• Dagmara ,89 (10/5): Polecam - Personel a bardzo miły i pomocny. Jak na amerykańskie standardy czystość na 5. (Po poprzednim hotelu to nawet 6) Dojazd autobusem bardzo wygodny nawet na Miami beach, pomimo że hotel wydaje się być w niewygodnym miejscu. Brak.

• Jessica (4/5): No fue la mejor - La ubicación El personal pésimo, parece que les apesta la vida trabajar ahí, el recepcionista que nos hizo el check in terrible, además el hotel tiene en su descripción que el desayuno estaba incluido pero al llegar ahí resulta que no tenían y además hay que pagar para el parqueadero. Sin mencionar que les envié algunos mensajes antes de llegar pero nunca respondieron

• Valentina (5/5): Experiencia turbia - Estaba cerca del aeropuerto, eso era lo que buscamos ya que saliamos a las 6am. Me dejaron estscionar sin pagar ya que nos ibamos rapidamente del hotel. El ambiente no era bueno, cuando recien entre una señora estaba peleando con el recepcionista, no fueron muy amables, el recepcionista de la noche ni siquiera me saludo, el ambiente estaba turbio, las instalaciones no estaban muy limpias, la puerta no cerraba bien, habia una cucaracha mini en la habitacion, por suerte solo fuimos por unas horas.

• Mario (8/5): Close to airport - Proxiity to Miami International Airport is very convenient. Plentiful parking at secure hotel lot. Friendly staff on both check in and check out. I was displeased with having to pay an additional $17 a day to park at the hotel. This additional charge should be noted on the booking page.

My room wasn't clean there was hair everywhere. I asked housekeeping to sweep my floor but was told that my room would be cleaned the next day. My shower looked like they never take the mat up & clean up it.

Tienen una selection de bebidas y alimentos para consumir en caso de no contar con otra opción. En la bañadera había un insecto similar a una cucaracha que sacamos abriendo el grifo, pero sinceramente no dieron ganas de usar la ducha.

• Albertico (3/5): Ons verblijf krijgt van ons een 6, vooral omdat we goed konden uitrusten en de locatie dicht bij onz - Fijne locatie, daarom zijn we hier opnieuw teruggekomen. Dit was niet onze eerste keer bij RR. De korte afstand tot de luchthaven is voor ons een groot pluspunt, zeker na een vlucht van 10 uur. Ideaal voor de eerste dagen om even bij te komen. Wat ons tegenviel, is de manier waarop gasten hier worden behandeld. We begrijpen dat het personeel lange diensten draait, maar dat mag niet ten koste gaan van de klantvriendelijkheid. De houding kwam op ons over als ‘take it or leave it’, wat niet prettig is. Aanvankelijk dachten we dat dit een eenmalige ervaring was, maar tijdens ons verblijf in de lobby zagen we meerdere soortgelijke situaties bij andere gasten. In één geval dreigde het zelfs uit de hand te lopen. Dat vonden we zorgelijk. Daarnaast hing er voortdurend een wietlucht, terwijl het hotel als rookvrij wordt gepresenteerd. Op zich hebben wij niets tegen rokers of blowers, maar als een hotel zich als rookvrij profileert, verwachten wij dat dit ook wordt nageleefd.

Once there, the reception guy told me that they canceled my reservation because I didn’t show up before. Though they had rooms available they made me book a room again and charged almost the double than the app!
