El personal súper amable muy atento, el recepcionista atendió todas nuestras necesidades. El hotel ofrece frutas y café a gusto. Las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones están bastante bien para ser un lugar a dormir. Absolutamente nada, muy bien todo.

Besonders positiv waren die tolle Lage, das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die insgesamt entspannte Atmosphäre. L’accueil a été irréprochable du début à la fin : personnel chaleureux, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes. Les chambres étaient très propres, bien entretenues et confortables. Je recommande.

It’s a bit tired and basic but fine for a one night stay before getting train home. It was a bit overpriced for a what is basically a budget 1* hotel - we booked quite a way in advance so maybe paid a bit over the odds. But it was ‘ok’ other than the bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant bad drain smell. It was also difficult to fully close the curtains.

I wasn't going to try the shared shower...glad I did! Best shower I've had in a while...rain shower head plus regular and water as hot as you like. For the price and the area there really wasn't anything to complain about.

Room was tidy and clean. Cozy beautiful place, would certainly book again! Room was a bit small and those stairs are a bit steep but I understand that's because the type of construction.

- Yannick (7/5): Steile Treppen, zentrale Lage. Amsterdam pur. - Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt vor dem Rotlichtviertel an der Gracht gelegen. Toll fand ich, dass es immer kostenlosen Tee und Kaffee in der Lobby gibt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und man konnte nach dem auschecken Gepäck bis 17 Uhr abstellen. Das separierte Klo und die Dusche sind an sich kein Problem, aber die Dusche ist schon etwas klein und überflutet schnell. Oben in meinem Dachgiebelzimmer muss man außerdem mit Taubenlärm rechnen, aber das gehört in Amsterdam wohl dazu. Es werden kostenlose Ohrstöpsel angeboten

La habitación sin ninguna comodidad, poca luz,paredes desconchadas, techo bajo y con vigas, un horror!!

Dass man sich Wasser und Heissgetränke nehmen kann, wir haben unsere Wasserflaschen aufgefüllt und tagsüber mitgenommen. Sehr ruhig, obwohl direkt am Rotlichtviertel gelegen. Concierge sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die vielen Treppen, das haben wir aber vorher gewusst. Steht auch auf der Website, dass für gehbehinderte Menschen dieses Haus nicht geeignet ist.

- fernando (10/5): Couldn’t have enjoyed my stay here any better!! - This hotel is literally in the heart of the red light and a 2-3 minute walk from some of the best restaurants and shops , I also stayed at the highest room and they sent someone to my room at 5:30am to help me down with my luggage which was very nice , the room was perfect and my view of the canal and the area was amazing. Loved my stay here and will recommend it to everyone !! Nothing , this place was beyond perfect and exceeded my expectations….

- Claudia (5/5): Zentral gelegen mit freundlichem Service, aber für den Preis war das Zimmer zu unkomfortabel. - Die Kommunikation war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man konnte sich jederzeit kostenfrei Kaffee/Tee und Wasser im Foyer nehmen. Das Badezimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Man kann kaum 2 Koffer unterbringen. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, da ging es. Es gab keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett (ich benötige ein Schlafapnoe-Gerät, das mit Strom betrieben wird). Es war sauber, aber die Einrichtung wirkte eher schäbig. Ein Fenster ließ sich nur komplett öffnen, der Kippmechanismus war defekt. Es gab keine Gardinen o. Ä. , so dass die Nachbargäste direkt ins Zimmer schauen konnten.

- Charlotte (10/5): - Located in a perfect place very close to all the main things in Amsterdam and on the same road as the bulldog cafes if you walk for a few minutes. I have stayed here three times it’s amazing. Recently refurbished too!!

Merci beaucoup Petit bémol pour la douche commune car l’eau ne s’évacuait pas bien du tout. Obliger de faire des pauses même pour une douche « rapide »

- Deniz (7/5): Pleasant stay - Very easy to travel anywhere. Nice canal view on King’s Day. Too much stairs. The hotel staff did help carry our bag but I would not recommend coming with a L or XL bag.

- Rayane (9/5): Amamos a Hospedagem! - Gostamos muito da hospedagem! Foram super atenciosos, guardaram nossas bagagens depois do check-out e ainda tinha alguns mimos na recepção para comer. Sem falar da localização, que é perfeita, dá para fazer tudo a pé e a vista é linda. Super recomendamos! O único ponto, que para nós não interferiu em nada, mas pode ser relevante — é que o hotel não possui elevador, o que acredito ser uma característica comum em Amsterdã, contando apenas com escadas. Ainda assim, a equipe foi super atenciosa e nos ajudou com as malas.
- Pia (8/5): für einen short stay - empfehlenswert - Man ist direkt im Zentrum und es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt gratis Kaffee und Tee in der Lobby. Die Hotelkatze ist super sweet. Für 2-3 Nächte würde ich das Hotel aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen (vor allem wer zum Party machen vor Ort ist). Das Bad ist mit der Marmoroptik süß gestaltet. Durch die Lage ist es sehr laut vor allem wenn das Zimmer zur Flussseite ausgerichtet war wie bei uns (darauf muss man sich einstellen). Sehr schmale und Steile Stufen (hat uns nicht gestört). Die Dusche hat keine Scheibe und somit wird so ziemlich alles in dem kleinen Bad nass. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren nicht so sauber :(

- Timothy W (7/5): The man at the front desk is Mohammed … he was the kindest and most hospitable person. I would stay here again just beca - Location, location, location …. Old city house on canal in vibrant historic center approx. 15 min. walk to Central train station. The picture I submitted is view from my room looking out at canal. If you have mobility issues this historic building may not work for you as there is no elevator. Also this is a small European hotel so beds are narrow but comfortable.
