- Cary (10/5): Love the stay - Comfortable and clean room. The staff speaks perfect English and is very helpful. It's on the side street so has a quiet setting but still convenient as it's super close to the subway. The bonus point is that each floor has its own water dispenser.

- Angela Gow (9/5): Memorable Osaka - Room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Friendly reception staff. Perfect location for most places of interests and Kitahama Station is just minutes away. I will definitely come back if I'm in Osaka again. Had a Wonderful stay. Everything good.

- Pascale (5/5): Hôtel de passage sans reconnaissance de ses clients - Emplacement de l'hôtel Peut déjeuner varié et agréable Ménage chambre appliqué Notre accueil a été déplorable : le personnel ne trouvait plus notre dossier , ils ne parlaient pas anglais donc l'échange était limité . Après 7 nuits passées dans cet hôtel et remise de nos cartes de chambre les deux femmes réceptionnistes ( la tête dans des papiers) étaient d'une indifférence totale , même pas merci et au revoir !

- EUNG SUN (8/5): 객실 내에 쇼파가 있어 유용한 호텔 - 1. 침대 옆에 쇼파가 있는 객실로 예약했는데, 저희 어머니께서 쇼파가 매우 편하다고 만족해하셨어요. 2. 일본 호텔치고는 객실 크기가 작지 않은 편이고, 천장도 높아서 답답하지 않았어요. 객실 스텐드까지 켜니까 방 조명도 밝았어요 3. 호텔 주변이 조용하고 지하철역 근처라 관광지 이동이 편했어요 7분 걸어가면 LIFE 대형 마트도 있어요. 4. 화장실 수압이 세고, WiFi도 빠르고, 가격도 저렴한 편이라 전반적으로 만족합니다. 1. 냉장고 안에 물병이 없습니다 2. 객실 창문을 직접 열 수 없고 직원이 방문하여 열어달라고 프론트에 요청을 해야 합니다. 3. 창문 전망이 없습니다.(건물 벽 전망) 4. 일본 호텔치고는 친절은 조금 아쉬웠어요

Géographiquement je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi bien placé il y a 3 stations autour de l’hôtel à 5/10min voir même à 2min! Qui nous emmène facilement au endroit touristique à visiter. Konbini a coter. Service de bagage disponible et ils nous aident énormément ! Merci pour ce séjour !

- Alicia (10/5): HELT fantastiskt!!! - ALLT!! Det var fantastiskt och personalen var helt otrolig. Vi lämnade vårt bagage då vi anlände före incheckningen och när vi återvände till hotellet senare hade de tagit upp våra väskor till vårt rum. Läget var jättebra, nära stationen till Kyoto men också bara en 10 min promenad till närmsta station för att ta dig till inprincip hela staden. Boendet är otroligt prisvärt, det var ett stort rum med badkar på badrummet. Vi åt inte frukost men gick att lägga till för 1600 yen vid förbokning och 1800 yen samma dag. Rekommenderar STARKT detta boende, helt fantastiskt. Inget, allt var superbra!!!

- Sonia (2/5): The only positive part of our stay was the sweet breakfast attendant, because unfortunately the hotel itself was overpri - Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment overall. The only real bright spot during our stay was the lady working in the breakfast area. She was incredibly sweet, worked hard to keep everything clean and stocked, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests. She definitely deserves recognition because her kindness was the one thing that stood out in an otherwise underwhelming experience. What I didn’t like about this hotel was the overall customer service and comfort. We arrived about an hour before check-in, and even though our room was already ready, they wanted an extra $25 just to let us check in early. They also advertise complimentary coffee, but it’s only available on the first day from 2 PM to 9 PM and limited to one cup, which felt pretty ridiculous. The room itself was not very clean. The decorative pillows looked like they hadn’t been washed in a very long time, and overall the room just didn’t feel fresh. Most of the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming during our stay. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were stiff, and the bed kept rolling away from the wall which became annoying fast. For the price, the room size, cleanliness, and lack of customer service definitely did not match what we expected. Overall, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Suis resté au total six nuits en deux séjours. Je recommande vivement.

- 呂宜宜 (10/5): - 這次是第三次入住這間旅店，附近環境不錯也不吵雜，這次預定3人房，兩張單人床+一張加床，房間空間大小合宜，3個29吋行李箱可以半開式的來放置，不會影響走路空間。 飯店鄰近地鐵北濱站，從關西機場進入搭機場線可於天下茶屋換地鐵直達，北濱站4號出口有超市、電梯、手扶梯方便旅客，如果沒有訂購飯店早餐可以在3號出口旁麵包店買麵包，麵包超好吃，可頌很酥脆。 飯店附近有地鐵站及京阪電車，如果要搭乘眾多人搭的御堂筋線（紅線）到梅田或難波，從飯店走路約8-10分鐘路程可以走到淀屋橋站直達梅田或難波。 前兩次入住沒有使用過飯店洗衣機，這次入住比較多天，有使用飯店洗衣機，發現洗衣機蓋子溝槽有灰塵，希望可以注重打掃清潔，否則衣服洗完後拿取衣服若沾到灰塵，衣服也是白洗了。
