• Tomasz (9/5): Udany pobyt w pięknym apartmaencie z duszą - Dobra lokalizacja ok. 12 minut pieszo od dworca i ok 20 do placu Św. Marka. Dookoła restauracje i kawiarnie. Wnętrzne klimatyczne w zabytkowym stylu. Duża powierzchnia, apartament wynajęliśmy dla 6 osób. W apartmancie 2 łazienki i kuchnia. Blisko do przystanku waporetto i dwóch sklepów. Nie wszystkie okna są nowe i czasami przy zamykaniu drzwi slychć ich drgania.

You can feel the Venetian spirit - Location Spacious apartment, very well equipped You can really feel the Venetian spirit No availability for early check in No availability to leave the luggage at the location Person who handed over the key was not speaking English Only one set of keys for a big group of 6 people No clear instructions about where to leave the garbage Check- in process is time consuming It is not clear when you make the reservation that a deposit of 100 Eur will be blocked on the credit card Several rules are applied: 30 Eur penalty if you don’t wash the dishes, 50 eur in case of lost keys
• Yann (7/5): - Emplacement très bien, grand logement et bien équipe. Emplacement calme la nuit L'accès au logement se fait par une remise des clefs d'une conciergerie sur réservation. Pour les arrives tardif apres 22h un surcoût est applique, et les informations n'étaient pas claire. On nous demandes 50 euros en cash puis 70 euros si ont doit payer par carte et dans un mail reçu en amont c'était indique 60 euros.

Bel ameublement 3 vraies grandes chambres confortables Très bien chauffé en ce mois de janvier L'équipement de la cuisine est insuffisant pour 6 personnes (couverts, verres, assiettes en nombre insuffisant) Un canapé dans le salon serait un plus
• Giancarlo (7/5): Ottima posizione, struttura pulita ma da aggiornare/ adeguare per le esigenze del numero delle persone che vi soggio - La posizione tranquilla ma vicinissima alle arterie cittadine. Palazzo signorile La mancanza di diversi accessori indispensabili quali - un fon funzionante/ caldo , ( seppure sollecitato al customer server non è stata soddisfatta la richiesta) -un altro mazzo di chiavi (quando si è in 6 e’ indispensabile), -qualche appoggio per le valigie nelle stanze da letto, -un canovaccio in più in cucina, qualche sedia in più in cucina, una tovaglia dei guanti,e almeno -1 calice da vino in più( ce ne sono solo 5). -assenza di luci di cortesia vicino ai letti singoli della prima stanza -assenza di vaso/bidet nel bagno di servizio - paralume nel salotto da revisionare Per quanto riguarda le cose non indispensabili ma che dimostrerebbero maggior cura e’ - la mancanza di tende nelle stanze.

• Martina (8/5): Soggiornare da veneziani - Ottima posizione, palazzo antico di fascino. Molto spazioso. Comunicazione non immediata e qualche manutenzione necessaria.
• Sven (8/5): Appartement mit original venezianischen Charme in bester Lage. - Viel Platz, sehr sauber, hervorragende Lage. Gut ausgestattet zur Selbstversorgung Küche inkl. Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle… Waschmaschine im Bad. Café vor der Tür. Wer allerdings den venezianischen „Retro-Charme“ nicht mag, der wird es nicht mögen. -
• Михаил (10/5): - Изключително сме впечатлени от просторния апартамент ! Чистота и простор . Кухнята беше оборудвана с всичко необходимо за самостоятелно приготвяне на храна. Бяхме посрещнати много професионално и ни беше предоставена всичката необходима информация за чудесния ни престой. Нямаше нещо , което да не ни хареса.

• LESLEY (2/5): - AC was listed as an amenity when I booked this property. I’m not sure if this was a host error or an Expedia error but this unit does not have AC. Ty listing now reflects “portable fan”. There were portable fans in each bedroom but none in the common areas (kitchen, living room). We needed to open windows to allow a cross breeze but there was no breeze. Also, there were no screens in the windows so we got bit by mosquitos the first night. We did not stay for our second night. It was just too uncomfortable. The main bath was not draining well. The second bath is through a utility closet that wreaked of dirty mop odor. The decor is a step back in time which we found interesting but overall we would not recommend this unit.

• Kornel (10/5): Exceptional - Massive apartment in Venice in good location. Much bigger than expected. Fully furnished with beautiful antiques. We didn't prepare any food there but kitchen seemed to be equipped with everything needed to cook something. Great communication with company managing the place, self check in/out. There was a problem with warm water but fixed immediately so there is nothing to complain about. Fully recommended. Worth the price and will book it again during next stay in Venice.

• Andy (10/5): - EXCEPTIONAL. The apartment is fabulous. Very spacious for our family of 6. Clean, tidy and quiet. Great location. Brilliant! There are some steps to get up to the apartment and no lift, so those with pushchairs or limited mobility, it may not be the place for you. From start to finish, communication with Benedetta from VeniceVillas was outstanding. She also went above and beyond and messaged us restaurant and supermarket suggestions. I highly recommend.
• Kenneth (10/5): Live like a local in Venice - Amazing stay in a great location in Venice. Felt like a local. Great space for a family of 5. It was bigger than our first house! Nice and quiet. Would heartily recommend! Communication was to notch from the Venice Neighbors. Easy to get to from train station or canal.
• Catriona (8/5): Very good - Lovely location, convenient but very quiet at night, easy walk from station (even with huge suitcase), vast apartment with charm and some great retro furniture. Kitchen a bit under-equipped - eg no kettle, no sink plug. Needed a bit of a deep clean. No sofa, only two armchairs in an apartment with six beds. No air-con but we survived a very hot spell in August ok with the electric fans.
• fiona (10/5): Traditional beautiful apartment - Checkin was at the apartment and very comprehensive . Carlotta was friendly and helpful . Apartment in good area , close to supermarkets etc lots lovely restaurants . Apartment beautiful with lovely Venetian decoration . Large bedrooms with comfy beds . 2 spotlessly clean bathrooms . We didn’t cook as kitchen not very well equipped but it would have been possible . Only negative is that the sitting room has just 2 comfy chairs so other people sit on hard dining chairs . On the whole very good and would return .
