- Liliána (2/5): Very poor - The staff is very kind and helpful. I have been to a few hotels, but never to such a dirty and undemanding hotel. The staff was nice and helped with everything. But when I saw my room, I would have preferred to go to another hotel.
- Nader (2/5): Avoid - Service was alright but the place is dirty and stinks of sewage most times and bed sheets are “washed” but have blood stains make up ect and insects all over the place. Dust and dirty floors.
- Mohamed (4/5): - This hotel is in the right place but managed by the wrong people. Staff are very nice but owners don't care about this hotel. It really needs a Lot of TLC. That's all I will say about this hotel!

- Shabbir (1/5): Bad - Breakfast was bad, location was not good as you have to walk step hill to go to Sultan Ahmet. Initially the room they give me was very small, Ac broke, bad bed, small bathroom, no tub.. All were bad, all need to improve. Elevator were broke for 10 hrs. Hot water system was worst. Will recommend future traveler to stay near Tram service.
- Mohamad (7/5): Good - Historial hotel staff were incredible. On the first day we got our room and it wasn't the best it had dust, broken beds, and it wasn't hygienic so when we went down to tell them to change our room they changed it immediately so their costumer service was quick and efficient they gave us the best room they had to offer. We booked 1 room but they gave us 2 which were joint almost like a flat and that room was clean and it looked new which we were happy about and they gave us a balcony which you have to pay extra for but they didnt make us pay. The breakfast was alright the same thing every day nothing too much. The area of this hotel is brilliant. It is a 10min walk from the main areas but you do have to climb a hill so I wouldn't recommend for elderly people but turkey is very hilly anyways. Overall I did like this hotel.
- Inga (1/5): the worst hotel , they are thieves, stole our money and jewelry - nothing it was the worst hotel i have ever seen , everything was dirty , bathroom was catastrophic, it was not working properly, hair was everywhere , air conditioner was dropping the water, staff was bad because they don’t understand english . one day when we left hotel for walk , housecleaner enter our room in order to clean it up and when we came back in hotel our money disappeared and also my bracelet which was very important for me . they stole our things and after this we called to the police but police is even worse in istanbul. so if you are thinking to travel in istanbul and want to stay in this hotel , it is better to sleep on the street than stay in there
- Luis (8/5): Nice location, a proper breakfast, but be careful if you go in rainy season. - I liked the location, if someone wants to stay in a place where you could practically walk anywhere, this is it! They also offered a typical Turkish breakfast. At the beginning of my stay there was a huge storm and water was leaking through. So the whole room was wet and I stopped having electricity. Later I was moved to another place which was not as nice as the place I booked. In addition, some of the staff didn't speak English, it was inconvenient when you cannot explain that the room was without electricity and with a lot of water. At some point there was a nice Egyptian guy whose English was excellent and solved all of my doubts. Sadly, he was taken to another place.
- Thamer (1/5): the worst experience I’ve been through in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to my enemy lol - the only good thing here is the staff everything starting form my room location which was on the street side and couldn’t sleep for two days except 2 hours and the bad AC which forces you to open the window to get some air in and that how the sound getting more load and the room smells bad as hell and one of my Nieghbers she yelled at me because i was opening my room’s door.

- Peter (8/5): - It’s a nice place and has potential but they are working on some things. My AC unit dropped the entire time it was used. When we told the front desk they brought buckets up to catch the water. Not the idea fix, but it worked. Front desk staff was very friendly.
