When I asked to leave because I did not want to stay in the middle of a renovation they said I was in a renovated room and they would not be able to offer a refund. They did give me a couple bottles of water. The light in my renovated room is flickering on and off as I write this and the ice machine in the hallway is sreeching. Recommend avoiding this property.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. The building and furniture are old, probably from the 90s, and are poorly maintained. The carpet is old and looks dirty, both inside the bedroom and in the hallway. It smells bad—dirty, damp, like cigarettes. There are no electrical outlets near the bed. They are currently remodeling, and you have to pay a hefty entrance

James (6/5): DISAPPOINTED. Love Hilton. Would not call it one. - The Hilton property itself was very nice. Landscaping, shuttle service from airport, staff, clean and pleasant. However, from what you expect from a Hilton NOT there. To us it is NOT a Hilton. At a Hilton, you expect a nice restaurant, a nice lounge, and just a classy autsphire. This place had you locked in and they knew it, nothing near and almost all arrived by shuttle. Inside bar area closed. Restaurant on strict time. If you want something to snack on they had a, looked like a come and go, VERY expensive, no selection, and rude. NOT what you expect from a Hilton.

The property was being refurbished and was very difficult to navigate and was noisy. Each area of the hotel was noisy. Better to close the hotel for a few days, whilst work is performed.

Curiosity09139592116 (2/5): Downhill fast!!!! - My wife and I have visited this location twice now. Each stay is worse. Save your money as this location is very dated and most amenities seem to be closed. They are under renovation which was a challenge when it came to elevator use as only 2 are working for the entire site. This should be disclosed prior to booking. Honestly it was bad before, now is terrible. Book elsewhere!!!!!!!

At Check-in was told we’d receive a text when room ready, we didn’t. Started seeing people go to rooms, went back to reception and was given room. The WiFi didn’t work. Food stains on the menu in the room, no complimentary water in room nor personal fridge space (despite being $300 a night). Public toilet in bar area was a mess, only one lift working out of FOUR which caused chaos at just times and at check-out, then housekeeping decided to clean the room next door at 11:40pm! So overall, it was very poor.

Es un hotel caro, con taxes, 400 usd la noche, todo el día desde temprano en la mañana sonaba un taladro muy fuerte, tuvimos que tomar desayuno la lado del taladro, por lo que el ruido en las áreas era insoportable. la chica que nos recibió en el check in era nueva, pero todo lo preguntaba, in cluso donde buscaba nuestros nombres. Realmente no vale la pena pagar eso en el estado que esta el hotel y si están remodelando al menos avisar, para uno tomar la decisión informados. Las luces de la pieza no funcionaban todas, las instalaciónes son muy antiguas y no están en buen estado.

Although the room change was handled smoothly, the second room was in an unacceptable condition: multiple items were broken, dirty, or heavily worn. This strongly suggests a lack of proper maintenance and quality control. However, the most concerning issue was the complete failure of the airport transfer service. This service was explicitly advertised, reserved in advance, and confirmed—yet no driver appeared at the agreed meeting point between 11:45 PM and 12:30 AM. As a result, I was forced to arrange and pay for a taxi myself. Upon arrival at the hotel, even the receptionist was unable to provide any information regarding the missing shuttle. Attempts to contact the hotel by phone were equally unsuccessful, as I was only met with unhelpful automated responses. This series of failures is unacceptable and falls far below reasonable expectations.

ArcherPilot70 (8/5): Convenient for cruises - Good place to stay for cruise. Facility was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Arrived at almost 5 pm and our room wasn’t ready… ??? Took almost 20 minutes to find us a room. Don’t get a balcony room. The door to the outside is secured and you can’t use the balcony so it’s a waste. Food at restaurants is good- especially the burgers… Shuttle to the port is available for $17 per person… but get down to lobby early… shuttle fills up quick! Overall, good play to stay with a family.. although the pool was cold… but no serious complaints… I would stay here again!

He was phenomenal.The rooms smelled like they had been smoked in. Garbage cans were tiny. There was a hammer tapping sound coming from above our room. Very annoying both day and night.
