• Susanne (8/5): Perfekt boende för en weekend i London. - Bra läge! Prisvärt. Trångt och dåligt med platser vid frukostserveringen. Mycket enkel frukost som serveras på engångs material.

Staff gentile, camera essenziale negli spazi, pulita, e con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo nella media di strutture simili a Londra. Quartiere tranquillo e dotato di tutti i servizi. Consigliato!

Rooms are clean, slightly compact but have every you could possibly need. Great shower products. AC works great. The best part of it all was the staff. Warm, gracious and attentive. Location is prime near the Earl’s Court tube stop. A special thank you to Said who works the night shift. His personality is so warm, kind and thoughtful. He made the stay the most memorable of it all. Thank you, Said and to all the lovely staff.

• harryf981 (2/5): Warning loud construction ongoing! - Construction on back of the hotel. Starts at 8 and finishes at 17, not possible to stay in room between these hours. Hammering and drilling. The hotel calls it minor works😀 Scaffolding outside my bedroom window and work men on it. I tried to move to the front but little was available, you can hear it all over the hotel anyway so no point. No warnings on website about construction activity either. Staff very young and inexperienced. Im going to demand partial refund for issue. There are better hotels near by. No idea how they get such positive reviews here🤷‍♂️
• Rachael (10/5): Great place to stay for RAH concert - Great decor, lifts to upper floors, comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Great location for Royal Albert Hall and lots of cafes/restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful and allowed us to store our bags before and after our stay Breakfast is a little basic, but cheaper than any other nearby options if paid in advance when booking.

Την 1η μέρα είχαν τελειώσει βασικά πράγματα από το έτσι κι αλλιώς basic πρωινό (κρουασάν, πορτοκαλάδα) αν και δεν ήταν αργά ή πέρα του ωραρίου για το πρωινό

Local em si é limp e agradavel. Peguei um quarto individual que havia uma escada dentro. Devido a isso, ficou mais apertado que o normal. O cafe da manhã é direto no hall e não há muito espaço disponível.

Ontbijt in de lobby, bijna geen zitplaatsen en een karig ontbijt. Geen bord of bestek alles disposabel. Maar als je tevreden bent met een croissant banaan appel kwarkje koffie/thee dan is het een prima ontbijt. Prima hotel voor een citytrip je slaapt er alleen. Maar als je wat meer comfort en ruimte wil dan zou ik hier niet heen gaan.

Lastly, all the staff from check-in to check-out have been brilliant. Excellent customer service from everyone especially Ana, Simran and Serena. We definitely recommend this hotel 100% and we will definitely come back. Our 2-night stay was value for money. Thank you!

• Josipa Humski (5/5): If you only plan to sleep here, you're good to go. - Honestly, the only good thing about this hotel is that it's in a safe district, near the tube station and within 30 minutes of everything important. The rooms are very small, literally, if we had our suitcases they wouldn't fit the room. The walls are not soundproof, so you can hear everything and the room wasn't as clean as expected. At least the bathroom and the bed were clean, which was what mattered most in the end.

• Raffaella (4/5): Ottima posizione ma non lo sceglierei - È la seconda volta che torniamo in questa struttura, la prima volta tutto sommato non è andata malissimo, l’abbiamo scelta una seconda volta per la sua posizione ottima vicino a molti servizi e alla metro. La stanza era minuscola, per non parlare del bagno che era praticamente quasi inesistente, non c’era nessun tipo di piano d’appoggio e lo staff è molto diffidente

Las instalaciones correctas y a la atención al cliente también correcta. Mejorable el ascensor, solo uno y muy lento y sobretodo la limpieza de las habitaciones, si no dices que te limpien las habitaciones te dicen que no las hacen en 3 dias, hubo un dia que nos encontramos la habitación sin hacer, eso es mejorable. La habitación se ha de hacer cada dia, es un hotel y no es barato.

Camere piccole ma essenziali e pulite Uniche cose da segnalare sono assenza di armadiature nelle camere e l’area comune non molto spaziosa

• Jenny Nicolien (5/5): - Dicht bij metro, locatie was fijn. Kamer miste een aantal ophang haken en een krukje/stoel. Ook de badkamer was niet goed schoon, in verschillende hoeken word nauwelijks schoongemaakt. En de afzuiging in de badkamer maakte enorm veel lawaai en ging ook niet altijd uit.

• Anthony (5/5): OK but wouldn’t look to stay again due to very tight and small rooms (lucky we didn’t bring a cat to swing) - Nice location, reception area warm and welcoming Room was bizarre had stairs between door and main part of room, room was very small with no access to double bed from one side at all. Bathroom was very tight and extractor fan did not work so bathroom stayed damp after showers and towels did not dry.

• Mehmet (10/5): Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Immer wieder gerne. - Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer hatte alles was man so braucht. Bequemes Bett und Kissen. Genug Bügel. Bad super (Keine Überschwemmung). Genug Toilettenpapier. Das Zimmer konnte man sofort heizen. Alles Einwandfrei. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, also hier haben wir keine Info! In der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Shops, Restaurant, Bars und Imbiss. Underground Nähe (5 min) Earl‘s Court Station! Aufbau des Hotels: Mehrere Häuser nebeneinander mit Türen. Haupteingang (Rezeption) besser beschildern.

• Loredana (9/5): Aprilie in Londra - Hotelul se afla intr-o zona linistita unde ai efectiv tot ce ai nevoie, statia de metro se afla la 3 minute de locatie, magazine, bar, restaurant, cafenea, pentru iubitorii de junk food sunt toate variantele McDonald, KFC, Nandos, Burger King la 5 minute de mers pe jos. Hotelul este unul cozy, am apreciat faptul ca au in camera o draperie care face intuneric astfel incat poti sa dormi mai mult dimineata. Patul si pernele sunt confortabile. Dusul este foarte bun. Camera este foarte mica dar inteleg ca este ceva specific zonei, a fost prima mea vizita in Londra si nu am cu ce sa compar. Camerele nu sunt foarte bine izolate, oamenii care vorbesc pe hol se aud foarte tare.

• Alice (6/5): Uitstekende locatie, na verbouwing vast een goed hotel. - Locatie was perfect. Einde van de straat zat de metro en rustige goede wijk Was in verbouwing waardoor je in de receptie moest ontbijten met een to go ontbijt. Tijdens de boeking was dit niet bekend en geen korting gekregen.
