Vybavení super, zvláště kávovar jsme ocenili ☺️ Trochu jsme měli problém se zámkem, nevěděli jsme, jak funguje, ale personál ubytování nám vše vysvětlil a navíc nám poslal instruktážní video ☺️☺️☺️

• El Housseine (10/5): Un séjour très agréable, reposant et parfaitement organisé, que nous recommandons sans hésitation. - L’hébergement était très propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal, calme tout en étant proche des commodités. Honnêtement, rien de particulier à signaler. Tout s’est très bien passé durant le séjour.
• Marcus (9/5): Nice place but entry needs to be improved - The quiet location close to the centre. Getting in the apt using the app was a pain in the neck. When arriving we could not enter the building and luckily someone came out so we could enter. When we had the keys it was fine.

• Hatice (8/5): - Sijainti oli oikein hyvä, kävellen 10min keskustaan. Läheltä löytyi hyvin kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Talo oli siisti. Talossa löyty muuten hyvin kaikki tarvikkeet, mutta olisin kaivannut esim. imuria. Lisäksi pyykinpesukone on sen verran vanha, että käyttö oli hankalaa. Se ei esim. poistanut vettä kunnolla, ja vaatteet jäi todella märiksi.
• JOSE LUIS (4/5): estrés y agobio al cambiar las condiciones - La ubicación La limpieza, el mando del aire acondicionado del salón estaban asquerosos y lo peor de todo fue que después de registrar de su web todos los datos de la estancia, incluyendo hora de salida; sin previo aviso recibo un email informándome que debo dejar el piso una hora antes del tiempo reservado. Tuve que hablar varias veces con ellos por email para que me lo dejaran como estaba. Me estropearon la estancia con los problemas.
• Negretti (8/5): La estancia pudo haber sido mejor - La distribución y limpieza del departamento Había solicitado en el momento de contratar, el check in 2 horas antes de lo estipulado y había sido aceptado, pero no pude ingresar y estuve 2 horas afuera porque la cerradura con clave no había sido programada al nuevo horario.

• Elena (8/5): Good apartment and location - The apartment was very spacious and in a good location. Unfortunately the apartment has poor sound insulation, there was a party going on over the weekend in the neighbourhood and we could hear all the noise.

• Kevin (8/5): Would book again if repairs to wall sorted and AC too. - The property was very clean and presentable. Communication very good with agents. Excellent location, 15mins walk to centre and surrounded by supermarkets if catering in the apartment. Access to the apartment was easy following a download of an app to phone. Damp and mould above main bedroom wall, which should have been seen to before renting the property out. Air conditioning in same bedroom dripping water too. Not enough cooking utensils for cooking I.e no baking trays for oven use or sufficient pots and pans, considering the apartment can sleep up to six people. We were a group of 3 and managed with searing in lounge area. However, if 6 adults were to use the property, would struggle to be comfortable watching TV and relaxing.
• Mohamed (8/5): Very good - The apartment is spacious and well lit, with a nice terrace overlooking the small church in the neighborhood. It is well located, quiet, and very clean. All rooms are air-conditioned, with individual air conditioners. Overall, the apartment is well equipped. Duvets when it is cool at night are not a luxury. Yellow marks on the walls, next to the air conditioner and the bathroom (probably old leaks). Coffee, oil, in the kitchen would have been appreciated. Also no drainer or towel to dry the dishes. Inside the oven there is only a grill.

• Iveta (7/5): Good if key worked and mosquito repellent plugs provided - The apartment was well located, new and comfortable, and the communication with the host was very good. The application with the key did not work properly. On arrival we could not access the property as the key had not been activated despite confirmation from the host that I had managed to do all the admin (signature of the contract, personal details of all the guests, deposit, etc). The key was activated the next day - for the rest of the stay it worked for the apartment but never for the building. We had one physical key from the building which for 5 people and non-functional virtual key is not enough. There were a lot of mosquitoes at night. No repellent plugs. The table and chairs on the balkcony had 1cm of dirt and dust.
• Tomas (10/5): Very good value for money - The apartment itself is massive, 3 bedrooms with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. The property has a lift for those traveling with prams/pushchairs. Decent WiFi. Close to Maria Zambrano train station, only a 15-min walk. Close to the old town, only a 15-min walk. Lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, including Mercadona. Would definitely stay again when in Malaga. There is no dedicated parking at the property, therefore keep that in mind if you are planning on renting a car.

• Susannah (10/5): Excellent appartment! Clean and spacious - Excellent accomodation. Spacious, comfortable, calm and clean! Definitely recommend. Very nice staff who were responsive and helpful by letting us stay a few hours longer on the day of checking out!

• Jackie (7/5): Good - Apartment was centrally located for walking to the city centre and the port; both of which were lively, with plenty going on and a general good buzz about them. We were there for the Davis Cup Tennis and were able to catch a bus locally which took us to the sports venue. The apartment was compact and probably wouldn't be suitable for six people, although it could sleep six comfortably. Only having one bathroom might prove a problem though! It wasn't 5 star and some of the furniture was a bit worn, but having said that, it was comfortable and adequate. We felt a welcome pack of such items as milk, bread, washing up liquid/cleaning spray/tea towels/kitchen roll etc would have been useful and also an information pack with local knowledge would have been really helpful. There is a great supermarket literally 2 minutes away though. We had a problem with the washing machine, but we contacted the owner and it was sorted very quickly. All in all, it is a really good apartment in a generally good location for all facilities and we would certainly stay again.
• Lena (9/5): Once we were able to get in to the building it was a great stay. Beautiful city, great churros. - It was in a good location with a supermarket just a stone throw away. It was a quiet area to sleep and not far from any attractions. We had a lot of difficulty with getting the app to work to get into the building on our arrival but I was able to phone them and spoke to someone even though it was gone 1 in the morning. Knowing now it’s location it would be very easy to use the train from the airport. We used their airport transfer and hadn’t realised he had text to ask us to message him on our arrival so there was a little hiccup with our collection. It’s not far from Malaga Airport to get to the apartment. We used the train for our onward journey. Really easy and very cheap. The app to get in to the building only worked if you connected to the wifi in the building. There was no welcome pack, so a very late arrival and nothing in the kitchen. Some coffee would have been nice. Had to ask for tea towels as nothing to wipe the dishes with and some washing machine detergent for a self catering place. However a quick message and someone came over with teatowels and some laundry detergent. It just lacked a few home comforts but they advised it was due to post covid however we’ve stayed in self catering since and can’t see this as a problem.
• Elaine (6/5): Adequate facilities. - Good size bedrooms and lounge. Quiet location The smart lock was more trouble than it’s worth. Waste baskets in bedroom would have been good. No dishwasher, but nothing to dry dishes with and no sink tray .
