- Verified traveler (2/5): Scam scam scam scam - A scam. No one is here & after I booked, then they charged another $500 in "fees".
- Diddier (2/5): Hidden fees - CAREFUL with this place, it has hidden fees. READ the small print just before you book, there is $124 cleaning fee that Hotels com doesn't show until the very end on top of resort fee. Its been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my deposit back even though I didn't even use the hotel. I must have press back on the browser and lost all the booking info and I ended booking on an early date. To be fair they did try to contact me but hey never got a hold of me. Honest mistake. I ended paying for the hotel and no refund on my deposit!!! If i don't get my deposit soon I will seek legal action. This review will go on Hotels.com, google maps and yelp.
