Smelt like a cigar lounge and carpet was sticky even while wearing socks! Absolutely disgusting for a 'non smokers' room. Being asthmatic this was an absolute nightmare and wouldnt ever dare go to this place again.

- Jessica (8/5): My home away from home - Upon check in the lady was rude but I didn't make that my initial decision about this hotel. For starters it is a beautiful hotel and QUIET which is what I was looking for. The room was very comfortable and I felt absolutely SAFE. The convenience of the shuttle was awesome so I had access to the beach,mall, and a few other places free of charge. Any issues we had were fixed immediately. The breakfast was good it had a lot of variety. I did go to the night buffet and it was good. Room swevixw is 24 hours and reasonably priced as well THE S BURGER is a must try. I have found my place that when I come back to Dubai it was nice and so comfortable. It's family friendly as well.

- Tamara (10/5): - A very good hotel located in a central area of Dubai makes getting to the main tourist attractions very easy. I would highly recommend it as the staff were very friendly too and rooms were clean, quiet and spacious.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible service and unhygienic - Stay was not enjoyable at all, paid and booked a queen room and was given a king room which had no bath, called reception and was told they would sort this for me, to which I didn't hear back. I then called and asked for cutlery as there was none in the room, was told it would be sent up shortly to which it wasn't, called back 30 mins later and was told the same again, once again never received. The bathroom was unhygienic with at least half a dozen of flies which made me sick. The staff also wouldn't let a food delivery driver up to my room even though I explained I was just out the shower and have a medical issue.

The staff is friendly for the most part (Cleaners, Dinning Area, and Restaurant Staff). Front desk workers need training in customer service, waited to be check in with no line at the front and the few interactions with the front desk workers made me feel like I wasn't welcomed in the hotel.

He give give me two choices either I cancel the resevation with a full refund or i the hotel will provide a free buffet dinner. The area is nice for those who don't like to be in a crowded place and a free shuttle service goes to the Mall of Emirates just 15mins away as well as to the Expo 2020. The restaurant would need a little bit more atmosphere. I would recommend the hotel to friends that look for good price and quality.
- Joel (8/5): An awesome time in Dubai - Breakfast buffet was very reasonable and well stocked. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They help me secure a PCR test to return to the US. They called taxi service when one was needed. I can’t say enough good things about the front desk staff. This is my first trip to Dubai. There are many things to do in Dubai. There are many things to do around the hotel and sites to see including miracle gardens and the butterfly park. Most other things are within an easy taxi ride. The room was comfortable.

The pool closed to early as I would return from work around 1800 and the pool would be closed so I never got the chance to use it (I always book a hotel with a pool because I love a good pool) so I am not to happy about that. Room service was punctual and reasonably priced but not enough choices I think for a Dubai hotel and no alcohol options.

The only problem is that the neighborhood it’s located in is too quiet with little activity to do around. But it’s the perfect hotel if you want a less noisy area. If you have a car you won’t be bothered because the noisy areas are just few mins drive away

- James (8/5): - Stay was fine, Big issue with the lifts Takes ages and they are programmed to not come directly to you when you press the button they will stick to floors 1 or G and not budge Sometimes it can take more than 10 mins to get from B parking to the various floors! Social distancing in the lifts did not exists even if there is signs. Local people mentality!

On arrival to our room, there were no hotel slippers or robes, when I requested for this we were given slippers but told robes were not provided though we saw other guests wearing robes with the hotel logo present. The bathroom only had one bath towel & used sugar in the tea/coffee tray. Water was luke warm and when reported to the reception, we were told to run the tap even though we had done that for 10mins. On the 2nd night the room was not hoovered nor were toiletries such as shower gel re-stocked, only 2 shower gels given in our entire stay yet there was an abundance of shampoo about 4-5 bottles which were not required. When requesting to use the microwave to heat up our food, we were blatantly lied to that this was not possible, however once my husband persisted, the kitchen staff we spoke to soon did as we requested. On our 4th day we had to change rooms after housekeeping failed to hoover yet again, no re-stock of toiletries and no towels. Along with that the water temp was just terrible. Staff were extremely slow & sluggish when we requested for an iron & board, we were given an iron that did not work. We would wait at least 15-20mins after requesting for our food to be heated up. Overall our stay was not enjoyable, after staying at the palm this hotel was a complete shambles and we would never return again, the service beyond poor and that of a 2 star hotel.

A definitely return for me. Quiet location and not far from the city. Close location to Dubai Miracle Garden and Butterfly World. Love it Love it for sure.

But from the first moment, all hotel staff was very nice, polite and welcoming, from receptionist to cleaner, from pool lifeguard to waiter. The room, although quite small, was very clean, as well as the bed linen. The bed mattress was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Breakfast was served in the room due to pandemic, but very hygienically packed and tasty. The main attraction, swimming pool didn't disappoint at all. On the contrary, it was big enough and the water temperature perfect. Overall, highly recommended!

Had the Hawaiian pizza + soft drink dinner special for 35 aed at the 24-hour Fusion restaurant before we went out, and had an omelet and hash browns and chicken sausage for breakfast there in the morning, instead of choosing the brunch. We enjoyed the rooftop pool in the afternoon when we got there and again in the morning before we checked out. Enjoyed chatting with Epie the lifeguard there.

We are a frequent traveler on business and we used to stay in different hotels, my partner loves to order at in room service however when you tried to request for a simple soup, salad and main course the answer was always plainly "NO WE DON'T HAVE" We wanted to have a 3 course meal hence NO Option given or any recommendation.. After a long tiring day of meetings my partner wasn't able to eat a proper dinner before sleeping.. I really love the hotel it's so new and cleanliness would measure up to 5 star hotel. I still have very high expectation and would still choose this hotel in our next business trip. Good Luck to the friendly staff of front office

- Verified traveler (8/5): Recommended - Nice new hotel with good facilities and good breakfast. The area is far from everything and there's nothing except a small shopping mall with McDonalds carrefour and a few other shops. You should get your public transport card when you arrive in Dubai because you wont be able to get it near the hotel. They do have a shuttle to mall of the Emirates a few times a day. Staff were nice and tried their best to find me a room for early check in as I arrived in the morning. Gym is decent.
