Small - but to be expected. We booked tiny & cheap on purpose as it was a 1 night layover. Exactly what we needed. Wouldn’t be able to do a longer stay here.

- Schutz (9/5): A night without luggage but hotel provided what we needed - The hotel really came through for us. We underestimated the time our luggage will arrive through the luggage service, so when we checked in, we didn't have our toiletries or change of clothes. The hotel provided pjamamas and face cleansing lotions FOC. We managed to have a good night's rest and our luggage arrived next morning, we could then go out in clean clothes. The free flow of coffee and matcha was really a welcome treat. The laundromat did its job very well for 500 yen, the clothes are clean, dry and fluffy. I chose the location to get the express train to Haneda and it was as convenient as I had envisaged. Nothing. Maybe just a bit far from other parts of Tokyo but we chose this for being closer to Haneda

A great unagi restaurant, and a public bath close by, plus some convenient stores and supermarket, and there's a lot more at the station's side, which is also nearby. Close proximity to Haneda Airport for our domestic flight. Room has no good view. Didn't foresee the breakfast crowd, its buffet dishes are quite ok, but the variety of dishes should not be that limited. The long journey from Narita Airport by trains.

The beds are comfy and the soundproofing in the room excellent - something we found lacking in other properties we had stayed at. Nothing
- Yui (10/5): - 駅が近いし、周りにレストランも多くあってフライト前に過ごすには最高な場所でした。
- Ryouhei (7/5): - 朝食は満足だった 事前に分かっていたことですが、さすがに喫煙部屋は臭かったです。空きがなかったのでやむを得ません。
