• Bernard (8/5): - Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire à pied aux alentours. Nous allions à Paris Expo qui est juste à côté donc il était très bien situé pour notre visite. Il y a aussi le Parking P6 juste à côté où l'hôtel propose une réduction de 50% sur le prix. Le personnel d'accueil est assez jeune mais à l'air blasé et peut enthousiaste. Peut mieux faire pour accueillir des visiteurs qui ont fait un long voyage pour arriver jusqu'à eux.

• Benjamin (8/5): - Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Mama Shelter. Das Hotelkonzept ist modern und hip und die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet. Wir hatten mit Kleinkind das XXL Zimmer im 7. Stock mit grandioser Aussicht. Das Bett sollte allerdings ausgetauscht werden, da es bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung so laut quietscht, dass man davon aufwacht und die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen. Das Sofabett hingegen war top! Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist üppig, es werden Crêpes frisch zubereitet und besondere Kaffespezialitäten gibt es kostenlos dazu. Die Ausgangslage zur Autobahn ist gut und man kann mit 50% Discount im Parkhaus nebenan parken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

• Gabriele (6/5): Amelieuration à prévoir - Sejour d’une nuit, j’ai eu une chambre pour des personnes avec un handicap et du coup la salle de bain se prêter pas à une personne sans problème de moteicité ( salle de bain sourtout douche pas convenable ) Pas de rangement dans la chambre ( tiroirs armoir) , personel au check in pas souriant ( fille) personel au restaurant bar très qualifié mais faudrai éviter de parler devant les clients des problèmes de travail ou personnels

• Line (6/5): Middelmådigt - Stort værelse. Ingen støj. Dårligt wifi.Tom minibar, ingen vand eller kaffe på værelset. Restauranten middelmådig (den i underetagen). Maden bliver serveret på flotte træbrætter men det bliver maden ikke bedre af. Slatne pomfritter og kedelig kylling.

Des fils électriques appararants , pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain , pas de mouchoir en papier , une machine expresso mais pas de dosette , une bouilloire mais pas de sachet de thé .... Bref du grand niveau à 350€ la nuit

• Yasmina (6/5): TROP DE BRUITS PARASITES - Pour déplacement d'affaire sur un salon Porte de Versailles, J'ai choisi votre établissement pour le côté fun du lieu et la proximité mais niveau sonore c'est très compliqué. Bruits dans le couloir avec roulettes de valise à toute heure. On entend les arrêts des ascenseurs incessants le soir j'ai eu du mal à identifier ce son. Bref j'ai passé de très mauvaises nuits. Je ne pense réserver à nouveau désolée. Bien Cordialement

Monica, une actrice de vos programmes “FilmX à la demande” mérite son Oscar. Le dentifrice à 8 balles?! Doux jésus

• Florent (8/5): - C’est toujours un plaisir de venir chez Mama . Cependant il y a un point d’amélioration générale à toute la chaîne hôtelière c’est le petit déjeuner. En effet pour mon organisation je prends toujours mon petit déjeuner dès l’ouverture du restaurant. Cela peut-être 6 h 30 ou 7 h en fonction du site . Hors malheureusement la mise en place du breakfast n’est jamais finalisée à l’ouverture ! En général il y a les fondamentaux ( pain au chocolat, croissant, jus d’orange café ) Mais pas l’atypique, l’exceptionnel, le surprenant ! Hors c’est précisément pour cela que l’on vient chez Mama l’atypique. Surtout pour 19 euros Pour avoir ce plaisir il faut se présenter 30 mn apres l’ouverture en général. Cela ne m’empêchera pas d’être Fidel à la marque mais c’est dans le but d’améliorer le service

The waiters and waitress are outstanding and professional. There are laundry facilities that the you can use. The Breakfast was great. The roof top resturant had a great view of the Eiffel Tower.
• Coralie (10/5): On aime Mama! - Habituee des Mama, cetait le premier sejour au Mama Porte de Versailles. Super staff jeune, dynamique et disponible. Literie hyper confortable, les codes du Mama sont respectés. Chambres bien insonorisees. Le seul bemol etant le service du Restaurant 8: arrivés dans les premiers à 12h30 nous sommes ressortis à 16h avec juste une entree plat, sans un mot d'excuse. L'organisation est à revoir en haut, mais super hotel !

Amazing breakfast. - Highlight was the breakfast for me: they’re is a juicer where you can make your juice from any of the available fruits and vegetables. There are also a lot of varieties when it comes to hot and cold foods. The rooms are relatively small, but are very clean and the bedsheets are great. Unfortunately the location is not the best one and it takes a lot of time to get almost anywhere in Paris. I would recommend staying here if you have business to do close by. Even though I really enjoyed my stay, I would not stay here again because of the location. The Metro is approximately eight minutes walking away and it takes a lot of stations to get into the centre or any central location.

• Mark (10/5): Loved it! - First time at this hotel, normally stay at mama shelter in the east of Paris, we loved this hotel! Amazing staff great atmosphere, the rooms were light and spacious.
• Kaitlyn (2/5): - I booked this room in January, pre-Covid and pre borders closing. I contacted them to discuss a refund or some sort of accommodation since my flights were cancelled and the borders were closed for travel - they did not respond and charged me in full regardless. Given the world pandemic, this is a ridiculous stance for them to take and I will not be recommending them or rebooking when I finally make it to Paris.
