- Nikki (9/5): Exquisite, and I am already planning my next stay - The hotel is exceptional and all members of staff were courteous and helpful. I walked into the room we booked (Eiffel Tower Suite) and I said 'wow'. The room was very impressive, large and very clean. We had room service on one evening, and the food was fantastic and beautifully presented. The bed was comfortable, although be careful climbing off as it was very high. The foyer and saloon was absolutely gorgeous. I felt like I had the VIP treatment throughout. The breakfast was delicious, but a little samey. The only hot item within the price was an omelette, and by day two it got a little boring. Having stayed in other 5 star hotels, the breakfast was the only thing letting the hotel down, and I'm being picky.

- larrys950 (8/5): Great stay at the Hotel Regina in Paris - Excellent hotel and the location is superb. Reason for less than 5 stars is the lack of a place to sit in the room. There was a desk chair but otherwise had to sit on the bed. While sitting on the bed it would tend to slide away from the wall. Morning breakfast and service was the best.

- paintedbythesea (4/5): Not a 5 star experience despite excellent location - We stayed at Hotel Regina Louvre expecting a 5 star experience, but several key areas fell below that standard. While the location is excellent and the building itself is impressive, operational standards across service, housekeeping, room comfort, and breakfast did not reflect a 5 star level. Service throughout the hotel was consistently poor and unwelcoming. When issues were raised during the stay, there was limited acknowledgement or follow up and often no visible resolution. This was consistent throughout the stay rather than an isolated incident. The room was not maintained to a 5 star standard. On arrival, tea and coffee supplies were poor and insufficient for the number of guests and were not replenished despite requests. Cups were not provided in sufficient quantity. Used glasses left in the room were not cleared or replaced. Turndown service was not provided on 2 nights of the stay. There was also ongoing building work near the room, resulting in regular afternoon noise over multiple days. The beds were uncomfortable, particularly the sofa bed. Air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room feeling consistently warm and stuffy. Water pressure throughout the bathroom was poor. These issues persisted throughout the stay. Breakfast, which was included in the booking, was disappointing. Service was slow, at times unfriendly and disorganised, with incorrect or incomplete orders on multiple mornings. Several standard items such as porridge and eggs Benedict were only available at an additional charge. Each morning, other guests could also be heard raising similar service concerns. The issues experienced were not isolated incidents but repeated throughout the stay across multiple areas of the hotel. This affected the overall experience significantly despite the strong location. Guests expecting a genuine 5 star experience in central Paris should be aware that the level of service and attention to detail did not reflect that standard. This review reflects our experience over several nights rather than a single incident.

- lrknyc (10/5): Fantastic family stay! - We just returned from a five night stay at Hotel Regina and have nothing but wonderful things to say about it - the location cannot be beat and the staff is incredibly kind. The family suite was a great home base for our family of four with bunk beds for our two boys, a living room space, and a separate bedroom for the parents, but best of all were the four(!) balconies with views of the Tuileries Gardens, Musee D’Orsay, and the twinkling Eiffel Tower. Watching our kids enjoy the views at night from the balcony was magic. While this is not a modern hotel and the rooms have some wear we enjoyed the historic charm and feeling we were truly in Paris and not just a generic box!

- Sandra (10/5): Alles was das Herz begehrt in einem Hotel! Aber es hat seinen Preis... - Top Hotel, super Lage, freundliches Personal. Hier bekommt man wirklich etwas für sein Geld! Sehr zu empfehlen. Eigentlich war alles perfekt. Wenn man reklamieren müsste (auf sehr hohem Niveau) könnte das Personal an der Rezeption etwas freundlicher sein (beispielsweise wenn man am Morgen vorbei läuft oder wenn man Auscheckt). Aber das ist wirklich eine Kleinigkeit. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu motzen.

We had th best French toast ever (so good we had it two days in a row). So conveniently located and discreet with lovely public spaces. Chez Suzy is also a wonderful restaurant.

- matthewsT392DZ (10/5): Incredible stay - Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in late Feb with my wife and nearly 2 year old daughter. The location is perfect. It is a barely 5 minute walk to the Louvre and right next to Jardin des Tuileries, which was perfect for kids. There are also a handful of great restaurants nearby, including the one located inside the hotel which was excellent from our experience. Plenty of stores nearby as well if shopping is your thing. The hotel itself is amazing. The areas within walking distance were clean and safe. Very beautiful and easy to navigate. The style of the hotel is timeless and elegant. The rooms were incredible as well and always kept clean. We felt so lucky to be able to stay here. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. What truly makes the hotel so special are its staff members. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to our daughter, including helping us with her stroller several times per day, getting her milk and other special food during breakfast, and happily chasing down her silverware that she threw (we are still so sorry/embarrassed about that). We ordered room service one night and the food was amazing and was delivered super quickly. Everyone works so hard to provide a great service to the guests and it made for such an unforgettable visit. Along the same topic, make sure to ask the concierge about their recommendations for restaurants, museums, or anything else you are interested in. We asked for recommendations based on having our daughter with us and their recommendations were perfect. It was a relief to learn that we could get into amazing restaurants nearby that allowed children. Highly recommend staying here for those who want to stay in a very walkable/safe area and especially for families. My wife and I can’t wait to come back.

The room was beautiful, very clean and completely soundproof. The staff were kind, attentive and charming. Considering the very central location of the hotel the noise levels were extremely low. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. Charming, unpretentious a perfect stay.

The staff too were amazing, not only because, idiotically I had booked for the wrong day (the day before our arrival), but without fuss they rearranged the room and refused to charge me for both nights.
