- Verified traveler (2/5): - Creo communication I didn’t stay didn’t even check in
- Ying (2/5): - We had an appointment and they were an hour late the floors and kitchen counters were mot clean. We felt unsafe because the door lock looked as if people were trying to get in the unit compared to other unita
It was old and atrange for the guy meeting us to chexk the unit before lwtting us in. He too enter the unit with us in watch qe felt it was mot needed.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was closed but there is a little be insects in the restroom
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was spacious and so beautiful! It was very clean and like home
- Marietta Mayette (2/5): Not happy! - We stayed at this apartment for a night. It's an open concept, not as were expecting but we didn't mind since we will be traveling to vegas the next day. We literally sleep only on this property that is why we never bothered that toilet bowl was not even properly cleaned. Not too picky but the worst thing on this experience is refunding my deposit back which was charged the day before we check in. I called the property office NUMEROUS times but there was no answer. I called hotels.com to help me contact them but they tried many times and no response! Its been almost 3 months now and i still have not receive my deposit back. They cannot say that there is damage, we even make the bed and put our garbages together and wash the dishes. Im consuming a lot of time making calls just to get my refund!
- Susana (2/5): Terrible experience - We had a terrible experience with this apartment and this apartment shouldn’t be advertised on a platform such as Hotels.com.
This is not an apartment, this is a store facing the street with large windows giving no security. There were homeless people sleeping at the doorstep.
They mention they have 5 bedrooms, but there were only 2 bedrooms.
There was only one toillet, which was inside one of the bedrooms. We were 9 people and one toillet is totally unacceptable.
The rooms had no Windows.
The photos are misleading.
We decided not to stay in the apartment and asked to be refunded but the owner of the apartment never responded.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I followed all the instructions and then some and they cancelled my reservation while I was traveling 12 hours to get there with no explanation and gave my apartment to someone else. I had a party of 12 kids for my daughters 16th birthday. We ended up in the airport for 6 hours exhausted and angry trying to find a solution eXpedia was NO HELP AT ALL except to waste my time on the phone for several hours. Nothing available in LA during spring break and no compinsation at all!!! Beyond angry. Ruined our entire trip !!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - PRO: the location was great, the place was clean and the secured parking a big plus
CON: NOT AS DESCRIBED, first it looks like there are 5 bedrooms then you are informed that it is 3 Bedrooms, IT IS NOT, there is a bed off of the living room that has no privacy walls. The bathroom is located in the master bedroom so if you have a large crowd they will be using that bathroom while people are sleeping in the master bedroom.
CON: Contact with the managers was difficult but I would eventually hear from them UNTIL after we had left and I inquired about the $150 deposit and why it has not been returned, I have not heard from them at all. I WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN!!!!!!!
- Maumka (6/5): - It's an open concept layout. 3 beds and 2 sofa beds. I feel like it was misleading but would be nice if the info straight up lay that info out. It was cemented floors which I like because it's easy for cleaning. For the amount I paid, roughly $900 for 3 days, I'd expect at least a good brand of shampoo other than the dollar store VO5 brand?? It was nice having a washer and dryer some there's a outdoor poolStephen, our Manager during the stay, was nice but, it was hard to get a hold of him. So the day prior, the admins will call /text to let you know who to get in contact during the stay for any questions. On the day of check in, I called his number numerous times and was told it was a wrong number. I called the admins back and their voicemail was full!!! There's a fee for late check in after 8pm so I wasn't trying to be late!!! I had to call EXPEDIA. They couldn't get a hold of them either. Coincidentally Stephen calls me while expedia had me on hold while calling the admins...also, I wasn't aware of the parking charges for the "secured" parking. I was promised a spot only if I pay for $30 late fee check in (originally I thought I'll be late) or pay $20/day for the secured parking and don't be late ...smh..towards the end of the conversation, I asked the admin that if I arrive before 8pm, will I still guarantee the free secured parking space and she said yes. Ok, was she trying to make money from the parking? 2 blocks from Chinese Theater. Thanks for the hospitality.
