούς δρόμους και στο λιμάνι από όπου αποχωρεί το ferry boat για Κάπρι. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε παλιό κτίσμα αλλά είναι κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο για να εξυπηρετεί τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών, ενώ η ταράτσα έχει πολύ όμορφη θέα. Τέλος, ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός, μας επέτρεψε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματά μας και μετά την ώρα του check out.

• Poli (9/5): Belle solution à prix abordable pour un séjour en plein centre de Naples. - Le hôte Leopoldo est très aimable et plein de petites attentions. L'appartement est équipé de climatisation facile à regler, et ascenseur ce qui assez inusuel pour un vieux bâtiment à Naples. L'ascenseur est payant (20 centimes par courses) mais Leopoldo vous laisse plein de pièces de 20 centimes à disposition. Pas grand chose de négatif à dire. Pas grand chose de négatif à dire. Une ampoule dans la salle de bain ne marchais pas, certainement un problème temporaire. L'appartement n'est pas tout au même niveau, il faut mobtee des marches et puis en redescendre pour passer de la cuisine à la chambre à coucher, ce qui poserait des problème à des personnes à mobilité réduite.

L appartamento è in una opinione a dir poco eccezionale, a fianco a piazza Plebiscito, 2 passi dalla metro se si intende utilizzarla.E' ben attrezzato. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglierò. Mamma con due figli.

• Tatiana (10/5): Tutto e stupenda - We had a luck to celebrate SSC Napoli victory in Scudetto. Napolitans are crazy to support their own FC and crazy to celebrate. Envy. Terrazza was the best on the site. I'm afraid you will have a problem to find a restaurant nearby with better view. We ordered meals home and ate on our terrazza. We bought italian delicacies from Mercato Pignasecca, f.e. shrimps 12€ per kilo, made it in our well equipped kitchen and enjoyed it on terrazza. Our stay was too short. I would like to come to Napoli for third time.

• Dalia (7/5): Realy central with a wonderful terrace - The roof terrace is really amazing. It's huge, you can see Naples, the sea, Vesuvius. There's a table, chairs, a sink. It's really amazing, I love ir. The apartment is located in the very very center. The rooms are quite gloomy, although there are windows, but they lead nowhere, and there is definitely not enough natural light. Some of the kitchen utensils are not washed or washed poorly. The kitchen is very small, if you want to cook something more serious. If you don't cook much, then that's enough. You need to get used to the bathroom with toilet equipment, it is also very inconvenient to regulate the water, the toilet flush is extremely noisy, the bathroom door closes very noisily, it is impossible not to wake up the sleeper, because the bed is right next to it. The apartment is spacious, clean and has a terrace overlooking Napoli where one can have breakfast, lunch or a drink. I fully recommend this place. There was only one problem that we faced: the pillows were uncomfortable.

Accueil et echange chaleureux avec les propriétaires. Seul petit bémol : l'annonce sur ebookers n'est pas assez précise car les photos présentent les 2 appartements en location. Seul 1 donne accès à la terrasse! Au moment de payer, on ne sait pas bien lequel on loue... Mais le séjour etait très agréable!.........

It was restful and joyful to stay at that property. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, before and during our stay. We once had a hot water problem, he addressed it promptly and quickly. I would TOTALY recommend it. The elevator was the only unusual surprise. You need to have money (coins) in order to use it. It is a building policy.
• Kali (10/5): Great location and amazing rooftop terrace - The apartment was super clean and the host left breakfast, water, and juice which was a wonderful touch! The private rooftop terrace is amazing and a great way to experience the city while getting away from all the crowds. It's in a great part of Naples and close to a lot of public transportation and a ton of restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was a little difficult to find the building at first but once we found it it was amazing.

• Svein (10/5): Very centrally located, but quiet - The apartment is situated centrally in Quartieri Spagnoli. Shops and restaurants are literally just around the corner. Metro station, port and some of the sights are within walking distance. I met the host on the street outside the building. He showed me the apartment and gave me the keys. Very nice welcome. It's on top of the building, with a view towards the Piazza del Plebiscito. It was quiet at night. There is a small, but adequate kitchen just inside the door. There's a washing machine in the kitchen. A few steps up, there's a small table for eating. The bedroom is quite big, with a big bed, cupboards and a big chair. There¨s also a television, but I didn't use it. There's aircondition. The bathroom is small, but adequate. The host met me again for check-out. I had stayed there a week and there were a lot of empty bottles to be taken out. I wanted to take them myself, but the host insisted that he would do it. There is a lot of traffic in the narrow street. Walking there was unpleasant, but as soon as I reached the corner with Via Toledo, a 100 meters down, it was very pleasant. At times there was a lot of noise in the daytime, from renovating works at the floor below. I expected a balcony, because it looked like there was on one of the pictures. There isn't. It is the hallway from the elevator to the apartment that goes along an atrium. I missed a rack to hang my laundry to dry.
• Nanette (10/5): - The property was conveniently located close to everything I wanted to see and do. No car is needed. Leopoldo set up a ride for us from the airport and then to the train station when we left. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Naples.
