• Birsen (6/5): - Hotel funktioniert mit self Check in durch einen code, den man am anreisetag erhält. Für ältere Generationen nicht geeignet. Vorab viele Emails vom anbieter. Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Kein käse, nur bacon. Nur zwei kleine scheiben brot. Für Vegetarier etwas mau. Etwas älterer Mitarbeiter beim frühstück wirklich nett. Abends hingegen, kellner vom 07.10.2025, unsympathisch, langsam, lustlos und wollte uns für Aperitif wegschicken und hat schon genervt reagiert als er verstand, dass wir nichts essen wollen. Bei zwei Getränken, einem cheescake (22 €) eine servicegebühr von insg. 6 € zu verlangen ist dann schon dreist. Andere gäste haben während dieses abendlichen besuch platz renommen, sind jedoch ohne Bestellung wieder gegangen. Einzig positive ist die nähe zum Bahnhof. Hotel war insgesamt ok. Würde ich nur ohne Frühstück, für kurzfristige Aufenthalte empfehlen. Alternativen für hotels sind genug vorhanden.
• elvie (6/5): - Checking in was a hustle. If you need to get a hold of or speak to someone have to go through “whatsup” and response takes a while.
• Michael (8/5): - We were looking for a decent, reasonably-priced hotel near the Termini and this hotel checked all the boxes. It’s essentially right across the street from the Termini, which is convenient for trips to and from the airport, taking trains outside Rome and use of the subway. While the lobby is uninspiring, the room was clean and spacious - it actually felt like a mini condo! There were a few minor maintenance issues but I corrected some of them myself. I wasn’t so sure about the self-serve concept at first (and the fact that there is sometimes an employee working a makeshift check-in counter in the lobby is testament that it’s not foolproof) but the Essentials Closet allows one to stock up on towels and miscellaneous items during your stay, even though the closet was bare on occasion. I would disregard the comments about the sketchy neighbourhood - there are numerous nice restaurants and shops outside the hotel and the area is well-populated. There are a few questionable characters near the Termini but that’s par for the course at any transportation terminal. I never felt unsafe walking around the hotel. Ultimately we had no regrets for choosing this hotel and found our stay to be quite comfortable.

• Jasmin-Simone (8/5): - Das Zimmer ist schön und es hat genügend Platz für 2 Erwachsene oder wie ich gereist bin mit einem Kleinkind. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und die Dusche ist nichts für etwas grössere Mensche. Es fehlte mir dort an Abstellmöglichkeiten. Nur schon ein Hängeregal wäre toll gewesen. Das Zimmet war sauber, aber im Badezimmer hätte ich mit gewünscht, dass kontrolliert worden wäre ob die Wasserhähne tropfen. Aber ansonsten kann ich es wirklich sehr empfehlen. Es ist sehr nahe am Bahnhof und zu Fuss ist man in ca 40min beim Vatikan, 20 min Trevibrunnen/ Colosseum. Ich würde wieder dort einchecken, da es sehr unkompliziert ist. Man bekommt vorab einen Code und muss nicht noch zur Rezeption oder so. Was auch zu erwähnen ist: es gibt im UG eine Gepäckaufbewahrung, welche ebenfalls mit Code zugänglich ist und bis 20:00 ab Abend nutzbar ist. Fand ich sehr toll
• Martin (8/5): - Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zugang einfach über das Restaurant und Zimmer Eintritt über PIN Code. Zimmer sind schön geräumig und sauber! Leider hatten wir am letzten Abend Abwasser Geruch im Zimmer. Der kam aber nicht aus dem Bad. Sind uns über die chat funktion mit dem Support einig geworden.

Walked in the room to find out we had no hot water and there was mold in the corners of the shower. The shower doors didn’t shut all the way, therefore the water went all over the floor. There was not enough towels for everyone and nobody to contact about getting more right away. We found several ants on the floor in the room and also found them in the bed. The hotel was contacted via whatsapp and received no response about getting a new room. Very disappointed about everything and spending money on this so called hotel.

• Renz (10/5): - Its all self service. Hotel doesnt clean the room everyday and you will need to add extra service for cleaning. Not recommended for older generations. It works perfectly for us as we are only on a short stays. Only recommendation is to give a seperate entrance as it really bothers me to use the restaurant to go in and people who are having their nice succulent dinner will stare at you all the way until you are gone out their sight. Well recommended for young couples and young generation. Well connected area, as the main train station is just 3 mins walk and a lot thing you can go and do around the area too.hotel itself is nice and comfy. Giving you a vibe of actaully living there.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. There are storage lockers for your things if you arrive early. A big plus was the keypad for entry into the hotel and into the room. Numa Roma Linea is close to Termini station and Metro bus stops.

There was someone there to help us so that worked out OK. The rooms were clean, the luggage storage was awesome, and we had everything we needed.

• Amely (6/5): - Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war eher minimalistisch, aber trotzdem lecker. Die Gegend vom Hotel hat uns nicht gefallen (eher gefährlich). Wir wollten gern abends im Restaurant/Bar des Hotels noch ein Cocktail trinken, doch leider war das nicht möglich, da man zwingend ein Hauptgang dazu wählen musste. An sich ist es ein wirklich schönes Hotel, aber durch die Lage und dem „Essen“ würden wir es nicht noch einmal buchen.

• Babette Van (8/5): - Zeer gemakkelijke boeking check-in. Aan het gebouw stond een security man (ZEER NODIG!!). Ontbijt en personeel zelf heel vriendelijk. Netheid zeer goed. Veel geluidsoverlast (als je lichte slaper bent, is dit af te raden). Ook af te raden als je enkel met meisjes/vrouwen bent. Je zit letterlijk in de straat met daklozen en drugsgebruikers. Vreselijk degoutant. Eens je uit de straat bent, is het wel een oké buurt. Snel met openbaar vervoer en te voet ook leuk wandelen.

• Gabriella (8/5): - I loved that the property did not have a physical key but a pin to put in all of the lock doors. The area around the hotel isn’t good but the rooms inside are very nice. The only issue I had was when my door to my room would not open because the batteries died in the door knob. When I tried to contact staff for help, I did not get an answer, so I had to find a cleaner and they texted the maintenance. This was the only unfortunate experience that I had during my stay, everything else was great.

• 786wanderer (2/5): Horrible experience. Extremely unsafe. It felt like we landed in Hamsterdam from The Wire. - Staying at this hotel ruined our trip to Rome. Right in front of the hotel dealers, addicts and homeless people gather. You have to walk through the crowd to get in and out of the hotel. Noise from the crowd kept us up all night and early morning hours with fights and police sirens. The hotel does not have any reception or staff on site, with the main entrance to the hotel being the downstairs restaurant. However we were not always able to enter and leave through the restaurant even when the restaurant was open as they closed the door for safety concerns regarding the crowd outside. • Gert (8/5): - Schönes Zimmer direkt am Hauptbahnhof und alles wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar in Rom. Das Frühstück war etwas wenig und es gab leider kein mal Zimmerservice, sprich die Zimmer wurden nie aufgeräumt, Bett wurde nicht bezogen, etc.. Aber trotzdem hatten wir für die Tage genug Handtücher zu zweit. Also trotzdem alles in allem empfehlenswert und von der Lage her sehr praktische und das Personal vor allem die Frau im Café mit ihrem Laptop war sehr sehr freundlich ;) Also mir hat es gefallen.

Handdoeken makkelijk te pakken uit de voorraadkamer. Bed lag fijn. Rondom het hotel waren veel daklozen, maar door de beveiliging geen last van gehad. Kortom goed hotel

Termini es muy ruidoso, y aun asi no entreba ruido a la habitación, muy comodo y práctico. Super cerca de la estación. De noche hay muchos vagabundos, pero aun asi no sentimos inseguridad Puedes lavar y secar tu ropa, y puedes guardar tu equipaje en lo que se da la hora de tu check in

• Paul (10/5): - Cannot fault this place in any way, some fantastic eateries close by, hop on hop off buss literally outside the door. The room was immaculate and the services provided inclused a washing machine & dryer. Endless clean towels, coffee and toiletries, even complimentary beers in the fridge. Will 100% recommend and stay again. Thankyou.

• mason (10/5): - Really good place the hotel and amenities are really good I was safe as a 6.4 man and well built but my wife would not Go outside with out me. in the day the place is absolutely fine but at night get a bit rough just would say girls go out in groups and just go straight to tran station or the main road the rest of the city is lovely just a lot of undesirables people at night

• MIGUEL ANGEL (10/5): Práctico y conveniente - La habitación tiene espacio suficiente, cerca de termini. Restaurante ahí mismo y más opciones en la misma calle. Tiene cafetera y copas con sacacorchos. Lo malo es que no está abierto 24horas y es complicado salir si tienes un vuelo temprano
• Gizem (8/5): Değerlendirme - Öncelikle konum olarak terminiye çok yakın olması gerçekten çok iyi. Otobüsten indikten sonra dört dakika da otele vardık. Otel çevresinde restorantlar mevcut. Ama güvenilir bir sokak değil, biz beş gün konakladık ilk iki gün akşamları hep sokakta polis bekledi. Oda temizdi ancak kokuyordu. Belli ki iyi bir bezle silinmemişti ama biz kendimiz masayı silince koku geçti. Beş gün boyunca oda temizlenmedi, havlu değiştirilmedi, ek peçete koyulmadı. Yani otelin en iyi yanı Terminiye yakın olması.
• Frank (6/5): - Reserved two rooms. On arrival, one was not cleaned from last guest. Second room was clean, but no towels. Got towels from maids cart, problem solved. Second room took 2 hours to get cleaned. Second day roof of first room started dripping water diring rainstorm. Informed staff, went out for dinner. Got back code to get into room would not work? (11 pm). Seems they moved me to different room, did not inform me and my belongings were still in first room! Was sorted out, in an hour... Overall, clean rooms, close to train station, ok neighbourhood. Only street parking,if you can find a spot, good luck!!
• Jan (8/5): - Perfektes Hotel für eine Städtetrip!
• Sandra (8/5): - Direkt in der Nähe von Roma Termini (Hauptbahnhof), von dort aus alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer waren sauber, Betten sehr gut, man kann unten in dem kleinen Restaurant frühstücken. In 4 Tagen war allerdings kein Roomservice. Da alles digital läuft, hätte man vielleicht über WhatsApp Bescheid sagen müssen. Zimmer sind hellhörig. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
• Harpreet Kaur (10/5): - Great property, excellent location right next to a main metro and train station. The room was modern and very nice, facilities were great. The stay couldn’t have been better however there was one problem which really ruined the experience, their hot water stopped working which meant ice cold showers for 3 days.
• Patricia (8/5): A very nice hotel conveniently located near the t. - Once we understood the checkin procedure all went well. Having the luggage storage was great.

• terry (8/5): - Great location 2 minutes away from Roma Termini. Very easy self check in and out. The room size was more than enough for 2 people. Only issue is that the room was not sound proof so forget about waking up late because the cleaning team is having a party in the morning. Other than that our stay was great
• Kristine (4/5): Ok hotell for overnatting. - Ok hotell nærme togstasjonen. Glemte igjen noe på rommet og en av de ansatte tok dette rett i lommen sin fremfor å levere det inn, vi hadde sporing på gjenstanden. Fulgte etter han som hadde tatt det og fikk tilbake tingene etter mye om og men. Veldig tynne vegger og personale bråkte fra kl 8 om morgenen rett utenfor rommet vårt, ble vekket av dette begge dagene. I tillegg var frokosten ikke noe god, tørt brød som var uspiselig.
