A lot of homeless on the streets. We were robbed on our 2nd day, in a very public place. A bag with all our travel documents and money.

• Mairead (4/5): Cheap and basic - Honestly, very little was great. It is very, very basic. The metro station is about 60 meters from the apartment, meaning that to get into the city center it takes less than 15 minutes. We could check in early. If you are looking for cheap and basic in a good enough location, this may be okay. But don´t expect much. I highly recommend Venetis Bakery in Omonoia for food. Almost everything was extremely basic. The beds were uncomfortable, and the duvets were old and very heavy. The apartment is outside an extremely loud and busy roundabout. The noise of cars, motorcycles, and emergency vehicles can be constantly heard throughout the night. We were constantly awake due to the traffic noises. We never had the feeling that we got quality sleep due to the disturbances. There is no safe in the room, which meant that we carried around our valuables with us while out and about. The apartment did not feel safe. The streets around the accommodation have a lot of poor people. I did not feel safe walking into the city center on my own, although it's only a 20-minute walk away. The room got really dusty and dirty due to the outside traffic. There were no customer service personnel or cleaners to be seen. We could constantly hear people in the building. The photos on Booking.com are very photoshopped , we were really disappointed about the reality.

El embellecedor situado entre el microondas y el mueble alto de la cocina está suelto y, si abres el mueble, se te cae encima. Puede herir a alguien. Debería haber un interruptor para apagar la luz junto a la cama, es molesto tener que levantarte e irte hasta la otra punta de la habitación para apagarla.

• ALEKSANDRINA (9/5): - The apartment is great and has everything for a few night (or longer) stay in Athens - kitchenette, table, couch, bed, bathroom, etc. It is right next to the subway that goes directly to the center. We received detailed instructions, the possibility to do online check-in and the staff was answering very quickly to our messages. The only negative I can say is not related to the property but to the area - it's not dangerous but not extremely pleasant.

• Ariadna (10/5): MUY RECOMENDABLE! - Todo. El apartamento precioso, bien equipado. Con cafetera, neverita (con bebidas gratis de cortesía), cocina completa. La cama súper cómoda. Aire acondicionado tanto frío como caliente. Muy luminoso. Ducha muy amplia. Ubicación muy céntrica, metro y autobuses al lado. El check in súper fácil, te contactan por WhatsApp y de facilitan instrucciones para proceder. Además tenían listo el apartamento antes de tiempo :) Un 1000/10. Muy recomendable Únicamente la zona transmite un poco de inseguridad, muchas personas indigentes y drogadictos lamentablemente… es bastante triste. Pero eso no tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento.

• Brian (9/5): Short and satisfatory. - The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation if needed. For tourists, the hop-on buses all had a stop across the street. Nice little restaurant/cafe just outside the door for breakfast. The building is undergoing some work, and it is shrouded. Ruins the view of the square.

• Ezcurra (8/5): Lovely stay to rejuvenate for the great Athens must see list. - Excellent staff attentiveness, location near center and acropolis. Bought delightful food and sweets at the Bread Factory across the plaza. The only concern was not having a firm mattress.
