I landed at the airport with my young child to an email from them saying they’ve given my room away despite me confirming with them. This left us in a very difficult position and was completely unacceptable. Do not book this hotel or you may end up in the same position with no room and no warning

• Kristine (2/5): - The person manning the reception was really nice and accommodating. He is probably the only acceptable factor in this hotel. He also allowed me to cut my stay from 2 nights to 1. However, the room I was in definitely needs improvement. The shower area had black molds. Im not sure if they even changed the beddings because i saw strands of hair that Im sure aren't mine. The chair for the table, It was to be honest, disgusting that i sat on my luggage to have my dinner. I dont even want to look at it. It looked like it had dried snot or some kind of fluids. The claw locks were broken. So whoever has key can just come in. Im a solo traveller and this is important to me. I was planning to leave as soon as i entered the lobby and then saw the room — but it was already almost midnight so i checked out as soon as i woke up. I wouldn’t recommend. There are far better hotels near the airport for the same if not cheaper price.

Месторасположение- рядом с дорогой. Шумно и грязно 2. Персонал - не владеет английским языком, не приветливый 3. Идёт ремонт , было шумно , лифт был занят строительный материалом. 4. Регистрация заселения идет очень медленно 5. Сам номер был без окна, запах влажности и сырости 6. В комнате вся мебель и сантехника старая 7. Кровать влажная, очень не комфортно
• Kikuno (5/5): - 元々予約していたホテルがオーバーブッキングで宿泊不可のため、当日すぐ泊まれるホテルを探したところこちらになりました。 予約を入れてすぐ移動しましたが、夜遅くにも関わらずすぐ対応してくれたのが嬉しかったです。 備え付けの備品（タオルなど）が不足していましたが、言えば対応してくれるのでスタッフは良いと思いました。 ホテル自体が古いせいかもしれませんが、清掃が行き届いていないとは思いました。もっと高価格のホテルを選べば違うのかもしれません。 2部屋予約しましたが、どちらの部屋でもゴキブリを1匹見かけ退治しました。

• Susan (7/5): Good value close to the airport - Good location close to the airport and in a bustling neighborhood. The room was clean with a mini fridge and the bathroom had an enclosed shower. There was an elevator. No airport shuttle as advertised. The hotel was undergoing renovations with some construction noise.

• Hirayama (9/5): Clean, comfortable, and spacious room near the SGN airport - I arrived past midnight at Tan Son Nhat International Airport(SGN) and needed a place to stay at the very last minute. The receptionist was very accommodating and courteous! The only downside I would say is that they don’t take the credit card payment. You have to pay via QR code payment. If they can take credit card payment, I would rate 10 for this hotel!
