- Natalia (10/5): El Hotel es un acierto total... 100% Recomendado - La ubicación es estupenda, está en el barrio Judío. A solo un paso del Hotel ya estas cerca de las sinagogas, el cementerio y el monumento de Franz Kafka; y a 5min andando hasta el Reloj Astronómico y la plaza de la ciudad vieja. El hotel está muy bonito y bien equipado; llegamos sobre las 11am y por suerte ya teníamos la habitación lista, punto para Hotel. El check in lo puede hacer uno mismo online y ya es tiempo ganado, solo llegamos y nos dieron las llaves de la habitación. En la recepción fueron todos muy amables; pudimos dejar las mochilas después del check out hasta por la noche que nos fuimos. Sin duda repetiría... la relación calidad - precio es un acierto. Super recomendado 100% Solo por decir algo... sería ideal que tuviera para desayunar en el Hotel. Sin embargo, tiene muchas cafeterías cerca y te dan un descuento para ir a una que ellos recomiendan.

- Magdalena (10/5): Fantastyczna baza wypadowa, bardzo blisko starówki, obok sklepy i knajpki z bardzo smacznym jedzeniem. Obsługa przemiła, - Przemiła obsługa i czystość w pokoju. Bardzo wygodne materace, możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Słabe wygłuszenie pokoju, ale absolutnie nie miało to wpływu na komfort pobytu, ponieważ cały dzień byłyśmy poza obiektem.

It was quite noisy at night time but this was due to other people staying at the hotel and coming back at 4am being really loud. Outside the local residents and workers, start work quite early so we heard workmen / trucks at roughly 6.30/7am. But this was not down to the hotel

- Louise (7/5): Fantastisk beliggenhed, irriterende døre! - God beliggenhed. Rart at kunne åbne vinduerne helt op. Det var skønt at have dem åbne om natten. Du får en rigtig nøgle til døren som er meget stram at åbne… igennem natten vågnede jeg af naboer som kæmpede med deres døre og slog ind i dem af afmagt… det var utrolig irriterende..! Ingen aircondition. Sengen var meget blød.

Nella camera non si aprivano le finestre ed essendo maggio, mancava l’aria. Non c’era neanche il condizionatore per un po’ di ricircolo. Il materasso da buttare. Il primo giorno sono tornata in camera alle 17.00 e la stanza non era stata fatta. Alla domanda fatta in reception sul perché, c’è stato risposto che la policy dell’hotel prevedeva che mettessimo un cartello con scritto “fare la stanza”, ma nessuno ce lo aveva detto. La signorina della reception ci ha liquidato con un “avrà sbagliato il mio collega a non dirvelo durante il check-in”. Inoltre, più grave di tutto, quando siamo rientrate in hotel, nella hall c’era un tizio ubriaco che stava prendendo una birra e che ci ha minacciato di ucciderci. Sono andata verso il ragazzo della reception per chiedere aiuto ma lui non ha detto e fatto niente. Va bene la giovane età ma se c’è un ubriaco che urla di ucciderci forse bisognerebbe prendere in mano la situazione e cacciare tale persona. Visto che io e mia madre volevamo cambiare hotel. Ma dalla reception zero aiuto. Inoltre gli altri clienti rientravano tardi urlando, nessuno gli ha mai detto di fare silenzio. E la struttura si affaccia su una strada molto rumorosa, dal 4 piano sentivamo macchine e camion dei rifiuti. Non insonorizzato. Non consiglio

- Francisco (9/5): Melhor descoberta de sempre na cidade de Praga - A localização é incrível e tudo muito limpo. A única coisa a apontar, é o facto da cama de casal não ter lençóis de cama de casal normais, e ter sim uma especie de lencois saco cama que fazem com que fique muito quente.
- Natalia (10/5): Muy recomendable - Muy limpio, bien ubicado, y bonito aunque es secundario pero se agradece. Hacía bastante calor en la habitación, el radiador estaba frío no sé si es calefacción central, pero bueno abriendo la ventana por la noche y con el cansancio se durmió bien.

- Mario (8/5): - Quarto com tamanho muito bom. Limpeza 100%. Máquina de café com reposição diária das cápsulas, serviço gratuito. Apesar de não ter pequenos almoços disponíveis no local é oferecido um desconto de 10% em um café restaurante muito perto a todos os clientes. A localização é excelente, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Muito perto da estação do metro que dá acesso ao aeroporto. Perto de Comércio e restauração. Centro comercial muito próximo com supermercado e restauração. Funcionários simpaticos e prestáveis. Ter pequeno almoço terei sido bom. Apesar de ter ventoinha o ar condicionado seria importante ter.

I usually only use one pillow but these needed a refresh desperately and it would’ve been a better sleep if we each could’ve had two. The mattress was also very soft for a hotel but I didn’t mind. My partner had a harder time.

- Givanilda (10/5): Incrivelmente Maravilhosa ❤️ - Foi uma estadia incrível desde a recepção ao quarto q era simplesmente maravilhoso e lindo. No ato do Checkin foi a Denisa que me Recepcionou, ela foi maravilhosa, atenciosa e prestativa, se esforçou o máximo pra explicar tudo perfeitamente, percebendo q eu não fala o idioma e tbm não falava o inglês. Muita gratidão a todos da equipe que tbm sempre foram gentis, educados e receptivos. Em uma próxima estadia em Praga, Concerteza fico hospedada novamente nesse hotel maravilhoso . A localização era simplesmente perfeita, e vc pode fazer tudo a Pé ❤️ Amei absolutamente tudo ❤️

- Chiara (9/5): Posizione perfetta per visitare la città - Posizione perfetta per arrivare a piedi in tutti i punti salienti della città. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema col transfer dall'aeroporto all'albergo subito risolto dallo staff che per scusarsi ci ha anche offerto del cioccolato! Solo il materasso che era estremamente morbido e per questo un po' scomodo.
