Davide (2/5): Never again. - Terrible communication. Apartment run down and managed by a company unable to deal with visitors in a kind way. The girl who welcomed us at the apartment said upon our arrival that it was possible to have a late checkout the day after and stay until 11am, instead of 10. However, when we went back to the apartemnt before leaving the cleaning lady was already tehre and had moved our stuff. At the apartment, there was also a young man who didn't seem to be there to clean, who was lying on the sofa staring at us and laughing while we were taking our things. After we left, I realised that I didn't have my wallet with me. When I realised that I had probably left in my bedroom in the apartment a few days later, I called the company that manages the apartment to see whether they could check if anyone had take it. Michela, the lady I spoke with on the phone, almost redeculed me and was - to say the least - useless. Such a shame to experiece such poor hospitality in a city like Florence.
