- Cristina (6/5): You get what you pay for - The staff was very helpful. The room was looking just as in the pictures. Good location. Maybe it wasn’t the best option for us as we had a little one, but for budget travellers without kids is a good option. The room we stayed in is extremely humid as the window didn’t open. We were caught in the rain soaking wet and our clothes stayed wet for the entire 3 days during our stay. All bathroom fittings were flimsy. Overall you get what you pay for.

Porta del bagno difettosa, tenda oscurande assolutamente insufficiente, dalle 6 c'è luce in camera. Rapporto qualità prezzo svantaggioso.
- Judita (9/5): Great accommodation - Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent. The accommodation is conveniently located near the metro, which made it very easy to reach all the main attractions in Rome. There are also great local eateries nearby with an authentic, homely atmosphere. The room size was perfectly adequate for two people. Small thoughtful touches, such as complimentary bottled water for guests, were much appreciated. The only downside was the very small shower cabin, which was quite uncomfortable for me due to my height and made it difficult to wash properly.

- Federica (9/5): Struttura eccellente, esperienza da ripetere - La struttura è ben collocata, a pochi minuti dalla stazione metro che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. L’ambiente è dotato di ogni comfort con una arredamento moderno e curato, oltre che straordinariamente pulito e profumato. I proprietari accoglienti e gentili. Sicuramente un’esperienza da ripetere che consiglio a chiunque cerchi una struttura comoda e tranquilla nei presi di Roma.

We had to check-in late so it was a bit inconvenient that we couldn't do a self check-in, but we had to contact the rooms so we could get in the building. Also, there was a small extra charge for the late check-in.
- Giorgia (8/5): - Camera molto bella, spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Il bagno è funzionale e ben fornito, con asciugamani e kit per l’igiene orale inclusi. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un graditissimo benvenuto: due calici di prosecco e due bottiglie di acqua naturale. In camera è presente anche una macchinetta del caffè completa di tutto il necessario (tazze, zucchero, ecc.), davvero un tocco in più! Un vero punto di forza è la cucina in comune, ma soprattutto il dispenser di acqua appena fuori dalla camera: comodissimo! Durante tutto il soggiorno non abbiamo mai dovuto acquistare acqua, e solo per questo meriterebbe un 10. L’host è stata sempre gentilissima, disponibile e pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta: ci ha davvero fatto sentire a nostro agio. La posizione è ottima: quartiere molto tranquillo, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus (con accanto un parcheggio grande e comodo) e a circa 10 minuti dalla metro. Il Colosseo si raggiunge in 20/25 minuti a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata tra parchi e scorci caratteristici della città. Purtroppo le camere non sono mai state rifatte e gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati, peccato!

Room has a tiny fridge, coffee maker and a purified water dispenser in the common area which was great, no need to buy water just refill your own bottle. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours really well, its not a problem if they respect others but we had some really loud ones the last few nights before we left.

Qualche chicca come il set con piccoli spazzolino e dentifricio, cialda con macchinetta da caffè, acqua sempre disponibile... Non si trovano sempre nelle altre strutture. La posizione perfetta vicinissima alla ferma Re di Roma. Dimensioni del bagno. Troppo piccolo il lavabo, ciò rendeva difficoltoso anche sciacquarsi il viso.

- Martina (9/5): - Sono rimasta assolutamente soddisfatta e consiglio questa struttura, la proprietaria Maria è stata super disponibile onestamente, ci siamo sentite solo per telefono, ma è stata davvero disponibile per ogni cosa. Ci ha anche fatto lasciare i bagagli l'ultimo giorno dopo il check out. L'accesso alla struttura è stato semplice, con tutti i dettagli forniti per telefono, così siamo riusciti a fare il check in autonomamente. La posizione è perfetta, Roma è grande, quindi è normale che la struttura non sia a due passi dal Colosseo , ma ci si può arrivare super facilmente con la fermata metro che c'è a 5 minuti dalla struttura. La zona è tranquilla, quartiere non pericoloso, cosa non scontata in una grande città come Roma. l'unica pecca forse è la scarsa insonorizzazione della stanza

En particular María fue muy amable y colaboradora. Súper recomendado! Un poco lejos de los lugares turísticos, Pero en metro o bus en unos minutos se llega sin problema.
- matteo (8/5): - La sistemazione è ottima per chi cerca un alloggio con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la posizione è buona in un quartiere tranquillo e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro B "Re di Roma". La stanza è dotata anche di macchinetta del caffè e bollitore, frigo e cassaforte. La host Maria è stata gentile nell'organizzarci per il check-in. La nostra stanza non era molto grande e il bagno in particolare sarà stato circa 1.20 x 1.20 ma se non si hanno alte pretese può andare benissimo per qualche giorno. Non mi è piaciuta la politica del check in con supplemento dopo le ore 19, con addirittura 30 euro di supplemento se si arriva dopo mezzanotte. L'orario di check in gratuito è quindi solo tra le 14 e le 19.

- Giuseppe (4/5): Preferisco non mettere titolo - Le camere erano 3 una tripa, una doppia e una matrimoniale, anche se le foto sono diverse non aggiornate visto la ristrutturazione ma molto carine I servizi da migliorare tutti, la cosa scandalosa è stata la carta igienica sulla tripla 2 rotoli per 3 giorni con un bambino le altre 2 camere e rotoli per 3 giorni, contatto signora Maria e titolare rispondono che dopo primo giorno ci deve pensare cliente assurdo... dopo polemiche mi rispondono che dietro una tendina c era la scorta giornaliera,in via del tutto eccezionale potevamo prendere, nulla scritto su booking, distributore snack o bevande inesistenti, in una delle camere water si era staccato dal muro e in un altra buco sopra il cartongesso dei lampadari, altra stanza bagno allagato silicone non me nel box doccia, acqua calda inesistente quasi in tutte le docce ma solo buona nei lavabo, prese non funzionanti e cavo antenna mamcante, più ciabatta messa sodo reclamo per la macchinetta del caffe, mamdano tecnici acqua ancora bagno allagato, e cavo antenna messo,in poche parole hanno ristrutturato da poco troppa fretta di riaprire con disservizi paurosi, non ci ritorneremo mai più.

Asse del wc rotta cosi come lo scarico. Antenna tv non funzionante. Camera praticamente con finestre tipo taverna.
- ligi (6/5): carino, non molto disponibile ma gentile. - La camera era molto carina, pulita e ben ordinata ed inoltre la posizione è perfetta, vicino al centro, metro e autobus. Ho riscontrato vari problemi durante il check-in che doveva svolgersi alle 14.00 come indicato dal sito e dalla proprietaria, che poi peró forse per qualche imprevisto lo ha spostato alle 16.00, in piu anche nel check-out, ho specificatamente chiesto se fosse possibile lasciare le valigie in struttura, come mi è stato confermato poi. poco dopo peró mi è stato chiesto di ritornare a prenderle perchè prima dovevamo avere le chiavi, siamo tornate ma non c’era nessuno e abbiamo dovuto aspettare invano fino a mezzogiorno, perdendo tempo, per poi scoprire che potevamo tornare direttamente quando saremmo dovuto tornare via. del resto tutto ok.

- Baggiani (7/5): Si può fare. - Posizione molto buona, bella struttura, piuttosto nuovo. Lo terrò comunque in considerazione quando dovrò tornare. Il bagno era veramente molto piccolo, quasi troppo. Un po' rumoro forse.

- Lissue (7/5): - The location is amazing! Busses and train station are close. Small supermarkets and pharmacy are close. My room was for 3 people. 2 beds were good, but the 3rd one, was terrible, there were 3 cushions on a wire frame.

Ben poco, la camera era pulita ma era praticamente un magazzino riconvertito, con finestra-abbaino a circa cm 200 di altezza che dall'esterno era a livello della strada. Il bagno era piccolissimo, circa cm. 150x120, con doccia 60x60, lavandino delle dimensioni di un'insalatiera e un pericolosissimo gradino ALL'INTERNO del bagno stesso. Non c'era sapone in doccia.

Iti taie din fiecare cat dorești .Am primit recomandare de la cineva care sta in Roma de peste 30 ani. Pretul foarte bun. In alta ordine de idei , primiti la cazare de bun venit , apa si cafea. Raport calitate - pret , foarte bun .

Maria è stata gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha aspettato nonostante fossimo in ritardo. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alla metro Re di Roma, zona molto tranquilla.Grazie di cuore, torneremmo volentieri! ❤️
- Giuseppe (8/5): Ottima posizione - La zona in cui è situata la struttura è assolutamente tranquilla e signorile. Il bagno è un po' piccolo, ma è colpa mia, in prenotazione non ho prestato attenzione alle misure di una camera piuttosto che l'altra.
