- Melanie Louise Bridgette (3/5): TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!!!! - The “only” thing I liked about the property was the “concept” of the room. The fact that the bedroom was a loft, had a bathroom, and downstairs had the sofa bed with the main bathroom. Upon my arrival, I asked if there was early check-in. I was told yes but for a $40 fee despite having just completed a 16-hour drive from New York. While I agreed to the fee, the staff member assisting me was visibly unwell and had and unpleasant demeanor on top of that. No hello how are you etc. it was almost as if I irritated him. The first room I was given was completely trash. The bedding appeared unwashed, blankets had visible stains, the room had a strong odor, and the upstairs toilet seat was literally cracked in half. 😳 I told the gentleman who checked me in and he didn’t seem phased about it. So he moved us to another room, only to find the same cleanliness issues with the bedding, odor, etc. At this point, we cleaned the room ourselves and purchased our own bedding and towels. This is disappointing on so many levels especially for a hotel that charges guests and promotes itself under the name “Quality Inn.” Theeeeeen…. When I requested assistance with the television, a staff member entered without greeting, had loud Indian music playing from her phone, and was no way near professional. She even rested her body against bed we had just cleaned ourselves. I went to acknowledge her and she looked at me as if I did her wrong. Overall, the property is poorly maintained, and the level of cleanliness is far below basic hospitality standards. Staff professionalism does not exist, and the appearance of the employees reflects the same lack of care seen throughout the property. This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially given that we were in town for a funeral and already dealing with a difficult time. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

- lisa (5/5): I had probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel with a female employee and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. - I liked the layout. It reminded me of the Melrose Place layout with the pool in the middle. I didn’t like how the rooms and bathrooms weren’t that clean. It just felt like they could have cleaned the place up better. Maybe touched up some paint in certain places.

Very deceiving and place a rundown. - I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room due to a family funeral we were attending. We ended up not staying because the smell was extremely overwhelming. I only opened the door and walked out. I gave the key back and they advised me to call for a refund. I called them only to tell me that they would not refund the $208. I would not recommend this place it is what it looks like in the site, it is extremely rundown place. They lied about refunding the $208 because I ended up not staying at the hotel.

And the coffee maker in the room was located inside the bathroom - yes, the weirdest place where you could keep a coffee maker.

They had ants everywhere in the room the towels were stained the bed cover was stained and dirty and instead of giving us a new room she just took the top layer off and replaced it. Then we were 15 mins late checking out because we overslept and she stiffed us out of our deposit when we asked to speak to manager she refused to give us the information. Then got on the phone with the manager speaking a different language in front of us and said the man said not to return security because it was forfeited.

- ANDREW (6/5): - At reservation, I had specified a non-smoking room, but at check-in, I was assigned a room that as soon as I opened the door, I could tell was not a non-smoking room. I returned to check-in and questioned the room allocation, and was then reassigned to a room that thankfully, didn't smell like an ashtray. The property was clean, the pool area (which We didn't use but were adjacent to, was quite pleasant for a "lower" cost accommodation. I do question the coffee maker machine being "screwed" to the wall right beside the toilet (so we didn't avail of that amenity), but I have to say that the facility was clean, and comfortable. The A/C was amazing! I had to increase the temp lest we suffer frost-bite. I got the feeling that they have some perpetual residents, but we experienced no discomforting encounters during our stay. Would I be willing to stay there again? Yes. The staff were not warm and welcoming, but they were responsive to circumstance and the accommodations were adequate for the cost. You can only expect to get what you're willing to pay for, right?

- Natalia S (2/5): - Staff is unwelcoming, shower had hairs, toilet was dirty, the sheets also had hair (most likely unwashed). Don't stay here, go elsewhere and look at the reviews first!
- Susan (2/5): Avoid at all costs! - What a nightmare! This place looked ok from the pictures but as soon as we pulled up we had a bad feeling. We checked in with no issue but as soon as we got to our rooms the problems began. Even though we reserved non-smoking rooms, both rooms reeked of old stale smoke. We tried to see if it would dissipate and opened the doors for about ten minutes. I tried to sit down on the bed but it was about 3 1/2 feet off the floor. I literally had to climb up to get on it. Then I went into the bathroom and the smell was unbearable. We decided to leave. We went back to the office and voiced our concerns to the young lady at reception and told her we were just going to leave and to cancel our reservation. She immediately started arguing with us (she had a very strong Indian accent when speaking English) saying she had to talk to her manager and she got her on the phone. Then she started speaking in a foreign language to the manager right in front of us. She claimed that she couldn’t authorize a refund, even though they didn’t have what we reserved, and we would have to come back in the morning to speak to the manager. Then she offered to give us a different room. At that point we were just done and had no faith that a new room would be any different. We called Hotels.com to help us and they said they would call the property but got to answer. We finally called our bank and put a freeze on our card and open a dispute. This was all on the 1st night of our two week road trip vacation. ☹️

- Kenneth (6/5): - The remote for the TV does not work. So no TV. I could turn it on and off to the discovery channel. The URC or universal remote control is so old I couldn’t find a picture or instructions on the internet. New ones are needed.
- Kenneth (6/5): - I liked the front desk the place was nice. Get some new remotes for the TVs you’re losing business. Because of this. Also don’t like feeling radiation through the walls. fBI has been notified.
- Tyler-James (2/5): - Roaches, bed bugs, the microwave was full of bugs… oh and they change the pricing too so you pay another 15% because of “fees” but never disclose that to you, still waiting for a refund since i didn’t even stay for more then a hour
- Lacosta (6/5): Not so Good - We thought it was ok until we seen mold in ceiling,went to sleep woke up to roach in bed& turned on light in bathroom & roaches was everywhere crawling all over fridge & idk if it was roaches or bed bug skeletons in the beds

- Vimaliz (2/5): Horrible do not stay at this location - I did not actually stay there because there were roaches in the room. The lady at the front desk during check in said people come there to do drugs. You get what you pay for I guess. They refused to refund.

The duvet didn’t have a cover and didn’t smell fresh. It was obviously an older property that had a decent renovation but the cleanliness could be better.

- victoria (10/5): Very nice customer service! - Upon checking in, the room next to mine had a very loud, irate woman shouting. I went back down to the desk and asked if I could move rooms. No issues at all, she gave me a new room & even called the guest to ask them to quiet down! Bed was very comfy. My only complaint was the old AC couldn't keep up quite as well as I'd hoped, but for the price, it was well worth the stay!
- Tiffany (2/5): - COCKROCHES!! Killed at least 10 in our room on a 2 night stay. Room appeared clean and updated but they have an infestation problem and the bugs are not afraid to come right out in front of you in the room. Easy fix if they would spray after every guest, set up traps, and make weekly guests leave their room to spray. Cheap owners. Florida inspector was there one moring checking their breakfast area. Unfortunately they only inspect empty rooms during day. She said to make a complaint. I've stayed in several hotels traveling throughout Florida and this is not normal. Nice tile and lobby but food cockroaches not palmetto bugs.
- Evelyn (2/5): - My room was infested with roaches. They were not able to move me to another room since they said they were fully booked that night. The only solution given to me was to wait until morning to change rooms. Also, upon closer inspection of the room I also noticed there was a dead roach on the seat in the room. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to sleep with roaches surround you. I only got about half of my money back, which they should have refunded me the full amount. I had to rebook at another hotel that same night as I was not going to be able to go to sleep knowing I was surrounded by roaches. I have pictures of the roaches but not the bedding which had holes in it. Once I saw that, I should've known the type of hotel this was. There is no option to upload pictures with this review, if I find it I'll upload them.

- Figueroa (5/5): This place should be on Priceline for $20 not 60 dollars - Lots of parking Low pressure in shower bottom of toilet was yellow like if it had urine around it and the blanket had a burnt hole the mattress was so old I suck in
