The room was comfortable except for the transparent bathroom door which let too much light into the sleeping area. A dim lighting choice in the bathroom would alleviate this or even a curtain. All else was good.

Das Personal ist mega freundlich und hilft bei allem gerne weiter. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, ich habe geschlafen wie ein Murmeltier. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder Es gab nichts zu meckern

Helena (3/5): The stay was ruined because the room was not ready for three hours after check in. I needed to get ready for a concert, - Proximity to Johann Crujf arena and metro station The room was not ready for 3 hours after it was supposed to be, no compensation because, as they said, “everyone else waited as well.” Th hair dryer was broken and the shower doors could not close properly so the floor was floodex. They solved the hair dryer situation by giving us a key to another room to go dry our hair there, but everything else was not solved or compensated.
Lisa (10/5): Excellent stay very easy check in and out. - We were attending a concert and the train station was literally a 2 minute walk straight across from the hotel. The hotel was very welcoming and clean. Everything was really good
Severine (8/5): Trés bon séjour, l'emplacement de l'hotel est vraiment bien, le personnel est trés gentil. - L'emplacement est top, à quelques mètre de la station de métro, vous êtes au coeur d'Amsterdam en moins de 10 min. Le petit déjeuner, hyper complet, et trés bon. La propreté de la chambre, Des détritus présents dans le frigo, une moquette pas trés propre, du matériel abimé dans la chambre, une porte de placard dans la salle de bain de cassé. On attend mieux d'un tel établissement.

Océane (7/5): - L’hôtel est super bien placé, à 10min du centre en métro. Hôtel moderne, le système d’ascenseur est top. Pour le prix il aurait été appréciable d’avoir au moins une bouteille d’eau lorsqu’on arrive. Lorsqu’on se douchait ça innondé toute la salle de bain, nous avons expliqué notre problème à la réception on nous a dit que quelqu’un passerait le lendemain matin pour remettre un joint au bas de la porte de douche, mais personne n’est jamais venu. Le fait de devoir réclamer un service de chambre n’est pas pratique. Je trouve que le rapport qualité prix n’est pas satisfaisant

José luis (8/5): Lugar estratégico y pasos del metro que te deja en el centro. Excelente hotel! - Excelente hotel. Llevamos y como tenían habitaciónes libre, nos dieron una habitación de mejor calidad con una vista hermosa. Un gesto muy bueno!! En el spa, había muchos chico que perturban la calma y entraban y salían de los saunas perdiendo la temperatura. Sería bueno colocar un instructivo o recomendación de qué forma se utilizan los saunas ( seco y húmedo)

Andreas (4/5): Würde künftig eher ein anderes Hotel buchen. Preis-Leistung eher nicht so gut. Gibt bestimmt bessere Alternativen in die - Sehr gute Lage zur Metro. Sehr weiche und durchgelegene Betten. Keines der Fenster konnte man kippen oder öffnen. (Frisch) Luftzufuhr erfolgt nur über die Kliaanlage

Konstantinos (5/5): - The only positive thing was the location, as it was very close to the metro station. The bathroom ventilation was not working, and despite calling reception twice for cleaning the room, no one came. I would not recommend this hotel as it wasn't even good priced.

Michal (8/5): - I appreciate the large selection for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. I had a beautiful view from the room. I was pleased to be able to sit in the shower. The hotel was close to the metro station (1 minute walk). Room service was not automatic, but I had to order it. The hotel app did not work, I had to order room service through booking.com. The carpets were not clean. There was a long queue at check-in.

Aleksanteri (9/5): Hyvä hintalaatusuhde ja loistavat kulkuyhteydet - Sijainti ihan loistava metroaseman vieressä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Siisteys hyvällä tasolla. Aamiainen oli odotuksiin ja hintaan nähden pettymys (appelsiinimehu loppu, vohvelikone ei käytössä, jotkut ruoat loppu). Hotellin oma kioski/kauppa melko ylihintainen.

I will be back to this hotel. Suzetteinvienna The plastic flower and plants decoration because Amsterdam is tulips capital they are famous for flowers 🌷 everywhere I look at the decorations they are all fake ☹️
