SAMUEL (10/5): Excellent rapport qualité-prix ! - Hotel très moderne et récent avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont spacieuses (rare à Paris !!!) et confortables. Salle de bain moderne. Propreté parfaite, RAS. Le petit déjeuner est très bien (mieux que beaucoup d'autres Ibis Style) avec des plages horaires assez large (attention beaucoup de monde, mais l'hotel gère bien le flux). Enfin sinon, l'hotel est proche du métro donc pratique pour se déplacer dans la ville. Super bonne expérience qui m'a réconcilié avec IBIS Style.

Sanford (8/5): Nice place to stay - We enjoyed our stay here. There was a glitch at registration when they gave us a room other than the one we had requested. Then, the electricity was turned off for repairs resulting in a further delay. One elevator was temporarily out of service during our stay. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel, and they are small, hot and crowded. The staff are very nice. The breakfast is delicious and ample, although there are long lineups for breakfast in the morning and the seating is often crowded and insufficient for such a large hotel. Our room was cosy and comfortable. This is a stylish hotel, as the name implies. The lighting in our room was modern. The fan in the bathroom has inadequate air circulation for removing bathroom smells and moisture from the shower. The reception area/eating area has stylistic features. Unfortunately, there was no safe in the room and a minimal amount of space available for luggage. There are several metro stations nearby and the bus turnaround is across the street. We used Maison Blanche metro up the street as it has escalators. See my reviews of nearby Jules restaurant, and the Picasso Museum.

Snachts wakker geworden door een brandalarm, hele hotel geëvacueerd. Kon het hotel zelf niks aan doen, maar een gratis drankje in de bar of een excuus bij vertrek had wel op zijn plaats geweest voor het ongemak.

Cyrille (10/5): Une valeur sûre à Paris - L'hôtel est à proximité des métros permettant d'aller dans le centre de Paris rapidement. Le hall est magnifique. La chambre était propre. La salle de bains très bien agencée et l'hôtel très calme. C'est, pour moi, après avoir séjourné pendant 17 ans dans de nombreux Ibis Styles à Paris et en France, que les hôtels soient neufs ou rénovés, le MEILLEUR à ce jour.

Women staff basically rude and dismissive; nasty attitudes for no reason. This matters. They should be replaced. Who needs their sh** early in the morning in a foreign country. They are the cause for only 3 stars.

Amma (8/5): - The place is lovely, however the room smells a bit like wet dogs because they allow pets. And if you are like me and you cannot stand bad smells then please take air freshers. The room is a decent size and all 3 of us had space to move around. The only problem is there are not much storage or locker to hide your valuables. The locations is perfect is about 30 mins or less on the train to get to the centre of Paris. Staff were amazing honestly they are just kind, helpful and sweet. Bruno one of the lovely workers spoke my language which made it easier to communicate with him and it made me feel at home. The breakfast was awesome and there are lots of options. Overall is a lovely place to stay. The free coffee and water was a plus. RAYHANEH (8/5): Nice hotel with friendly staff - We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The entire place was clean, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was good. The only downside was that during my stay, the hotel was bustling with athletes who were there for a competition. As a result, it was quite crowded, which occasionally affected the overall ambiance and noise level. However, despite the extra activity, the staff managed everything efficiently and made sure guests were well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of a clean and comfortable stay with such welcoming staff made our trip truly memorable.

Nazmeen (10/5): Best location for easy access to services - First impressions not good but the hotel interior and location was ideal. Also apart from one member of staff everyone was very helpful. The hotel provides free hot drinks and water throughout. Busy with lots of tourists. The mangers were very good 👍 always at hand to provide lication information etc. I would definitely visit again.
Evan (8/5): - The hotel is comfortable and clean with no frills, which is what you expect for the price. We had to change our room on arrival due to a terrible smell in the bathroom, but the hotel was very cooperative with the switch.
Clare (6/5): Budget hotel - I had booked a double room but the room was two single beds, staff had some difficulty finding a room with a double bed. So don't book if you want a romantic weekend in Paris! The room we got didn't have working air conditioning as there were no other rooms available we had a partial refund. Strange location of mirrors in the room. Room was not completely clean there were stray hairs. Big queues for breakfast allow 25 min to get your food. The hotel has thought a lot about eco friendly-ness but it then emails in advance and tells you to book a taxi via a link they send despite the hotel being right next to a Metro and tram station this would be more useful information. They have got rid of the bottled water good and refillable bottles not the small ones in the bathroom. Good service- they tried to put things right, were very polite and staff spoke English well. Bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good when you eventually got it!

Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel ok, staff not friendly (not everone) - Terrible service when we arrived. Only one person at the check in desk trying to overcharge guests from Romania. When asked if there is someone else who could help us as we were waiting 40min to be chcecked in, we heard 'No'.

Michael (8/5): Room too small for two people - Room was for 2 people in Twin beds. The room was clean, modern, and the bathroom was superb...but, the room was way too small for two people. For this reason the rating is a 7.5 not an 8.5.

Room cleaners entered the room although I left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Also, buy 1 pression, get one free during Happy Hour was not valid as the tap did not work
