- Petra (7/5): Het was prima. - Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en lekker (60+ krijgt korting, daar kwamen we later achter, vraag even naar de leeftijd, doen jullie wel bij kinderen). Personeel bij het ontbijt en bar was erg vriendelijk. Winkel minder vriendelijk. Heerlijk zwembad en genoeg ligbedjes. Mooi park en een leuk overdekt zitje bij het park. Dicht bij leuke en lekkere restaurants 20 tot 30 minuten lopen. Het lawaai van het verkeer (ook 's nachts) drukke hoofdweg loopt er langs het hotel. Nieuwe geluidsdichte ramen plaatsen in de hotelkamers aan de kant van het zwembad en park. Het schoonmaken van de kamers. 1 keer helemaal niet gedaan. Bedden worden niet elke dag opgemaakt. Een stopcontact voor het koffieapparaat ontbrak in de badkamer. Alleen op de grond was daar een stopcontact. Het waterspeelplaatsje was gesloten, moet vast gerenoveerd worden, was verouderd. De bus naar de parken rijdt te weinig en op onmogelijke tijden. Alleen heen naar de Disney Parken was prima, maar terug moet je via, via. Heel vervelend. Wij hebben altijd terug een Uber gepakt en ook naar Universal Studio's.

We paid for the buffet, walked through the line and the food was old, cold, and completely unappealing. We didn't eat a bite and left. Also our room said that it faced a lake, which sounds fabulous BUT it's facing a very busy highway so all you hear all night are the cars and trucks speeding by, also I wouldn't really call it a lake, maybe a "small pond" would describe it better.

- Victoria (9/5): Perfect hotel for our needs - This is our 2nd time staying here because of the location, price and cleanliness. It has a restaurant/bar, small convenience store and pool. Rooms are comfortable and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, safe, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. What more could you ask for!

- Joao Marcos (4/5): Custo muito bom, mas não recomendo. - A localização é excelente e tem um mercadinho bem completo. É perto de Disney Springs e, para quem está sem carro, o hotel fornece ônibus de ida e volta diariamente para os parques da Disney. O acesso de pessoas externas ao hotel é totalmente liberado. Não tivemos problema de segurança, mas alguns fornecedores de serviço colocavam panfletos nos vidros dos carros. Outro ponto bem complicado foi a existencia de formiga no quarto, inclusive nas camas. Compartilhei com o time da recepção mas não deram muita importância.

- Joyce (10/5): - I like the hotel itself.It's got a lot of space.It has a lot of spaces where you can just sit and rest and chill.And that's a nice thing.Your restaurants are nice and easy.It's not too much, there's not too much going on.It's not too much overstimulation.It's a good spot if you're gonna go to the parks.If you just need a place to be that has a little bit of bells and whistles, the staff is friendly.The beds are comfy.The bathtub is big.The water pressure is strong.The property is clean and I enjoyed it entirely The fact that it's right beside the highway is a little bit of a deterrent or could be for those folks who are not used to it.But after a while, it turns into white noise.

This property is directly behind a very busy road. Lots of traffic and loud bikes and horns all throughout night Some mold on bathroom tile. Shower pressure was terrible. Difficultly with doors getting stuck, took about 10 tries per swipe to get into room. Pushy/ attitude guy sales rep right at front desk to give you “welcome packet” aka some sort of time share/package to pay into.

- María (8/5): - El complejo era grande y tenía opciones de desayuno y comida que estaban bien Era tan grande que las habitaciones estaban bastante lejos. Algunos empleados del hotel no fueron muy agradables cuando respondieron a las preguntas. No limpiaban la habitación y hacían las camas como en otros hoteles lo que si hacían era cambiar las toallas. Las camas era pequeñas para dos personas habríamos agradecido que fueran más grandes.

O ar condicionado faz um barulho ensurdecedor a cada cinco minutos. Toda noite acordava mil vezes. Mal sinalizado no anúncio no Booking o fato de o estacionamento ser pago. Cheiro de mofo. Só não foi pior porque a limpeza diária era ok.

When booking try to get a room that is not on the highway side. The traffic noise was terrible. Book a room on the side of the hotel that does not face the interstate.

There was a shop inhouse to buy food and souviners There was no kettle or cups in the room though there was a microwave.

- Shanear Rivera (8/5): Perfect location for a small family of three - First, I want to say that we had a late check in that went very smooth. Our last hotel gave our reservation away. There were no hidden fees just checked-in, got keys, information and on our way. The location was close to everything. About a 12–15-minute ride to the Disney attractions. The shuttle let at 9:30 am in the morning. Coming back was a challenge but nothing major. The room was spacious enough for our group and comfortable. Fresh towels daily. There were two restaurants on site, but we only went to one. The food was good. We didn't get breakfast because we did not have time. We liked the small store on site for last minute snacks, drinks etc... The internet did not work well. The room was little older. The commodities were limited. Like bodywash dispenser came off the wall in the shower and was never refilled and hand soap dispenser came off the wall. I will say that we were provided a bar hand soap. The water pressure was not strong but that is a personal preference. After a long day at the parks, it was still refreshing. Beware of the free gift desk!! It's an invitation to a timeshare presentation. That we actually bought :)
