• WENXIANG (4/5): 不顺利。 - 1）只有1间房间，二层带阁楼的，不是2间客房，再说一遍，是1间上下楼的房间，不是2间客房。可以住4个人，但是如果二个家庭并介意隐私，则不合适在此居住。房东应该在预订页面上把二个房间的字样去掉，以免误会。2）没有接机服务。我们是晚上到达机场，预订时看了房客的留言，我们以为有接机服务，给房东打电话，房东说的语言我们听不懂，她不说英语。幸亏我让路人帮我接听并翻译，原来房东叫我们自己打车去住宿地点。3）到达住宿地点，没有接待人员，幸好有房客，一个本地姑娘，她非常友好，帮助我们开门，教我们使用房间。

• veroflamenca (10/5): Excelente estadía, ubicación y servicio a unos minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Ezeiza - Fantástico servicio, mi vuelo fue reprogramado 3 veces en un mismo dia y tanto la propietaria como el chófer contratado para buscarme en el aeropuerto fueron muy amables y serviciales conmigo, resolviendo todo y con comunicación permanente. El departamento hermoso y con todo lo necesario, hasta con parking y dos pequeños patios. Estoy muy agradecida!! Volveré sin dudas!! • Pablo (5/5): - Desayuno no hubo, la ducha no funciona bien y el bidet directamente no funciona, ambas puertas del lugar no cierran, una queda abierta y la otra la tuvimos que trabar con un tenedor, no había jabón de tocador (solo líquido en una botella), había bastante pelo de animales en las camas y en el baño, si se corta la luz tenés que esperar que enciendan un generador para poder salir del complejo, la atención del anfitrión está bien y te responden cualquier duda e inquietud y te tratan de solucionar los problemas en el momento, son amables.

• Brenda (10/5): I would definitely return - We arrived on New Year’s Eve. There were fireworks going off everywhere. Didn’t hear any of them. It was so nice and quiet in there. 😁 Host was very responsive when we had a transportation issue . She uses. WhatsApp, just like all of Argentina does.
• Tracy (9/5): Genuine Buenos Aires hospitality with a kind and gracious hostess. - Gabriela was amazing, we were unable to get into the property with the code provided, so we contacted her and despite the language barrier she got us checked in and settled. She was so kind and generous and helped us organise transport for our early morning flight. The property is close to the international airport and is perfect for transitting travellers. A lock box where guests can collect the keys. Code can be sent prior to arrival.

• Wendy (9/5): A cozy and comfy spot to relax after a long trip. - It was very clean and well appointed. Love the layout with the loft bedroom. Lots of space considering the size. Very secure with gates and key cards to get in and out. Gabriela is a gem! Super helpful, and able to connect guests with whatever they need. It is pet friendly with a little yard out front. If I lived alone here, I would consider staying long term! My unit needed a little paint in spots and the couch was well worn. But that was it!

• Shuming (4/5): Room was unlocked and entered when we were away - close to airport. Clean. This place is kinda hard to check-in. We need a passcode to enter the gate but we were never provided one. The room was unlocked and entered when we were away. The owner said there were cameras around but it's still not an excuse for entering without permission, not to mention leaving the doors unlocked and open afterwards. Overall it's a clean place but towels have yellow stains.
• Mike (3/5): Great host and can. - I’m conflicted with this review. Because Gabriella was great. And she sorted out the Taxi with Javier Who/which was excellent. So it did the job as I had a crazy early flight. But the place needs a refurbishment Pillows had brown stains on which were visible as covers didn’t cover properly. Seriously how much is a couple of pillows. The aircon was good but the place wasn’t great. And windows and back door locks were broken. So didn’t lock. Tbf the place was in a secure compound but nevertheless. Instant coffee! Really. It’s not 1975.
• Ashish (8/5): I enjoyed the stay! - Breakfast was good, enjoyed it! The wifi speed was amazing, I was able to work pretty well! Hot water took a lot of time to come out. Also, I wish the heating was distributed well across the room.

• Polar (5/5): Passable - The place itself was nice. Clean, comfortable, no issues with the actual apartment. There was no communication prior to my arrival from the hosts, even though they had been given my phone number in advance. I arrived in the middle of the night and there was no way to get into the apartment. It was rather stressful. Eventually I was able to get in thanks to a neighbour. Then Gabriella called and promised there would be a taxi back to EZE for my early morning flight, but it never arrived. In the end she came and drove me personally. Not the kind of stress you want during a long travel stretch. Hopefully they sort out the apartment access issues and airport transfers in future.

We needed a place close to the airport so the location suited us well. There wasn't anything that we didn't like. It would have been helpful to have a printed local map to help us see what was in the area in case we wanted to go out to eat or find a store.

We ended up hardly using the stairs or upstairs bedroom as we were fearful for our children's safety. The staff want to check with you rather late at night to get your breakfast order. They pounded on the door until we answered. Breakfast was rather disappointing with less and less given each day and it seemed up to us to come up with a menu rather than them offering much choices. Avoid this place with children if you have any concern with them on second floors with little to keep them from falling off!

• Patricia (6/5): Comfortable but difficult reception - Nobody here spoke english and there was no place for reception. I arrived arsonists 10:30 or 11pm and there was only one lady who wasn’t in bed who registered me which was a slow process. The bed and facilities were comfortable but it didn’t feel like a real hotel where people speak English and there is 24 hour reception. I had to leave early in the morning and no one was around. If my taxi had not arrived, I don’t know what I would have done.

• Pedro (8/5): Good place to stay. - We stayed here for one night and it was a good place to stay. It’s about 10 min from the EZE airport. It’s a two story apartment with the room on the second floor and it does have a complete kitchen. Restroom was good too. You order your breakfast a day before when we checked in. You can order scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and half moons. When you arrive, I recommend you contact Gabriela or Karina since the doorbell speakerphone was hard to listen. They provide you a code to enter and they tell you what apartment to check in. You use contactless cards to enter apartment. A restaurant which is walking distance is La Posada. They have good pizza. The apartment also has a back area to hang clothes. No laundry on premises which I didn’t see.

• Russell (10/5): - We primarily choose this hotel due to their earlier check in time of 10AM. Our flight from USA arrived around 8AM and had been a night flight so we were very tired upon arrival. It was a quick and easy drive after picking up our rental car. Check in consisted of ringing the doorbell at the gate, waiting a couple of minutes for a kind gentleman to let us in. He showed us to unit 5. The unit had an upstairs sleeping area with air conditioning and the downstairs was a kitchen, washroom and general sitting area. Purified water was provided and the large refrigerator, stove/oven and kitchen were very clean. The washroom was clean and perfect. Large shower area. An iron and board were also there. Outside in the rear was a completely secluded small patio with a sink for doing laundry by hand. The only issue I noticed was the front sliding door did not lock from the inside. However, there is a secured gate for access to the property and each individual unit also had another card access gate, ao I didnt worry. I suppose a stick of wood to prevent the door from being opened would suffice if needed. The breakfast was brought in the morning and was a light continental type. Checkout was just leaving the access cards on the table and driving away. Very quiet area, quiet neighborhood with police just 30 steps away, amd some food options and small stores very close by (a short walk). This place was perfect for our needs amd we will likely stay again when we return to BA.
