• Repak (10/5): Polecamy pobyt w Parque Flats - Bardzo ładny, jasny apartament. Wygodne łóżka, duże sypialnie. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Do dyspozycji gości są koce plażowe, parasol, żelazko, suszarka :). Z apartamentu kilka kroków na stare miasto- centrum, gdzie czekają muzea, teatry i klimatyczne knajpki. Apartament jest w centrum, ale w bocznej uliczce, gdzie nie dokucza tak bardzo gwar z barów. Gospodarze bardzo pomocni- wylądowaliśmy rano i zaproponowano nam zostawienie bagaży w biurze nieopodal, do czasu posprzątania apartamentu po poprzednich wynajmujących. Bardzo dobry kontakt.

• Iván (9/5): Apartamento coqueto y funcional en pleno centro de Málaga - Apartamento muy funcional en pleno centro, muy cerca de la catedral y la calle Larios. Se encuentra en medio de una zona de bares y todas las noches se escuchaba ruido. Ubicado encima de una discoteca que abre todos los días hasta bien entrada la madrugada con lo cual es fácil oír a gente gritando o hablando alto al salir... No fue un gran problema para dormir porque el aislamiento es bastante bueno pero se oye, algo a tener en cuenta si se tiene el sueño ligero. Dos niñas pequeñas durmieron sin problemas.
• Bart (8/5): - Dobře vybavený byt,skvělá cena, krásná lokalita, vše v blízkosti,snaha a vstřícnost, abychom byly maximálně spokojeni a užili si pohodlí. Děkujeme.🍀 Bohužel každodenní hluk který trval až do 5 hodiny ranní jenž vycházel z baru pod bytem nám narušoval noční klid. .Nevím zda tento problém měli i jiní návštěvníci v okolních bytech ,ale nám to dost narušilo noční spaní , což nám poměrně pokazilo dovolenou..Možná by s touto situací měli něco udělat pronajímatelé, aby nepoškozovali své zákazníky a svou dobrou pověst.🍀 Doporučujeme dodat sušák na prádlo ,dost chyběl.Pokud by se situace s hlukem do budoucna vyřešila, velmi rádi bychom si být opětovně pronajali.pokud se podaří.

• Elise (10/5): Een heel fijn en ruim appartement met airco en een perfecte locatie midden in de stad. - De ligging was perfect en het was een ruim appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. De locatie is midden in het centrum en bij aankomst waren we bang dat we last zouden hebben van het geluid, maar het appartement is goed geïsoleerd dus we hebben er totaal geen last van gehad. Wat fijn was geweest was als er wat meer afwasmiddel en vuilniszakken aanwezig waren in het appartement.

C'era tutto in cucina, macchina del caffe, pentole e stoviglie. host disponibile. Abbiamo avuto l'occasine di parlare con i vicini, super disponibili e gentili. Essendo in pieno centro la notte si sentiva la musica e la gente parlare/urlare. Mancava uno stendino. Tv vecchia non SMART. Cuscini troppo sottili e materasso infossato.

• Petro (8/5): The stay in these apartments was great, but I wish the owners would take these shortcomings into account - The apartment is located in the city center, from where it is very convenient to get to any corner, it is very spacious and clean. Among the advantages I would like to mention keyless access to the apartment at any time after arrival. There was no air conditioning in the apartment, as the apartment is in the center, there are many bars and clubs there, the windows are always closed at night because of the noise, and the apartment is very hot. For some reason, there was no regular soap for washing hands in the bathroom, there were 2 pieces of toilet paper, although we were a family of 4, and the reservation was for 7 days.
• Gerardo (3/5): Unsafe, shady and cheap. - The location is good, a bit noisy at nights since its located over a club... but windows did a good job isolating the noise. - Someone came in the apartment with the lock code. I contacted the host and explained that for safety I removed the key pad. They seemed to be more worried about that than someone coming in. Never heard back about this topic from the host. - They charge (block) a mandatory deposit amount that will be returned after your stay and a "technician" checks the flat AFTER you already left. It's ok and normal with deposits but I wanted the flat to be checked while I am there and not after I left... otherwise it could be very hard to argue if the experienced technician says you broke something.... I expressed my unhappiness about this but I was only told to take it easy.... I found it a bit shady. - They left an already started toilet paper roll and 1 extra. Contacted them asking for more and dish soap.. and got only 2 more paper rolls (for 1 week, 4 people reservation) and 4cl of dish soap... of course I had to go buy those things that should be included with the price paid. Different glasses, cutlery... It felt like a very cheap bnb... I wouldn't recommend it.... its a nice apartment yes but they still have a way to go service wise.
• John (6/5): Pleasant - Location very central, very spacious apartment high ceilings. A lot of building work happening nearby and weekend club noise outside until the early hours. Apartment a little tired would benefit from a new sofa and smart TV

• Olena (2/5): That is robbery! I ask your help to refund my deposit! - appartment asked the deposit to be paid beforehand and we did. They are promicing to refund and never did. THey are sending fodged bank receipts with the wrong and different dates and time of the operation every time.
