• Kevin (2/5): - Staff was nice. Bed was a bit wider than typical Japanese capsule beds. Located in the heart of Shimbashi and within a few minutes walk of the station. The area can get very interesting and lively on weekday evenings when office workers get off work and socialize in the many bars and restaurants nearby. I’ve stayed in probably over 100 hostels in Japan (including the Hotel Owl Nippori location), and this was the first time I’ve experienced bed bugs, which left me with red, itchy bumps all over my body, from my face down to my feet. I only saw one other review speaking of this, so maybe I just got unlucky. Nonetheless, it really soured the last two days I had in Tokyo as I was always itching and had to wear a hoodie when it was hot outside to hide all the bumps. Other than bed bugs, it’s probably the most narrow hostel I’ve stayed in. There’s a dedicated space to leave your luggage, but it can probably only hold about 10-12 suitcases, which wouldn’t be enough if every guest brought a suitcase. There’s really no space anywhere else to leave your belongings other than your bed, which increases likelihood of bed bugs. Only one shower stall for men, so sometimes you had to wait to shower. There were 5 sinks shared by all genders in a cramped space, which can get crowded in the morning. If it weren’t for the bed bugs, I’d probably give this place a 6 since it’s manageable and in a good area.

• CanadianGirl24 (7/5): Only stay for a night or two max - I have stayed her before and its a good location for how cheap it is which is why I choose it. Really small and narrow. Getting ready is difficult as there is little to no space anywhere. Only on toilet and shower for each gender so a bit inconvenient.
• MIYUKI (5/5): 場所は最高に良いんですが、もう行かないなー - スタッフの対応だけが唯一良かったです。言うべきことは言うし、マナー悪い外人に注意も結構してましたよ。バスタオル、フェイスタオル、ボディソープ、リンスインシャンプー、歯ブラシ、寝巻きは無料でした。ファブリーズやドライヤーもありました。トイレやシャワーも綺麗です。 ダニがいた。白い寝具なのでダニが歩いていて目立つから気付けた。帰宅してから全ての衣類や帽子や靴などクリーニングに出しました。二段ベットの上だったんですが、捕まる所が何もないから大変で3泊したんですが、ベットの階段もツルツルだから滑るし捕まる所ないから、降りる時に滑って腕と足の指を捻挫して引きずりながら観光しました。通路も狭いから1人しか歩けない。荷物を広げて整理したくてもできるスペースは無し。シャワーも２つしかない。扉の異常に音がうるさくて何度も目が覚めました…

• Manabu (3/5): - 駅からとても近く、翌日朝竹芝桟橋に行く予定だったので、東京のラッシュに巻き込まれずに助かりました！ トイレの数が定員25名に対して男性小専用一つと大きい方は女性とシェアという事と夜遅くにヘヤードライヤーを使う際は、この共用トイレ内で使って下さいとの事で夜遅めにトイレが急にいきたくなった時にとても不便を感じました。

The bunk bed with limited height. Difficult to squeeze in and out. Only one shower room and one toilet. But there is men toilet. There is 3 open basins for face wash / tooth brush. One oven and one kettle Limited space for luggage storage. I had bed mites bites on my 3 nights stay.

• YI (5/5): 一般 - 提供睡衣浴巾一次性牙刷牙膏；床铺很结实。 只适合背包客，大件行李自行搬运上楼梯；整个空间就是隔断房，盥洗室就在床铺旁边，完全不隔音；空间小，将将能打开行李箱，但是会影响别人通行；床铺内允许吃东西，整个晚上都笼罩在咖喱饭的味道里。

They are not as considerate... Other foreigners going to bed super late and causing alot of sound.

• 明書 (7/5): - 服務人員態度都很親切，對日文還很爛的我也願意慢慢聽我解釋(大感謝🙏🏻) 床鋪整潔度OK 衛浴水溫也穩定，以價位來說，包含的備品其實算多了，純粹以住1.2晚隔天上班或是東京室內旅遊來說，新橋這個位置也很適合 與其說是不喜歡不如說膠囊旅館或青旅就是這樣，你很難預測到你四周會住什麼樣的旅客，所以即使碰到平日都禮貌為上的日本人，也很難控制自己睡著後是否打呼會影響到他人 住宿期間碰到的其他旅客感覺偏日本或歐美人士居多，大部分時間其實大家都很安靜也很互相尊重(睡覺打呼那點沒有人類能控制的了就算了) 然後這裡比較適合單純出差或趕不上終電的日本上班族，或是沒有太多複雜行李的背包客、不介意周遭有人會打呼的旅客也適合

• Eri (7/5): 便利な町で、夜寝に帰るだけと思えば最強 - ベッドが板でしっかり仕切られていて、プライベート空間が保たれているので快適です。 パジャマ、歯ブラシ、タオルがついているので荷物を少なくできます。 狭いですが、施設は清潔で掃除が行き届いています。しかも、この価格で新橋まで5分くらい。コスパは良いです。 良くなかった点にもかきますが、色々な設備を切り捨てて、でもできるだけ快適に泊まれることに集中した宿という感じです。 驚愕レベルで狭いです。 入り口はいったら、すぐベッドエリア。スーツケースなど広げるような場所はありませんので、荷物が大きい人には向きません。、 個人的には、共有ラウンジや、キッチンがなくてガッカリでした。 ただ、回りは食べる場所には事欠かないため、外食で済ませるつもりなら問題なしです。

• Sherri (7/5): Very basic, but good location and value for money. - Good location. Convenient train from Narita. Lots of little bars and restaurants open late. A Lawson and a Family mart steps away. Wifi worked. Everything was clean. It was very small. Shower and bathroom were right next to the sleeping area and there was only one for females. It felt a little awkward and I felt weird drying my hair when others were sleeping.

• ばる (7/5): 駅から近く、品川駅にも東京駅近いのでとても有難いです！ - 部屋に清潔感があり、枕がとても好みな感じでした！ 女性利用だったのですが、シャワーや洗面所のところに一時的な物を置く場所が欲しいです。 特にシャワーのところはフックはあるけれど棚は一切ないので、簡易的な幅の狭い物でも良いのであるだけでかなり有難いと思います。

• Fabs (6/5): Basic hostel that offers a place to sleep - It was cheap, close to a station and close to restaurants. Door and vending machine were noisy and the sinks and hair dryers were in the same room as the beds, which was noisy as well. The mattress was quite thin.

• Noémie (7/5): Bien - L’auberge est très bien située. Elle dispose d’un emplacement pour stocker les valises ce qui est un plus non négligeable car celle-ci est petite. Pour accéder à l’auberge, il faut passer par un escalier étroit et il y a très peu de place pour poser ses bagages lors du check-in (on a tendance à bloquer le passage). Si vous êtes chargés, faites attention. Il n’y avait pas de salle commune pour se restaurer et il n’est pas possible de manger dans les lits pour des raisons évidentes. Les clients peuvent être bruyants. Notamment le matin (6h) avec les sèches-cheveux.
