• John (5/5): Difficult sleep for a couple - Friendly staff, good breakfast, fairly quiet. Cheap mattress vibrating the slightest movement to the other side of the bed. In-room safe not affixed to anything! Room door „locks“ with only a small latch, the deadbolt can be used only from inside the room. Old hair dryer affixed awkwardly in front of toilet paper dispenser. Bedside phone made noises, disturbing our sleep.

• Tyler (10/5): Truly exceptional staff, amenities, food, location, breakfast, & cappuccino/cafe! - Incredible service - our flight landed at 7 am Milan time, staff was insanely polite, free bag storage, gave us a coffee and expedited the room as much as possible. Great location and spectacular breakfast. Really, Magville is an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME find for for the cost. Fairly centrally located ~25 min walk to the Duomo, safe area, really can’t speak highly enough. Also girlfriend bought the same brand of hairdryer they had because that thing blew (in a good way for a dryer haha). Beds were firm (but I enjoy a firm bed) & there was some nearby construction but not like it kept us up at night or woke us up. Wouldn’t let either thing dissuade you from this phenomenal hotel.

• Julia (10/5): Relaxing! - Everything! In a nice residential area of Milan. Quiet and relaxed. Beautiful little patio outside to chill out. My room was clean and had a nice bathtub that I made use of. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way. For example, I had to leave very early in the morning and didn’t have a spoon for my yogurt, so they let me take one from the hotel. They also offered to let me take breakfast with me, even though it was an hour before the breakfast officially started. The water I drank from the mini fridge was also complimentary. All around super lovely. I couldn’t figure out the TV in my room. The casting didn’t work even though it was supposedly a smart TV. Some instructions in the room would have been nice.

• Jane (9/5): Great small hotel which is surprisingly quiet. Well positioned for access to key area like Duomo and Brera district - Quiet and comfortable, super helpful staff The shower screen in the bath has a hole for a handle which meant water sprayed on the bathroom floor!

• Aura (8/5): - The hotel is well maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is a bit outside of the central area, but we still found it walkable most of the time (we used public transport only twice, from the metro station nearby). The walls are a bit thin and you can hear noises from the hall and from other rooms. But as long as all guests stay mindful of this and don't get too loud, it's not that big of a problem.
• Syl (9/5): Bonne adresse pour visiter Milan - Tout étais bien! Le personnel était serviable et toujours de bonne humeur. La chambre était propre et assez spacieuse. L'hôtel était très calme, pratiquement aucun bruit de voisinage. Le petit déjeuner (buffet) était copieux. L'emplacement était très bien, pas loin d'une ligne de métro (no. 4) - donc tout Milan était facilement accessible. Le jour de notre départ nous avons pu laisser nos bagages jusqu'au soir (vu que notre vol a été annulé et que nous devions rentrer en bus - merci Luxair pour leur mauvaise gestion du voyage!). J'ai beau chercher un point négatif ... je cherche ... et non, rien! Peut-être le manque d'une piscine extérieure chauffée avec une plage de sable fin.
• Daniel (8/5): Wunderschönes Boutique-Hotel in guter Lage. - Schönes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Gegend. Bis zum Mailänder Dom sind es nur circa 30 Gehminuten. Das Frühstück war ganz lecker. Besonders toll war der Kaffee. Personal total freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und etwas hellhörig.

• Nadia (8/5): Great hotel, lovely staff, would recommend! - Lovely local hotel with great staff. Very clean and lovely terrace garden. Lots of lovely local restaurants and bars a short walk away. This is nitpicking…. But pillows were very hard!

• TINA (9/5): Nice quiet location, pretty place & lovely staff - Lovely wee place. Very quaint and in a nice quiet side street. Away from the city centre bustle. 25 mins walk to Duomo or 10 mins walk to tram stop. We had a ten a car so being able to use a nearby underground parking lot for €20 for 24hrs via the hotel deal was ideal. Lovely staff. Helpful and attentive. Breakfast was nice too. Coffee was excellent. Nice touches in the room like slippers and extra items in the bathroom. Room was a bit hot and stuffy on arrival but opening the window cured this - don’t think the A/C was working. We visited mid April so having the window opened was fine but wouldn’t like to be in this room (402) in summer… shower was a bit tight in the bath as it was on the horizon wall rather than the long side…

• Pauline (10/5): This hotel’s proximity to good dining opportunities is a bonus. I would love the hotel to become adult only. Too small - It was a perfect haven and quiet. An oasis in a bustling city. Strollers with babies allowed to block the aisles at breakfast. Small children running in a small tranquil place.
• Lauren (8/5): Lovely home base in Milan - Lovely stay in Milan. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. They let us check in early, would have let us check out late. The crib for the baby was set up when we arrived. Nice location away from the main tourist drag. Great breakfast too with good cappuccinos. Only comment is that the shampoo/soap were poor quality and there was no hair conditioner. Would stay here again.

• Robin (10/5): Lovely boutiques in a quiet neighbourhood with good transport links to centre. - Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet Milan neighbourhood. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, the rooms were very comfortable and airy, and breakfast was of a high standard. The location of the hotel is outside the main tourist area, which means it is a quiet neighbourhood, though the city centre is accessible with good transport links both metro and buses. So location was not an issue for us.

Pulizia eccellente quasi maniacale, dalla hall alle camere, anch'esse bellissime e con un balcolcino davvero carino. Letti comodissimi, colazione molto buona ma soprattutto personale gentilissimo! Tutti davvero disponibili, sorridenti e con un'attenta cura del cliente. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare al Magville Hotel, noi sicuramente ci torneremo! Nulla

Posizione strategica e ben servita, ma comunque silenziosa e riservata. Tutto pulito e curato. Un particolare: letto matrimoniale larghissimo e comodissimo! Niente di negativo da segnalare.

• Risa (10/5): I so greatly appreciate the helpful staff of Magville! - I stayed here on 3 separate visits at the end of June/early July. The staff could not possibly have been more helpful. I messaged about an early arrival, and my room was ready. When I left for the airport in the middle of the night, the night time concierge made me a cappuccino and cornetto. They were always pleasant, always helpful. Water was provided whenever I needed it. Breakfast was ample, with outdoor tables in the little, charming courtyard. The room is small, but perfectly sized for one person. The garage is about 2 blocks away but manageable with luggage. You need a local phone to call the attendant if you are leaving in the middle of the night. The location is walking distance to Quadrilateral d'Oro, but I did take a few cabs. It's not far from a metro stop which I also used a few times. It is exactly what one would want from a hotel at this price point. I was perfectly happy with my choice. It was a little further away from attractions that I would like, but for the price it cannot be beat.

Each person remembered the little things (still vs sparkling water), they made every effort to accommodate my schedule. Comfortable room , perhaps a little small to refer to it as a superior double but then not sure what an ordinary double looks like! Breakfast good and staff lovely . Toiletries plentiful Problem with noise transference between all the walls - imagine that’s why they provide earplugs by the bed. Think the bathrooms in need of an update.

• Rosa-Mari (8/5): - Aamiainen oli hyvä. Sijainti hieman kauempana keskustasta, mutta käveltävissä ja metrolla pääsee linaten kentälle erittäin helposti. Huoneessa oli melko pölyistä, muuten siisti huone. Kaukosäädin ei toiminut.
