• Veronica (1/5): The worst apartment experience - Impossible to sleep due to the amount of light that enters from the lampposts of the hotel across the street throughout the night, there are no blinds. Since the first day there were water leaks coming from the pipe under the bathroom sink, the toilet was clogged, the radiator in the room leaked water too when it was turned on and the wooden floor was bulging. One day at 8:00 p.m. the boiler stopped working. When we called to have the boiler fixed, they came and told us that they would fix it the next day. When we complained about all these issues they accused us of having caused all the problems into the apartment (they even told us that the boiler stopped working after 10 p.m., that it was perfectly normal). Given the preposterous situation, we decided to leave to another hotel in order to be able to enjoy the rest of our vacations, losing the money of several nights.
