• Jean Nick (3/5): Nie wieder! - Es war sauber. Das personal an der Rezeption war leider nicht gerade freundlich. Ich fühte mich unerwünscht als ich für das check In ankam. Man liess mich eine lange zeit warten obwohl ich der einzige war. Auch sonst spürte ich eine extreme kälte mir gegenüber durch meinem ganzen Aufenthalt. Die blicke und sehr knappe Antworten ich konnte es mir nicht erklären. Evtl liegt es an meiner Hautfarbe aber dies war für mich eine schreckliche Erfahrung.Ich mache das normalerweise nicht aber das personal war sehr unfreundlich

• Elisabeta (3/5): Friendly daytime staff, but bad night service - The staff working during the day were very welcoming. I had a very bad experience at the hotel. We stayed at the hotel and went to a party in the evening. Before leaving, we informed the reception staff that we would return around 2 a.m. When we arrived back at the hotel, the main door was locked. We rang the bell and waited for more than 30 minutes, but nobody answered. Eventually, after more than 30 minutes, someone finally came to open the door, and it was obvious from his face that he had been sleeping.

• Abdul (5/5): Not a good night’s sleep - Very close to bus stop. Clean room and bathroom Loud AC unit which didn’t work very well as it was still very warm in the room with the AC on. Couldn’t sleep well due to noisy AC. Also bed and bedding were not very comfortable.

• Kevin (8/5): Ideal for LCY - The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The best feature is its proximity to London City Airport: about a 5 minute walk. That makes it ideal if you have a morning flight and you don't want to risk getting stuck in traffic and missing your flight.

• Sharon (8/5): Idealer Zwischenstopp - Die Nähe zum LCY Flughafen ist super, das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber. Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt, vor der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und die U-Bahn am Flughafen erreicht man in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß

• Ashfield (8/5): A nice place to stay if going to the 02 or the airport. - The hotel was very clean and they provide a toothbrush, a beauty kit, eye mask and towels. There was any information about using the shower. Also while we were still eating someone came and took our plates.

• Julie (8/5): Hotel - The location was ideal for us for visiting family. Breakfast was nice. The lovely big bed. 😀 Our room door was really hard to open. Our towel rail in the bathroom didn't work.

• Janaina (7/5): Foi boa, escolhi o local devido ao acesso ao aeroporto. O preço é salgado devido a acomodação ser bem simples. Recomendo - Localização como aeroporto LCY foi o que me atraiu. Os atendentes são muito atenciosos e isso fez toda a diferença. Tem até um que fala português. O barulho ao redor. Quando o trem passa o prédio balança. E o aquecimento do quarto é muito pouco, apesar do termostato estar alto.

The (short) walk from the station to the hotel was via a residential area which looked a bit sketchy. I didn’t spend long enough there to find out more, but it’s probably not a part of London anyone would find worth spending more time in.
